一种测定乳脂肪离心机,主要由外壳、离心管、电 机、离心盘温度计、加热管、底盘等构成,该机结构简 单,离心管斜固定在离心盘上,噪音低、体积小、重量 轻、成本低、测定时间也短,可广泛适用于乳品厂及研 究部门测定乳脂肪使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种离心机装置,主要是用来测定乳脂肪的专用离心机。
目前在国内同类测脂肪的离心机都是离心管可以在离心盘上转动一定的角度,在离心盘转动时由于离心力的作用使离心管由静止时的倾斜状态变成水平状态,产生一定的振动,而且外壳形状为筒状,弯折处为园弧,而且没有加热管,测定时间长,底盘采用金属制、重量大。本实用新型主要是提供一种噪声小、体积小、重量轻、测定时间短的、动平衡好的测定乳脂肪的离心机。
本实用新型主要由外壳(1)、离心管(2)、电机(3)、离心盘(4)、温度计(5)、加热管(6)、底盘(7)等构成。离心管固定在一个位置的斜位式动平衡好的离心盘上,在电机座下部装一红外线加热管,外壳上半部采用园台式,并且在园台上安装一温度计,底盘的材料采用聚氯乙烯板。
本实用新型采用PD30型电容启动电机离心管固定在离心盘上可降低噪声20分贝,采用塑料板为底盘可减轻机体重量,并可缩短测定时间10分钟左右,结构简单,成本低,可广泛适用于乳脂肪测定。

下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施例:如图1所示,本实用新型主要由外壳(1)、离心管(2)、电机(3)、离心盘(4)、温度计(5)、加热管(6)、底盘(7)等构成。外壳(1)上半部分做成台式,上面安装一温度计测量温度,离心管(2)固定在一个位置的斜位式动平衡好的离心盘(4)上,离心盘结构如图3所示。在离心机内安装一个红外线加热管(6)和一个恒温控制器可缩短测定时间10分钟左右,将机内温度恒定在55℃和采用先进的测定方法标准,可减小相对误差33%左右,底盘采用聚氯乙烯,A3板为机外壳,可减轻机体重量约5倍,采用斜位固定式离心管和凹式电机机位可缩小机体体积约3倍。可广泛适于乳品厂及研究部分测定乳脂肪用。

Claims (3)

1、一种测定乳脂肪离心机,由外壳(1)、底盘(7)、电机(3)、离心盘(4)、离心管(2),上盖、定时器等构成,其特征在于:离心管(2)固定在斜位式动平衡好的离心盘(4)的斜孔内,并且在电机下部装一红外线加热管,壳体(1)上半部分做成没有园弧的台式。
2、根据权利要求1所述的测定乳脂肪离心机,其特征在于:在壳体上半部分斜台上装有温度计(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的测定乳脂肪离心机,其特征在于:壳体(1)下面的底盘(7)采用聚氯乙稀材料。
