本实用新型是采用状似地球仪的结构，空芯球体内装有电动机及其传动机构和风机，球体上有3－8个均布的孔，风机吹风口外有浮球，在气流作用下浮球悬浮在空间，在球体转动时，球体上的孔对正风机吹风口时浮球得气流而上升，对不正时，浮球失气流而下降。浮球升降交替使其观尝性、趣味性加强，成为家庭和公共场所的一种观尝性摆设。
