When the massage head 50 is accommodated in the accommodating part 20, the extending section 32 is attached to the outer side 181 of the bracket 18, and when the massage head 50 is taken out and attached to a human body, the extending section 32 is separated from the outer side of the bracket 18 and moves along with the massage head 50 by taking the part of the wire 30 positioned at the through hole 182 as a rotation fulcrum, so as to provide a distance intersecting with the bracket 18 for the massage head 50.

The electrode sheet of the first massage head 50A is set in the housing groove 23 toward the inside of the housing groove 23, and the second massage head 50B is housed in the recess of the first massage head 50A (in the same direction). The connection of the wire to the massage head and the bracket of this embodiment is more suitable for the embodiment shown in fig. 6 in which the above-mentioned protruding section 32 is located outside the bracket 18.
In one embodiment, the carrier 21 includes a first side and a second side, the distance between the first side and the second side is the width of the carrier 21, the first side is aligned with one side of the carrier segment 16 in the width direction, and the second side protrudes beyond the other side of the carrier segment 16 in the width direction. Referring to fig. 2 again, in the present embodiment, each of the massage heads 50 includes the electrode sheet 51 with adsorbability, when the massage head 50 is installed in the accommodating portion 20, the electrode sheet is completely accommodated toward the accommodating slot, so that the accommodating portion 20 can shield the electrode sheet, and a gap is formed between the electrode sheet and at least a portion of the bottom wall of the accommodating slot. In this embodiment, an electrode plate protection structure is provided in the receiving groove 23, the massage head 50 is installed in the receiving groove 23, the electrode plate faces the receiving groove 23, and the electrode plate protection structure provides a gap between the electrode plate and at least a part of the wall of the receiving groove. Specifically, the accommodating groove 23 comprises a bottom wall, the electrode plate protection structure is a plurality of protrusions 24 convexly arranged on the edge of the bottom wall, so that the massage head 50 is arranged behind the accommodating groove 23, the protrusions 24 support the electrode plate of the massage head 50, the contact area between the electrode plate and the accommodating groove 23 can be reduced, and the electrode can be taken conveniently. In another embodiment, the surfaces of the side wall and the bottom wall are provided with protective films, and the protective films are positioned in a non-bonding mode with the electrode plates. the lead comprises a connecting section and an extending section connected with the connecting section, the connecting section is positioned in the wearing main body, and the extending section extends out of the massage head from the bracket or the supporting part and is connected with the extending section;
the massage head is arranged on the containing part and can be detached, and the extending section allows the massage head to be far away from or close to the wearing main body within a certain distance relative to the wearing main body.

The neck and shoulder massager of claim 1 wherein the receiving portion comprises a carrier and a receiving groove disposed on a surface of the carrier, the carrier is disposed on the carrying section, the surface having the receiving groove faces away from the carrying section, and the receiving groove is configured to receive at least a portion of the massage head and at least a portion of the protruding section.
3. The neck and shoulder massager of claim 1 wherein the width of the carrier section is greater than the width of the bracket;
the accommodating part comprises an accommodating groove which is arranged on the bearing section.

The neck and shoulder massager of claim 2 wherein the length extension direction of the carrier and the receiving groove is the same as the length direction of the carrying section, the width of the carrier is larger than the width of the carrying section, and the carrier is symmetrically arranged along the width direction of the carrying section.
5. The neck and shoulder massager of claim 1 wherein the receiving portion comprises a carrier, the carrier comprises a bearing surface facing away from the support, and the massage heads are mounted and positioned on the bearing surface.

The neck and shoulder massager of claim 1 or 2, wherein the bearing section comprises an inner side contacting with the human body and an outer side opposite to the inner side, the accommodating part is arranged on the outer side, and the bearing section and the accommodating part are symmetrically arranged on the same central plane.
7. The neck and shoulder massager of claim 1 or 2 wherein the receiving portion comprises a guide wire portion, and the extension portion is telescopically received in the guide wire portion.

The neck and shoulder massager of claim 7 wherein the wearing body comprises a wire collecting box which can be accommodated in the wire position or the massage head, the wire collecting box comprises an elastic winding structure, the extending section of the wire is wound on the elastic winding structure in the wire collecting box, the extending section of the wire is stretched to be long when the massage head is pulled out of the accommodating part, and the elastic winding structure enables the extending section to be retracted into the wire collecting box again after the massage head is arranged in the accommodating part.
10. The neck and shoulder massager of claim 8 or 9,
the maximum stretching length of the lead is 4cm-10 cm.
11. The neck and shoulder massager as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein each of the supports is provided at an outer side thereof with a through hole for a wire to pass through, the protruding section protrudes out of the support through the through hole, an end portion of the protruding section is connected with the massage head, the outer surface of the protruding section is provided with a first positioning member, an outer side surface of the support is provided with a second positioning member, and the first positioning member and the second positioning member are locked.

A neck and shoulder massager as claimed in claim 2 or 5 wherein the carrier comprises a first side and a second side, the distance between the first side and the second side being the width of the carrier, the first side being aligned with one widthwise edge of the carrier plate and the second side protruding beyond the other widthwise edge of the carrier plate.
13. The neck and shoulder massager of claim 2 wherein the number of the massage heads is two, and the housing portion comprises a housing groove corresponding to each massage head;
or, the number of the accommodating parts is two, and each accommodating part comprises an accommodating groove;
the two accommodating grooves are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the bearing section, and the two accommodating grooves are symmetrically arranged along the width direction of the bearing section.

The neck and shoulder massager of any one of claims 1-5 wherein the massage heads comprise a first massage head and a second massage head, the first massage head is detachably mounted in the housing portion, and the second massage head is detachably mounted on the first massage head and stacked with the massage heads.
15. The neck and shoulder massager of claim 1, wherein the bracket is provided with an outlet, the massage head is provided with a wire inlet, and when the massage head is accommodated in the accommodating portion, the length of the extending section is equal to the distance between the wire inlet and the outlet, or the length of the extending section is 5-30% longer than the distance between the wire inlet and the outlet.
16. A neck and shoulder massager as claimed in claim 5, wherein the neck and shoulder massager comprises a massage element arranged inside the carrier section.

19. The neck and shoulder massager of claim 17 wherein the housing groove comprises a side wall and a bottom wall, the bottom wall having a plurality of protrusions protruding therefrom;
or, the side wall is provided with a step connected with the bottom wall, the electrode plate is arranged at the middle part of the massage head, and the periphery of the surface of the massage head provided with the electrode plate is abutted against the step, so that a gap is formed between the electrode plate and the bottom wall of the accommodating groove;
or the surface of the bottom wall is provided with a protective film, and the adhesive force between the protective film and the electrode plate is smaller than that between the electrode plate and the surface of the bottom wall.

The neck and shoulder massager of claim 1 wherein the carrying section or the receiving portion has a first fastener disposed therein, the massage head has a second fastener disposed therein, and the first fastener and the second fastener are locked to position the massage head on the receiving portion.
