All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The application protects a shoulder and neck massage appearance, including wearing the main part, massage head and with the wire that the massage head corresponds, massage head with wear the main part and pass through the wire electricity is connected. The shoulder and neck massager provided by the utility model can be worn on the neck of a user through the supporting part, and the massage head can be detachably arranged in the accommodating part, so that the overall volume of the shoulder massager is reduced; and the projection of the accommodating part at least partially falls into the bearing section of the supporting part so that the massage head can be supported by the bracket at the same time, thereby improving the accommodating stability and being beneficial to reducing the whole volume of the massage instrument. Meanwhile, the pressure of the shoulder and neck massager on the neck can be reduced.
All technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below with specific examples. In the embodiment, two massage heads are taken as an example, and two accommodating portions for accommodating the massage heads are also provided.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 100 provided by the present invention comprises a wearing body 10, two massage heads 50 and wires 30 corresponding to the massage heads, specifically, each massage head 50 is connected with a wire 30 electrically connected to the wearing body 10, and the wearing body 10 comprises a supporting portion 15 and a receiving portion 20. In this embodiment, the supporting portion 15 includes a bearing section 16 and two brackets 18, and the two brackets 18 are connected to opposite ends of the bearing section 16 and are disposed opposite to each other.
The accommodating part 20 is arranged on the bearing section 16, and the projection part or the whole of the accommodating part 20 in the thickness direction of the bearing section 16 is overlapped with the bearing section 16; the lead 30 comprises a connecting section 31 and an extending section 32 connected with the connecting section 31, the connecting section 31 is positioned in the wearing body 10, the extending section 32 extends from the support 18 or the supporting part 10, and the massage head is connected with the extending section. The massage head 50 is detachably mounted on the receiving portion 20, and the protruding portion 31 allows the massage head 50 to move away from or close to the wearing body 10 within a certain distance with respect to the wearing body 10. The massage head 50 can be detached from the wearing body 10 to massage the neck, shoulder or back of the human body, and is more flexible to use.
In one embodiment, the connecting section 31 is located in the bracket 18, the protruding section 32 protrudes from the bracket 18 to the accommodating portion 20 and is connected to the end of the massaging head 50, and the massaging head 50 is connected to and conducted with the protruding section 32. The massage head 50 is arranged on the containing part 20, the extending section 32 connected with the massage head 50 is contained in the containing part 20, the massage head 50 is separated from the containing part 20, and the extending section 32 connected with the massage head 50 provides a moving distance for the massage head 50 relative to the supporting part 15. The massage head 50 can be separated from the support part 15 and connected with the wearing body 10 through the wire 30 to allow the massage head 50 to move with the position of the protruding section 32 protruding out of the bracket as a fulcrum, and the length of the protruding section 32 is the distance of the massage head 50 from the wearing body 10, so that the massage head 50 can be flexibly used to enable the massage head 50 to conveniently massage the shoulder and back area. In other embodiments, the connecting segment 31 may be located within the carrier segment 16, the protruding segment 32 may protrude from the carrier segment 16, or the protruding segment 32 may protrude from the receiving portion 20.
In this embodiment, the wearing body 10 is a ring-like structure with an opening for wearing around the neck, and the supporting portion 15 is used for supporting the massage head 50 and contacting with the human body. The supporting portion 15 may be a hollow rod body with an opening similar to a ring, and the brackets 18 are connected to two opposite sides of the bearing section 16 and symmetrically arranged to ensure the wearing stability. As shown in fig. 2, the shoulder and neck massager 100 comprises a power supply 60 and a circuit board 70, wherein the power supply 60 is a battery; the circuit board 70 is used for carrying the circuits and control elements of the massager 100.
In one embodiment, each of the brackets 18 is provided with a receiving cavity (not shown) at an end portion thereof away from the carrying section 16, and the power source 60 and the circuit board 70 are respectively mounted in the receiving cavities. And the functional keys of the massager 100 can be arranged at the end of the bracket 18 and electrically connected with the circuit board. The bracket 18 includes two ends connected to the bearing section 16 and a portion corresponding to the bearing section 16, and the receiving cavity is located in the portion of the bracket 18 corresponding to the bearing section 16. The two brackets 18 may be resilient brackets 18 and the receiving portion 20 may be rigid and non-deformable. When the massage apparatus is deformed, the holder 18 is deformed, the housing portion 20 is not deformed, and the effect of connecting the massage head 50 and the housing portion 20 is not affected. Of course, in other embodiments, both the bracket 18 and the receiving portion 20 may be deformable, or the bracket 18 may not be deformable and the receiving portion 20 may be deformable.
