Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a human body, wherein most of the positions of the shoulder and neck 50 needing to be massaged are the positions of trapezius muscles, that is, the shoulder and neck 50 shown in the figure, the spine 51 of the human body is taken as a center, and two trapezius muscles are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the spine 51, that is, the shoulder and neck 50 is symmetrically distributed on two sides of the spine 51.
In one embodiment, a massage apparatus for providing massage to the shoulder and neck 50 of fig. 1 is provided, and in particular, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an isometric view of the massage apparatus provided in one embodiment of the present application, which may include a wearable support 10 and a first massage assembly 20.
Wherein, the wearing support 10 is arc-shaped, and the whole shape is similar to a hair band. The wearing bracket 10 of this structure is formed with a concave arc-shaped face, and an opening is provided between both ends of the wearing bracket 10. The first massage assembly 20 may be disposed on the wearable support 10.
Specifically, the wearable support 10 may be an inelastic rigid wearable support 10 made of plastic or light metal, etc. to increase the structural strength of the wearable support 10. The wearable support 10 may also be an elastic wearable support 10 having a certain elasticity, so that the whole wearable support 10 can be elastically deformed to a certain extent, and the parts on both sides of the opening can be close to or far away from each other. Then, when the user dresses the massager in the neck, the position of opening both sides can open greatly under exogenic action earlier to do benefit to the neck and be blocked in on dressing support 10 along this opening, treat to dress the completion back, under the condition that exogenic action disappears, the position of opening both sides resumes the normal position, with the better joint of neck.
Then, referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a side view of the massage apparatus worn by the human body; FIG. 4 is a rear view of the massage apparatus worn by a person; when the user dresses the massage appearance, the position of the opening both sides of wearing support 10 can open greatly under exogenic action earlier to do benefit to human neck along this opening card on wearing support 10, treat to dress the completion back, under the condition that exogenic action disappears, the position of opening both sides resumes the normal position, with the better joint of neck.
Wherein, the first massage assembly 20 comprises a first massage sheet 21, and the first massage sheet 21 is provided with a massage surface 22. The massage face 22 is used to provide a massage to the shoulder and neck 50 of the human body. It is understood that, in order to conform to the wearing direction of the wearing support 10, when the wearing support 10 is worn on the neck of the human body, the massage face 22 can just contact with the shoulder and neck 50 to massage the shoulder and neck 50; the first massaging assembly 20 should be disposed at a side of the concave arc of the wearing support 10 and the first massaging blades 21 are located at a side of the first massaging assembly 20 facing away from the concave arc of the wearing support 10 and the massaging surface 22 is located at a side of the first massaging blades 21 facing away from the wearing support 10. Thus, after the wearable support 10 is worn on the neck of the human body, the massage face 22 is attached to the human body facing the human body, and thus, the massage can be smoothly provided to the human body.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is another perspective view of the massage apparatus provided in the present embodiment, the first massage assembly 20 needs to be provided with a first supporting member 31 to support the first massage sheet 21, the first supporting member 31 specifically includes a main body portion 32 and a first supporting portion 33, the main body portion 32 can be used for being connected with the wearing frame 10, and the first supporting portion 33 can be used for supporting the first massage sheet 21. Since there may be a plurality of parts to be massaged of the human body, the first massage assembly 20 may be provided with a plurality of first massage pieces 21, and accordingly, a plurality of first support parts 33 are provided on the first support part 31, and one first massage piece 21 is provided on each first support part 33, so that a plurality of positions of the human body can be massaged at one time.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, fig. 6 is an exploded view of the massage apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a bearing member 70 of the massage apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, the massage apparatus further includes the bearing member 70, the bearing member 70 is fixed on the wearable support 10, and the first support 31 is floatingly disposed on the bearing member 70. Therefore, the first massage sheet 21 can float, so that the first massage sheet 21 can be suitable for people without shoulder and neck shapes, and the application range is improved. Specifically, the first support 31 may be floatingly connected to the carrier 70 by a spring 71 or the like.
