本实用新型是一种随机中奖用的卡片，具体说是由顾客决定自己能否中奖的卡片。
为增加营业额，不少销售部门采用有奖销售的办法。具体作法是用摇奖机摇出中奖号码，在固定的时间公告中奖号码，这种方法是否公正，顾客总有怀疑。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种由顾客自己决定自己能否中奖的卡片。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在卡片1上覆盖若干大小相等的不透明膜或纸片2。纸片2与卡片1之间有一层不干胶3。某些覆盖膜或纸片下，卡片上印有与奖金等额的数字4。
为鼓励顾客购物，顾客购物后可根据购物的价值获得一张或几张自控中奖游戏卡。顾客可根据自己的意愿刮掉卡片上的一块不透明膜或撕掉一块低片2，这时如果有数字出现，则该数字就是应得的奖金数，如果没有数字出现，则表示没有中奖。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

图中，1是卡片，2是纸片，3是不干胶，4是数字。纸片2通过不干胶3粘贴在卡片1上；纸片2可以是一层不透明薄膜，不透明薄膜通过一层可以剥离的胶膜粘附在卡片1上。使用时顾客可以按自己的意愿刮去一块不透明薄膜或剥去一块不干胶纸片，看其是否露出获奖金额。
顾客使用自控中奖游戏卡能享受到一种乐趣，对货物销售部门来说，使用这种游戏卡，可以吸引顾客，增大营业额。

3、按权利要求1所述的自控中奖游戏卡，其特征在于个别纸片（2）所在位置，卡片上印有中奖金额数字。