Referring to fig. 2, the wire 30 includes a connection segment 31 and an extension segment 32 connected to one end of the connection segment 31, and the other ends of the two connection segments 31 are respectively connected to the battery and the circuit board, so that the extension segment 32 can supply power to the massage head 50; it is understood that the wire 30 is connected to an electronic component, such as a circuit board 70, at one end and to the massage head 50 at the other end. The conducting wire further comprises a guiding connection section 34, the guiding connection section 34 is connected with the connection sections 31 corresponding to the two massage heads so as to enable the two connection sections 31 to be conducted, the guiding connection section 34 and the extension sections 32 are located on two branch lines at the same end of the connection section 31, the electric quantity of the power supply passes through the guiding connection section from one connection section 31 to the other connection section 31, the circuit board is started, and the two extension sections 32 are simultaneously electrified through the guiding connection section 34.
The bearing section 16 comprises an outer side and an inner side contacted with a human body, the accommodating part 20 is arranged on the outer side, and the bearing section 16 and the accommodating part 20 are symmetrically arranged on the same central plane. The massage head 50 is accomodate in the outside of supporting part 15, more makes things convenient for the user to take massage head 50 massage shoulder back of the body position, and the bearing segment 16 inboard of supporting part 15 is more level and smooth, when wearing the main part and wearing in the neck, the atress of neck is more balanced, wears the burden and just stability height. Further, the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 100 includes a massage element disposed inside the bearing section 16, so that the inside of the supporting portion 15 can provide hot compress or other massage functions. The inner side of the bearing section 16 can be provided with an FPC, and electronic elements in the massager can be flexibly arranged.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the receiving portion 20 includes a carrier 21 and a receiving groove 23 provided on a surface of the carrier 21, the carrier 21 is provided on the carrying segment 16, and a surface provided with the receiving groove 23 faces away from the carrying segment 16. The massage heads 50 are partially housed and positioned in the housing grooves 23, which prevent the massage heads from sliding on the carrier. The extending section 32 connected with the massage head 50 is completely arranged in the containing groove 23 and is positioned between the massage head 50 and the containing groove 23, so that the integration of the massage instrument is realized.
Specifically, the containing groove is arranged on the surface of the carrier opposite to the bearing section, the surface surrounds the opening periphery of the containing groove, the massage head 50 comprises a base 51 and an electrode plate 51 arranged on the base 52, and the electrode plate 51 and the outer surface 53 of the base 51 are arranged oppositely. The base 52 is arranged in the containing groove 23, so that the massage heads can be taken and placed more conveniently, and of course, the massage heads can be completely contained in the containing groove 23. The carrier 21 is a strip-shaped plate fixed to the outer side of the bearing section 16, and the opening of the receiving groove 23 faces outward. The area of the receiving groove 23 is as large as the area of the carrier 21, so long as the depth of the receiving groove 23 is ensured to protect the massage head 50. The housing 20 in this embodiment is provided in addition to the size and number of the massage heads 50, and the support portion 15 is reduced in size as much as possible, so that the size of the massage apparatus as a whole can be reduced. In other embodiments, the width of the carrier section 16 is greater than the width of the bracket 18; the receiving portion 20 includes a receiving groove 23, and the receiving groove 23 is disposed on the bearing segment 16. It is understood that the receiving slot 23 is directly formed on the carrier segment 16, or the carrier 21 is a part of the carrier segment 16, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified. Furthermore, the receiving portion 20 may be integrally formed with the bracket 18, and the receiving portion itself is a part of the bracket 18, so as to further simplify the structure of the wearing main body 10, which is beneficial to reducing the miniaturization of the massage apparatus.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, a first magnetic element 54 is disposed on the massage head 50, a second magnetic element 27 is disposed in the accommodating portion 20, when the massage head 50 is installed in the accommodating portion 20, the first magnetic element 53 faces the second magnetic element 27, and the first magnetic element 54 and the second magnetic element 27 attract each other, so as to position the massage head 50 and the accommodating portion 20. The massage head 50 is partially accommodated in the accommodating portion 20, so that the massage head 50 can be conveniently taken and placed. In other embodiments, the housing 20 comprises a carrier including a bearing surface facing away from the support, and the massage heads 50 are positioned directly on the bearing surface.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a projection portion of the accommodating portion 20 in the thickness direction of the bearing section 16 overlaps with the bearing section 16, in this embodiment, a projection portion of the accommodating portion 20 in the thickness direction of the bearing section 16 overlaps with the bearing section 16, the width of the carrier 21 is greater than the width of the bearing section 16, and when the massage heads 50 are in the accommodated state, the massage heads can be supported by the bracket 18 at the same time, so that the accommodating stability of the massage heads 50 can be improved, and the overall volume of the massage apparatus can be reduced.