In order to massage both the trapezius muscles of the spine 51 at the same time, the trapezius muscles are massaged. Two first massage pieces 21 can be correspondingly arranged, and the two first massage pieces 21 respectively massage the parts of the two trapezius muscles.
Specifically, in order to make the wearing support 10 balance better after the wearing support 10 is worn on the neck, thereby reducing the risk that the wearing support 10 falls off from the neck, the middle part of the wearing support 10 is aligned with the spine 51 of the human body, so that the lengths of the wearing support 10 on the two sides of the neck are equal, and the balance of the wearing support 10 is improved. Correspondingly, the first massage unit is provided with a first central axis along the width direction of the human body, and the first central axis is aligned with the central axis along the width direction of the human body of the wearable support 10 when the back of the human body is looked.
Accordingly, since the trapezius muscle to be massaged is distributed on the side of the spine 51, the first massage sheet 21 is disposed on the side of the wearing support 10, and the predetermined distance a/2 is set between the trapezius muscle and the spine 51, that is, the first central axis and the massage sheet 21, and the predetermined distance a/2 is typically 5 mm to 15 mm. Therefore, the first massage sheet 21 can avoid the contact between the spine 51 and the trapezius muscle, avoid the risk that the spine 51 is difficult to fit and the massage effect is poor, and better massage the trapezius muscle.
Since the two trapezius muscles to be massaged are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the spine 51, and certainly, both the two trapezius muscles need to be massaged, two first massage pieces 21 are provided, and the two first massage pieces 21 are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the wearing support 10, more specifically, the two first massage pieces 21 are symmetrically distributed about the first central axis. Then, in order to support the two first massage pieces 21, the first support members 31 are provided with two first support portions 33, and the two first support portions 33 are symmetrically distributed about the first central axis. Therefore, the two trapezius muscles can be massaged simultaneously, and the massage efficiency is improved. In fig. 5, a is a distance a between two first massage sheets 21 symmetrically distributed on both sides of the middle of the wearable support 10, and a is in a range of 10 mm to 30 mm.
Because the trapezius part to be massaged is a non-planar part, in order to enable the first massage sheet 21 to be better attached to the trapezius part, the effective contact surface of the first massage sheet 21 and the trapezius part is increased, the pricking feeling is reduced, and the massage effect is improved. Referring to fig. 8 and 9 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 7, fig. 8 is a top view of a massage apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 9 is a sectional view a-a of fig. 8, and the present embodiment further provides a massage apparatus including a wearable support 10 and a first massage assembly 20.
The wearing support 10 and the first massage assembly 20 are the same as those of the above embodiment, and are not described again. The difference is that in this embodiment, see fig. 5, the massage face 22 is curved. And the massage face 22 is in a concave arc shape 60 in the first direction X, referring to fig. 9, the massage face 22 includes a first side portion 221, a middle portion 222 and a second side portion 223 arranged in sequence in the second direction Y; the middle portion 222 is raised relative to the first and second side portions 221 and 223.
For convenience of description, the first massage sheet 21 is described with reference to a direction in which it is attached to the neck or shoulder of a human body. Referring to fig. 5, a first direction X is a width direction from the left side to the right side of the human body, and a second direction Y is a height direction from the head to the feet of the human body.
Since the trapezius muscle, which is the joint portion between the shoulder and neck, has a certain curvature for supporting the neck, the massage surface 22 is formed in the concave arc shape 60, so that the massage surface 22 can adapt to the shape of the trapezius muscle, and the fitting degree between the massage surface 22 and the trapezius muscle is improved. Because of the trapezius position is concave arc 60 in the direction from top to bottom, the middle part 222 that consequently sets up massage face 22 that corresponds is protruding, can make the middle part 222 of massage face 22 and the laminating of the middle part 222 at trapezius position, the first lateral part 221 and the second lateral part 223 of massage face 22 can laminate with the upper and lower both sides at trapezius position respectively, thereby promote the effective contact surface at massage face 22 and trapezius position, reduce the sense of sting, improve massage effect.
