Technical Field

Background
In the production and processing process of kaolin, because the kaolin raw material contains more water, the water of the slurry raw material needs to be pressed out by using a filter press, filtered water is discharged from two sides of a filter plate component of the filter press, the filtered water is discharged by a drainage device, and mud cakes fall into a material pile below the opened filter plate component. The drainage device generally includes a frame and drainage grooves provided on the frame, the drainage grooves are located on both sides of the filter plate assembly, a water pipe is provided between the filter plate assembly and the drainage grooves, and water generated by the filter plate assembly is retained in the drainage grooves through the water pipe.
In view of the above-mentioned related art, when the filter press stops working, the residual water on the upper portion of the filter plate assembly flows out and drops on the lower mud cake material pile, which affects the mud cake, and thus needs to be improved.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to reduce the influence of water flowing out after the filter press stops working on mud cakes, the application provides a drainage device of the filter press.

Preferably, the short edge of the frame body is provided with two parallel sliding grooves, and the two ends of the supporting frame are provided with rolling wheels which roll on the sliding grooves.

Preferably, the surface of the water retaining groove is provided with an antirust layer.
By adopting the technical scheme, the corrosion of water to the water retaining groove can be reduced by the antirust layer, and the effect of prolonging the service life of the water retaining groove is realized.
Preferably, the lower end of the drain hopper is connected with a drain pipe, and a filter disc is arranged in the drain pipe.

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-4.
The embodiment of the application discloses a drainage device of a filter press. Referring to fig. 1, the drainage device of the filter press comprises a frame body 2 and a drainage tank 3 arranged on the frame body 2, wherein the filter press component 1 is arranged above the frame body 2, the drainage tank 3 is arranged on two sides of the long edge of the filter press component 1, and filtered water generated during the operation of the filter press is discharged through the drainage tank 3. A water retaining groove 4 is arranged on the frame body 2 below the filter pressing assembly 1, the water retaining groove 4 can slide relative to the frame body 2, and the water retaining groove 4 moves along the direction close to or far away from the right lower part of the filter pressing assembly 1; when the filter press stops working, the water retaining groove 4 is moved towards the direction close to the position under the filter pressing component 1, so that the water retaining groove 4 blocks the position under the filter pressing component 1, partial residual water of the filter press falls into the water retaining groove 4, the residual water cannot drip onto a mud cake material pile, and the influence of the water flowing out after the filter press stops working on mud cakes is reduced.
According to fig. 2 and 3, specifically, the water retaining groove 4 comprises a supporting frame 41 and an arc-shaped bottom plate 42, the supporting frame 41 is rectangular, the periphery of the bottom plate 42 is welded on the supporting frame 41, a plurality of arc-shaped rods 5 and cross rods 6 used for supporting the lower surface of the bottom plate 42 are welded on the supporting frame 41, the arc-shaped rods 5 are attached to the outer side of the bottom plate 42 in an arc shape, the cross rods 6 are attached to the outer surface of the bottom plate 42 in the long side direction, two ends of each arc-shaped rod 5 are welded to two sides of the long side of the supporting frame 41, and the cross rods 6 are welded on the arc-shaped rods 5. The support frame 41, the arc-shaped rods 5 and the cross rod 6 form a support structure for supporting the bottom sheet 42.
According to fig. 2 and 4, the bottom plate 42 is obliquely arranged, the lower end of the bottom plate 42 is provided with the water outlet 7, the lower surface of the frame body 2 is provided with the drain hopper 8, the water outlet 7 is opposite to the drain hopper 8 up and down, the lower end of the drain hopper 8 is communicated with the drain pipe 9, water flows from the higher end of the bottom plate 42 to the lower end, enters the drain hopper 8 through the water outlet 7 and is finally discharged through the drain pipe 9. And a filter sheet 10 is laid on the inner wall of the bucket body of the drainage bucket 8, and the filter sheet 10 covers the interface between the drainage groove 3 and the drainage pipe 9, so that sundries are filtered out, and the drainage pipe 9 is kept smooth.
According to fig. 2 and 3, two parallel sliding grooves 11 are arranged on the short sides of the lower surface of the frame body 2, rollers 12 are arranged on the short sides of the supporting frame 41, and the rollers 12 roll along the length direction of the sliding grooves 11; and install the actuating mechanism who is used for driving 4 reciprocating motion in manger plate groove on support body 2, in this embodiment, actuating mechanism is the cylinder 13 that the level set up, cylinder 13 is located 2 lower surfaces of support body and is close to the position in the middle of the long limit of carriage 41, the moving direction of the telescopic link of cylinder 13 is parallel with 11 length direction in spout, the telescopic link of cylinder 13 and the long limit fixed connection of carriage 41, the telescopic link of cylinder 13 drives carriage 41 and is reciprocating motion when removing, be convenient for manger plate groove 4's removal.
An anti-rust layer is coated on the outer surface of the water retaining groove 4 and can be formed by coating anti-rust paint, and the anti-rust layer can reduce the corrosion of water to the water retaining groove 4 and prolong the service life of the water retaining groove 4.
The implementation principle of the drainage device of the filter press in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
the filter pressing assembly 1 and the mud cake material pile are separated by arranging the movable water retaining groove 4, and when the filter press stops working, part of residual water flowing out of the filter pressing assembly is contained, so that the influence on mud cakes is reduced; the water retaining groove 4 is moved on the frame body 2 through the sliding groove 11 and the roller 12 and the air cylinder 13 arranged on the frame body 2; and an anti-rust layer is coated on the outer surface of the water retaining groove 4, so that the service life of the water retaining groove 4 is prolonged.