The housing portion 20 includes the housing slots 23 corresponding to each massage head 50, and in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, two housing slots 23 are provided on the same carrier 21; the two accommodating grooves 23 can be closely arranged on one carrier 21, so that the massage heads 50 are close to each other when being accommodated in the accommodating grooves 23, the appearance integrity is good, and the two accommodating grooves 23 are connected into a whole, thereby being beneficial to routing and arranging other components.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there are two receiving portions 20, each receiving portion 20 includes one carrier 21 and a receiving groove 23 provided in one carrier 21, and the two carriers 21 are arranged side by side along the length direction of the carrying segment 16. In any of the above embodiments, the two receiving slots 23 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the bearing section 16, and the two receiving slots 23 are symmetrically arranged along the width direction of the bearing section 16, so that when the bracket 18 deforms, the two receiving slots 23 are preferentially deformed, and the receiving slots 23 are relatively stable, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the receiving.
Further, the accommodating groove 23 comprises a side wall and a bottom wall, the depth of the accommodating groove 23 is 0.5-3mm and is larger than the thickness of the electrode plate on the massage head, when the massage head 50 is installed in the accommodating groove 23, the side wall wraps the periphery of the massage head 50, and the height of the massage head outside the accommodating groove is 4-10mm (preferably 5-6 mm). The containing groove 23 limits the massage head to slide on the carrier or the bearing section, and the massage head extends out of the groove, so that a user can take and use the massage head conveniently.
Further, the length extending direction of the carrier 21 and the accommodating groove 23 is the same as the length direction of the carrying section 16, the width of the carrier 21 is greater than the width of the carrying section 16, and the carrier 21 and the accommodating groove 23 are symmetrically arranged along the width direction of the carrying section 16. Therefore, the stress on the two sides of the bracket 18 of the supporting part 15 is uniform, and the wearing experience is better.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the receiving portion 20 includes a guide line portion 25, the extension portion 32 is telescopically received in the guide line portion 25, and the guide line portion is disposed on the receiving portion 20 and is communicated with the receiving groove 23. In this embodiment, the wire position 25 is directly disposed in the receiving groove 23. Referring to fig. 3, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the extending portion 32 of the wire 30 is spirally coiled, and both when the extending portion 32 is spirally coiled and when the extending portion is stretched, the extending portion can provide a moving distance for the massage head 50 to be pulled out of the accommodating portion 20, and after the massage head 50 is installed in the accommodating portion 20, the wire 30 is restored by the resilient force formed by the spiral coil. In this embodiment, the wire 30 has elasticity, and the extension of the wire 30 has a certain length (3-6cm) without being stretched, which allows the massage head 50 to massage the shoulder and back, and when massage to a more distant area is required, the extension 32 of the wire 30 needs to be stretched, i.e., the massage head 50 can be stretched relative to the support 18 and moved within a certain range to increase the massage area, so that when the requirement of shoulder and back massage is satisfied, the wire 30 does not exert pulling force on the massage head 50 due to the restoring force, thereby reducing the influence on the attachment of the massage head 50. The helical extension 32 is stretched by the pulling action of the external force and can be retracted after the external force is removed, so that the massage head 50 can be moved away from the accommodating part 20 with one end of the helical extension on the bracket 18 as a fulcrum.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the wearing body 10 includes a wire collecting box 35, the wire collecting box 35 may be accommodated in the wire position 25 or the massage head 50, the wire collecting box 35 includes an elastic winding structure, the extending section 32 of the wire 30 is wound on the elastic winding structure in the wire collecting box 35, the extending section 32 of the wire 30 is stretched when the massage head 50 is pulled out of the accommodating portion 20, and the elastic winding structure allows the extending section to be retracted into the wire collecting box 35 again after the massage head 50 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 20. In this embodiment, the wire position 25 is a groove that can receive the cluster block 35. The length of the extended section 32 pulled out by the line concentration box 35 is fixed by the steel balls and the rails of the line concentration box 35, and after the fixed line length is pulled out, the line concentration box 35 does not apply force for retracting the lead 30 because the line length is fixed, so that the pulling force for the massage head 50 can be reduced, and the stability of the fit of the massage head 50 and a human body is improved. In other embodiments, the wire position 25 is arranged in the massage head 50, and the wire collecting box 35 is also arranged in the massage head 50, so that the stress direction of the wire 30 is consistent with the movement direction of the massage head 50, the pulling resistance of the wire 30 is reduced, and the service life of the wire collecting box 35 is prolonged. In the above embodiment, the wire 30 is partially connected to the inside of the frame 18 and partially received in the receiving portion 20, so as to ensure the integrity of the appearance of the massage apparatus.