In summary, this embodiment provides a massage apparatus, wherein the massage face 22 is arranged to have a concave arc shape 60 in the left-to-right direction, and the middle portion 222 of the massage face 22 is convex relative to the first side portion 221 and the second side portion 223 thereof in the top-to-bottom direction. Therefore, the shape of the massage surface 22 is adapted to the trapezius muscle, the effective contact area is increased, the pricking feeling is reduced, and the massage effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating the inclination of the massage surface 22 of the first massage sheet 21, in order to increase the fitting degree, the massage surface 22 is inclined toward the side away from the human body in a third direction Z, which is the thickness direction from the front chest to the back of the human body. That is, the third direction Z is perpendicular to the first direction X and perpendicular to the second direction Y.
The massage surface 22 is inclined in the third direction Z, that is, after the wearable support 10 is worn on the neck of the human body, the massage surface 22 is inclined in the direction away from the spine 51 of the human body, because the trapezius portion is inclined in the direction away from the neck, and the massage surface 22 is inclined, so that the shape of the massage surface 22 can adapt to the trapezius portion, and the fitting performance between the massage surface 22 and the trapezius portion is improved.
Specifically, when the massage surface 22 is inclined toward the side close to the wearable support 10 along the third direction Z, the included angle b between the massage surface 22 and the plane in which the first direction X and the second direction Y are located is greater than or equal to 15 degrees and less than or equal to 45 degrees. That is, the included angle b between the massage face 22 and the plane of the first direction X and the second direction Y is 15 to 45 degrees. Set up the contained angle b of massage face 22 and above-mentioned plane between 15 degrees to 45 degrees, when wearing support 10 and dress in the neck, massage face 22 and the laminating of trapezius position, and the partial gravity of wearing support 10 transmits to the trapezius position through first massage piece 21 for the trapezius position provides the support to first massage piece 21, makes the massage face 22 laminating inseparabler.
Referring to fig. 1, since the shoulder and neck portions 50 include a portion extending downward from the neck portion and another portion extending away from the spine 51, when the user looks at the back of the human body, the two shoulder and neck portions 50 are distributed in a shape of "eight" on both sides of the spine 51, that is, each shoulder and neck portion 50 extends obliquely downward, and the upper portion of the shoulder and neck portion 50 is closer to the spine 51.
Accordingly, referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 10 and 11, correspondingly, the massage face 22 includes a first portion 224 and a second portion 225 distributed along the first direction X; the first portion 224 is positioned on a side closer to the spine of the human body and the second portion 225 is positioned on a side farther from the spine of the human body; the second portion 225 is inclined toward the foot side of the human body in a second direction. Thereby, when two massage surfaces 22 are provided, the two massage surfaces 22 are also distributed in a shape of a Chinese character 'ba'. Thereby, the massage face 22 and the shoulder and neck 50 can be more matched, and the effective contact surface of the two can be improved.
Specifically, the first section 224 includes first upper corners 2241 and first lower corners 2242 distributed along the second direction Y; the first upper corner 2241 is closer to the head of the human body than the first lower corner 2242, and the first upper corner 2241 is inclined in the third direction Z toward the side away from the human body with respect to the first lower corner 2242. That is, after the wearing support 10 is worn on the neck, the massage face 22 is away from the wearing support 10, but the first upper corner 2241 is inclined toward the side close to the back away from the human body. The reason is that since the portion of the neck 50 corresponding to the first portion 224 is closer to the neck, and the center of the neck, i.e., the position where the spine 51 extends to the neck, is relatively highly convex, the portion of the neck 50 close to the neck will have a slightly higher tendency to be dragged by the spine 51. Therefore, the first upper corners 2241 are inclined away from the human body, so that the first upper corners 2241 can be better attached to the shoulder and neck 50.
Specifically, a second upper corner 2251 and a second lower corner 2252 of the second portion 225 are sequentially distributed along the second direction Y; the second lower corner 2252 is closer to the head of the person than the second upper corner 2251. That is, after the wearing support 10 is worn on the neck, the massage face 22 faces away from the wearing support 10, but the second lower corner 2252 is inclined toward the side away from the back of the human body.
