Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 9, the hinge frame 2 is mounted on the mounting seat 4, and the hinge frame 2 is provided with a fixing hole 25 corresponding to the position of the stud 41, so as to install a fastener, such as a screw, to penetrate and fix, thereby fixing the hinge frame 2 on the mounting seat 4. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the studs 41 are respectively disposed at four corners of the mounting base 4, and the hinge connecting frame 2 has fixing holes 25 corresponding to the same number and positions thereof, so as to install fasteners such as screws for penetrating and fixing, thereby ensuring the fixing effect. Therefore, the hinge connecting frame 2 is arranged below the opening 101 of the inner container 100 and fixed on the front baffle 201 of the base 200, which is beneficial for the door hinge 1 installed on the hinge connecting frame 2 to be fixedly connected with the door body 300 covering the opening 101, and effectively plays a role in supporting the door body 300.
Referring to fig. 3 and 10, a boss 5 protruding outward is provided in front of the inner container 100, a surrounding edge 51 is provided on the boss 5, and an escape groove 52 corresponding to the door hinge 1 is provided on the surrounding edge 51. The boss 5 is adapted to the shape of the door 300 covering the opening 101 of the inner container 100, so that the door 300 is adapted to the front profile of the dishwasher, thereby effectively improving the overall aesthetic feeling. In addition, the peripheral edge 51 of the boss 5 is provided with an avoiding groove 52, when the door body 300 is closed on the opening 101 of the inner container 100, the door hinge 1 can be embedded in the avoiding groove 52, so that the door body 300 can be tightly covered on the opening 101 of the inner container 100, and the integration of the door body 300 and the front side of the dishwasher is effectively improved.
In addition, referring to fig. 3, 8 and 11, the bottom of the surrounding edge 51 is provided with an inclined surface 53 which is arranged to be separated from the mounting plate 21 on the hinge connecting frame 2, the surrounding edge 51 is provided with a limit groove 54 into which the end of the door hinge 1 is inserted, and the limit groove 54 is opened on the inclined surface 53 and corresponds to the position of the limit opening 213 on the mounting plate 21. Therefore, when the door 300 is fully opened, the end of the door hinge 1 is inserted into the limit opening 213 and simultaneously extends into the limit groove 54, and the inner wall of the limit groove 54 abuts against the abutting part 12 of the door hinge 1, so that the abutting area is increased, and the support strength is effectively improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 10, an outlet 42 communicating with the inside of the base 200 is formed on the mounting seat 4, the hinge connecting frame 2 has a threading hole 26, and the threading hole 26 is located within a projection range of the outlet 42. The hinge connecting frame 2 is also provided with a wire harness clamp 27 adjacent to the threading hole 26, and the wire harness clamp 27 is isolated from the tension spring 3. In practical applications, the door 300 is usually provided with a control panel (not shown), and the connection circuit between the control panel and the internal components of the base 200 can be fixed by the wire harness clip 27 on the hinge frame 2, and pass through the threading hole 26 and the wire outlet 42 on the mounting seat 4 to connect to the internal components of the base 200, so as to effectively and reasonably set the routing of the connection circuit (not shown). The wire harness clip 27 and the tension springs 3 are separately disposed, in this embodiment, the wire harness clip 27 and the threading holes 26 are centrally disposed on the hinge connecting frame 2, and the pair of symmetrically disposed tension springs 3 are respectively disposed near the edge of the hinge connecting frame 2. Thus, the connection line fixed on the harness clip 27 is isolated from the tension spring 3, and mutual influence is effectively avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A door hinge mechanism of a dish washing machine is characterized in that the door hinge mechanism is arranged on the front side of the dish washing machine and is arranged above and below an opening in front of the dish washing machine; the door hinge mechanism comprises a door hinge, a hinge connecting frame and a tension spring, and the tension spring is arranged on the hinge connecting frame; one end of the door hinge is fixed with a door body of the dishwasher, and the other end of the door hinge is connected with the tension spring and is arranged on the hinge connecting frame through a rivet; the door hinge takes the rivet as a shaft and rotates up and down along with the opening and closing of the door body, and the movement of the door body is limited under the action of the tension spring.

The door hinge mechanism of the dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein the hinge connecting frame is vertically arranged at the front side of the dishwasher, the upper end of the hinge connecting frame is provided with a mounting plate, the mounting plate is provided with a connecting lug, and the connecting lug is provided with a mounting hole of the rivet; the door hinge is provided with a first connecting hole corresponding to the mounting hole, and the rivet penetrates through the mounting hole and the first connecting hole so as to connect the door hinge with the connecting lug.

The door hinge mechanism of the dishwasher according to claim 2, wherein the mounting plate extends outward of the dishwasher and is arranged obliquely from bottom to top, and a limiting opening for limiting the rotation angle of the door hinge is arranged on the mounting plate; the tip of hinge is equipped with and butts the portion, the tip of hinge can imbed in the spacing mouthful, and make it with be located to hinder the portion the mounting panel plate body offsets.

The door hinge mechanism of the dishwasher according to claim 5, wherein the two sides of the hinge connecting frame are respectively provided with a reinforcing flange, and the reinforcing flanges are integrally connected with the connecting lugs; the body of the hinge connecting frame is also provided with a reinforcing convex rib connected with the mounting plate and the mounting lug respectively.

A dish washing machine comprises an inner container, a base and a door body, wherein the inner container and the base are arranged up and down, and an opening for covering the door body is arranged in front of the inner container; the dishwasher is characterized by further comprising a door hinge mechanism of the dishwasher according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the base comprises a front baffle plate positioned below the opening of the inner container, the front baffle plate is provided with a mounting seat, and the mounting seat is provided with a stud; the hinge connecting frame is arranged on the mounting seat, and a fixing hole corresponding to the stud is formed in the hinge connecting frame.

The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the mounting seat is provided with an outlet communicated with the inside of the base, the hinge connecting frame is provided with a threading hole, and the threading hole is positioned in the projection range of the outlet; the hinge connection frame is further provided with a wire harness clamp adjacent to the threading hole, and the wire harness clamp is isolated from the tension spring.