Further, the maximum stretching length of the extended section of the wire 30 is 4-10 cm.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 6, only a partial structure of the supporting portion, the massage heads and the wires are illustrated in fig. 6, and the embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that a through hole 182 for the wire 30 to pass through is formed in an outer side 181 of each bracket 18, the protruding section 32 protrudes out of the bracket 18 through the through hole 182, an end of the protruding section 32 is connected to the massage head 50, a first positioning member (not shown) is disposed on an outer surface of the protruding section 32, and a second positioning member (not shown) is disposed on an outer side 181 of the bracket 18, and the first positioning member and the second positioning member are locked. When the massage head 50 is accommodated in the accommodating part 20, the extending section 32 is attached to the outer side 181 of the bracket 18, and when the massage head 50 is taken out and attached to a human body, the extending section 32 is separated from the outer side of the bracket 18 and moves along with the massage head 50 by taking the part of the wire 30 positioned at the through hole 182 as a rotation fulcrum, so as to provide a distance intersecting with the bracket 18 for the massage head 50.
In this embodiment, the extending section 32 of the wire 30 connected to the massage head 50 is located in the middle of the bearing section 16, compared with the position far away from the middle of the bracket 18, when the user uses the massage head 50 to massage the shoulder and back area, the length of the wire 30 between the massage head 50 and the supporting part 15 is smaller, the wire 30 does not need to be wound from the front side of the neck to the rear side of the neck, the interference of the supporting part 15 itself and the neck and shoulder of the human body to the wire 30 is reduced, the operation is easier, meanwhile, the rotation fulcrum of the wire 30 is closer to the shoulder of the user, and the area range which the massage head 50 can reach can be further increased.
Further, the bracket 18 is provided with an outlet, the massage head 50 is provided with a wire inlet, and when the massage head 50 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 20, the length of the extending section 32 is greater than or equal to the distance between the wire inlet and the outlet. The lead 30 can have a certain length while satisfying the requirement that the lead 30 is easily stored (the lead 30 is straightened when stored). Wherein, the length of the extending section 32 is 5 to 30 percent longer than the distance between the wire inlet and the wire outlet.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a device for stacking two massage heads, which is different from the embodiment in which the massage heads 50 are accommodated in the accommodating portion 20, in that the two massage heads are respectively a first massage head 50A and a second massage head 50B, the first massage head 50A is detachably mounted in the accommodating portion, and the second massage head 50B is detachably mounted on the first massage head 50B and stacked with the massage heads. Specifically, the first massage head 50A includes an electrode plate and an outer surface opposite to the electrode plate, and a groove is formed on the outer surface. The second massage head 50B comprises an electrode plate and a back face opposite to the electrode plate, the first massage head 50A is partially contained in the containing groove 23, the groove faces the outside of the containing groove 23, the second massage head 50B is contained in the groove, namely, the two massage heads 50 are stacked, so that the area of a containing structure on the support 18 can be reduced. The first massage head 50A and the second massage head 50B are different only in that the outer surface of the first massage head 50A is provided with a groove, and other structures are the same, although the first massage head 50A and the second massage head 50B may have the same structure. The electrode sheet of the first massage head 50A is set in the housing groove 23 toward the inside of the housing groove 23, and the second massage head 50B is housed in the recess of the first massage head 50A (in the same direction). In another mode, the outer surface of the first massage head 50A faces the interior of the receiving groove 23, the second massage head 50B is mounted on the surface of the first massage head 50A provided with the electrode sheet, the electrode surface of the first massage head 50A and the electrode surface of the second massage head 50B are opposite at an interval, wherein the periphery of the electrode surface of the first massage head 50A is convexly provided with a protrusion capable of clamping the second massage head 50B, so that the electrode sheets of the two massage heads 50 can be protected. The first massage head 50A and the second massage head 50B are both provided with magnetic elements, and the second massage head 50B is fixed on the first massage head through the mutual attraction of the magnetic elements. The connection of the wire to the massage head and the bracket of this embodiment is more suitable for the embodiment shown in fig. 6 in which the above-mentioned protruding section 32 is located outside the bracket 18.