The reason is that since the portion of the shoulder neck 50 corresponding to the second portion 225 is located closer to the scapula, and the position of the scapula is relatively high, the portion of the shoulder neck 50 close to the scapula tends to be slightly higher under the traction of the scapula. Therefore, the second lower corner 2252 is inclined away from the human body, so that the second lower corner 2252 can better fit around the shoulder and neck 50.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 11, fig. 12 is an isometric view of another aspect of the massage apparatus provided in the present application, and fig. 13 is an isometric view of another aspect of the massage apparatus provided in the present application, which includes a wearable support 10, a first massage assembly 20, and a second massage assembly 40. Wherein the wearable support 10 and the first massage assembly 20 are the same as those of the above-mentioned embodiment, and are not described in detail.
The difference is that in this embodiment a second massage assembly 40 is provided, which second massage assembly 40 comprises a second massage flap 41, which second massage flap 41 is provided with a massage face, the massage face of the second massage flap 41 being adapted to provide a massage to the neck.
That is, when the wearable support 10 is worn around the neck, the massage surfaces 22 of the first massage pieces 21 massage the shoulder and neck 50, and the massage surfaces of the second massage pieces 41 massage the neck. The massage device has the advantages that the massage parts are added, and massage can be better provided for a human body.
In this embodiment, the massage machine further includes a support member 30, the support member 30 including a main body portion 32, a first support portion 33, and a second support portion 35; the first support portion 33 and the second support portion 35 are connected to the main body portion 32. The first support part 33 is provided with the first massage sheet 21, and the second support part 35 is provided with the second massage sheet 41.
That is, by providing the support member 30 and providing the first support portion 33 and the second support portion 35 on the support member 30, it is possible to make the first support portion 33 support the first massage sheet 21 and the second support portion 35 support the second massage sheet 41. The provision of one support member 30 carrying both the first massaging elements 21 and the second massaging elements 41 makes the construction of the massaging apparatus more compact.
In order to increase the massaging effect on the neck, a plurality of second massaging strips 41 may be provided. Specifically, two second massage flaps 41 may be provided. The second massage assembly 40 has a second central axis disposed along the height direction of the human body, and the two second massage pieces 41 are symmetrically distributed about the second central axis. Therefore, the positions of the two sides of the neck can be simultaneously massaged, and the massage effect is improved.
When two second massage pieces 41 are provided, two second support portions 35 are correspondingly provided, and the two second support portions 35 may be connected to the main body portion 32 and symmetrically distributed on both sides of the second central axis, so as to support the two second massage pieces 41 symmetrically distributed.
When the plurality of first massage pieces 21 and the plurality of second massage pieces 41 are provided, the supporting member 30 includes a main body portion 32, a first supporting member 31 and a second supporting member 34, the first supporting member 31 and the second supporting member 34 are connected to the main body portion 32 at intervals up and down, the first supporting member 31 includes two first supporting portions 33 symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main body portion 32, and the second supporting member 34 includes two second supporting portions 35 symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main body portion 32. The four supporting portions extend outward from four corner positions of the main body portion 32, respectively.
In one embodiment, the first support 31 and the second support 34 can also be separately provided for installation and adjustment, thereby increasing the convenience of use.
The first support 31 and the second support can share the bearing part 70 and be connected with the bearing part 70 in a floating manner, and can also respectively correspond to one bearing part 70, so that the first massage sheet 21 and the second massage sheet 41 can float relatively, and the application range of the massage apparatus is enlarged.
In any of the above embodiments, the first massage sheet 21 and/or the second massage sheet 41 may be metal electrode sheets, and after the metal electrode sheets are electrified, electric stimulation may be performed on the part to be massaged, so as to achieve a good massage effect.
The foregoing detailed description of the embodiments of the present application has been presented to illustrate the principles and implementations of the present application, and the description of the embodiments is only provided to help understand the method and the core concept of the present application.