In one embodiment, the carrier 21 includes a first side and a second side, the distance between the first side and the second side is the width of the carrier 21, the first side is aligned with one side of the carrier segment 16 in the width direction, and the second side protrudes beyond the other side of the carrier segment 16 in the width direction. In this embodiment, in the width direction of the bracket 18 and the bearing section 16, the containing part 20 is integrally protruded towards the bearing section 16, so that when the user wears the massage device, the containing part 20 extends towards the back of the human body, and because the upper part of the bearing section 16 is not protruded, the user cannot be stopped by the supporting part 15 and the containing part 20 when the user leans on his head, the movement is more flexible, and the containing part 18 can extend towards the back of the human body as much as possible when the user wears the massage device, and is shielded and pressed by clothes, so that the massage head 50 is not exposed, the containing part 20 and the shaking of the massage head 50 are reduced, the wearing stability and comfort are improved, and the massage device is suitable for long-term wearing.
Referring to fig. 2 again, in the present embodiment, each of the massage heads 50 includes the electrode sheet 51 with adsorbability, when the massage head 50 is installed in the accommodating portion 20, the electrode sheet is completely accommodated toward the accommodating slot, so that the accommodating portion 20 can shield the electrode sheet, and a gap is formed between the electrode sheet and at least a portion of the bottom wall of the accommodating slot. In this embodiment, an electrode plate protection structure is provided in the receiving groove 23, the massage head 50 is installed in the receiving groove 23, the electrode plate faces the receiving groove 23, and the electrode plate protection structure provides a gap between the electrode plate and at least a part of the wall of the receiving groove. Specifically, the accommodating groove 23 comprises a bottom wall, the electrode plate protection structure is a plurality of protrusions 24 convexly arranged on the edge of the bottom wall, so that the massage head 50 is arranged behind the accommodating groove 23, the protrusions 24 support the electrode plate of the massage head 50, the contact area between the electrode plate and the accommodating groove 23 can be reduced, and the electrode can be taken conveniently. Magnets are arranged in the bulges 24, and the magnets arranged in the massage heads 50 are adsorbed with the magnets of the bulges so as to position the massage heads 50 in the containing grooves 23.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the electrode plate protection structure after the massage head is installed in the accommodating portion, the electrode plate protection structure is a step 26 disposed on the side wall, the periphery of the surface of the massage head 50 where the electrode plate is disposed abuts against the step 26, and the edge of the housing of the massage head 50 abuts against the step 26, so that the electrode plate does not contact with the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 23, thereby preventing the electrode plate from being worn during the accommodating process.
In another embodiment, the surfaces of the side wall and the bottom wall are provided with protective films, and the protective films are positioned in a non-bonding mode with the electrode plates. Specifically, coating has the lacquer of feeling on the diapire of accepting groove 23 or is provided with from the type membrane, feels the lacquer and can reduce the adhesion of self-adhesion electrode from the type membrane homoenergetic to when avoiding taking the electrode slice, cause the damage to the electrode structure. Meanwhile, magnetic members are respectively provided in the massage head 50 and the accommodation groove 23, so that the massage head 50 can be stably positioned in the accommodation groove 23.
