Several implementations of the housing 100 are described below, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific implementations of the housing 100 described below should not be considered as specific limitations on the housing 100.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in one possible implementation, the housing 100 includes an opaque body 110 and a transparent soft film 120, and a mounting opening 111 is formed in a side wall of the opaque body 110. The mounting opening 111 is opposite to the display 200, that is, the mounting opening 111 is located outside the display 200 and faces the display 200. It should be noted that the area of the mounting hole is not smaller than the display area of the display screen 200, and fig. 1 to 4 show that the cross-sectional area of the display screen 200 is rectangular, and the cross-section of the mounting hole 111 is rectangular matching with the display screen 200, so as to ensure that the opaque main body 110 does not cover the information displayed on the display screen 200. The transparent soft rubber sheet 120 is located in the mounting opening 111 and is connected to the mounting opening 111 in a sealing manner, wherein the transparent soft rubber sheet 120 may be made of a transparent TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) material. It is easy to understand that the mounting opening 111 of the opaque body 110 is opposite to the display screen 200 inside the housing 100, and the transparent soft film 120 is disposed in the mounting opening 111, so that the user can see the information displayed on the display screen 200 from the outside of the transparent soft film 120.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, an outer brim 121 is disposed around an edge of the transparent flexible film 120, as shown in fig. 4, the transparent flexible film 120 is a rectangular sheet structure, and the outer brim 121 is formed as a rectangular ring structure surrounding a main body of the transparent flexible film 120, in this embodiment, the length of the outer brim 121 exceeding the main body of the transparent flexible film 120 is not shown, and those skilled in the art can set the outer brim according to actual needs. Fig. 5 shows that the main body of the transparent soft film 120 is embedded inside the mounting opening 111, the outer eaves 121 overlaps and is hermetically connected with the inner surface of the housing 100, i.e., the edge of the mounting opening 111, and the outer eaves 121 may be bonded with the edge of the mounting opening 111 by a sealant. The outer eaves 121 are arranged at the edges of the transparent soft film 120, the outer eaves 121 are in lap joint with the inner surface of the shell 100 and are in sealing connection with the inner surface of the shell 100, and therefore the waterproof performance of the shell 100 can be improved, and external water cannot enter the handle from the connection position between the transparent soft film 120 and the opaque main body 110.
Preferably, the transparent soft film 120 and the opaque body 110 are both plastic pieces, and the transparent soft film 120 and the opaque body 110 are formed into an integral piece through injection molding. Specifically, the housing 100 may be formed by two-shot molding or two-shot molding such that the transparent soft film 120 and the opaque body 110 are formed as one piece. It is easily understood that the transparent soft film 120 is formed as one body with the opaque body 110, which can improve the coupling strength between the transparent soft film 120 and the opaque body 110.
Further, the casing 100 further includes a transparent cover 130, and the transparent cover 130 is located in the installation opening 111 and covers the outer side of the transparent soft film 120. Illustratively, the shape and size of the transparent cover 130 are matched with the mounting opening 111, so that the gap between the transparent cover 130 and the mounting opening 111 can be reduced. It should be noted that the inner surface of the transparent cover 130 is attached and fixedly connected to the outer surface of the transparent flexible film 120, for example, the transparent cover 130 and the transparent flexible film 120 may be fixed by ultrasonic melting. Those skilled in the art can understand that the transparent flexible film 120 and the transparent cover 130 are fixed, so that the effect of the display area of the display screen 200 can be improved, that is, the light emitted by the display screen 200 passes through the transparent flexible film 120 and the transparent cover 130 without scattering, that is, the display screen 200 does not generate "atomization" phenomenon. Preferably, the outer surface of the transparent cover is flush with the outer surface of the opaque body 110, so that the surface of the housing 100 is relatively flat, the overall structure of the handle is more compact, and the overall aesthetic performance of the electric toothbrush is improved.
In another possible implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the housing 100 is made of a black translucent material, and the housing 100 is exemplarily a plastic member, and the injection molding material of the housing 100 is a black fog-permeable material. It is worth mentioning that the brightness of the display screen 200 is configured to enable the text and/or graphics displayed on the display screen 200 to be seen from the outside of the casing 100. When the display screen 200 displays information, light emitted from the display screen 200 can pass through the housing 100 and be seen by a user; when the display screen 200 does not display information, the black translucent casing 100 can shield the display screen 200 and other parts inside the casing 100, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the handle.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the casing 100 is made of a transparent material, and the casing 100 includes a display area and a non-display area, it is easy to understand that the display area is located opposite to the position of the display screen 200 inside the casing 100, and preferably, the size of the display area is the same as the size of the display screen 200. The outer surface of the non-display area is coated with an opaque coating. Through setting up the light-tight coating, make the non-display area of casing 100 form into light-tight state, avoid the user can directly observe the inside spare part of casing 100 from the outside, promote the whole aesthetic property of handle. Illustratively, the housing 100 is a plastic member, the injection molding material of the housing 100 is selected from a transparent material, a coating layer is coated on the surface of the housing 100 after the housing 100 is injection molded, and the coating layer is removed in an area of the surface of the housing 100 opposite to the display screen 200 by using a laser etching process, so that a display area and a non-display area opposite to the display screen 200 are formed on the housing 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a Circuit Board 600, that is, a PCB (Printed Circuit Board), is further mounted in the housing 100, the Circuit Board 600 may be a long strip-shaped sheet structure, the main control unit 300 and the display screen 200 may be both soldered on the Circuit Board 600, and exemplarily, the main control unit 300 and the display screen 200 are soldered on a surface of the Circuit Board 600 on the same side. The specific structure of the circuit board 600 is not limited herein, and those skilled in the art can set the structure according to actual needs. By soldering the main control unit 300 and the display screen 200 on the circuit board 600, the communication connection between the main control unit 300 and the display screen 200 is realized and the main control unit 300 can drive the display screen 200.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the main control unit 300 includes eight outputs, SEG0-SEG7, and correspondingly, the display screen 200 includes eight inputs, SEG0-SEG 7. The output terminal of the master control unit 300 is electrically connected to the input terminal of the display screen 200 with the same reference number, for example, the SEG0 of the master control unit 300 is electrically connected to the SEG0 of the display screen 200, and the SEG1 of the master control unit 300 is electrically connected to the SEG1 of the display screen 200. The output end of the main control unit 300 is electrically connected with the input end with the same label of the display screen 200, so that the constant current driving of the main control unit 300 on the display screen 200 can be realized, the display screen 200 is ensured to keep consistent brightness in the using process, and the user experience is further increased.
As shown in fig. 6, the main control unit 300 includes a control module 320 and an electric quantity collecting module 310, an input end of the electric quantity collecting module 310 is communicatively connected to the battery 400, an output end of the electric quantity collecting module 310 is communicatively connected to an input end of the main control module, and an output end of the main control module is communicatively connected to the display screen 200. For example, the power collection module 310 and the Control module 320 may be integrated into a whole, for example, an MCU (Micro Control Unit) may be used as the main Control Unit 300, the MCU is welded on the circuit board 600 inside the casing 100, and the power collection module 310 is a collection module of the MCU.
After the MCU is electrically connected to the battery 400, the electric quantity of the battery 400 is increased during the charging process and decreased during the discharging process, and the electric quantity is accurately calculated according to the conversion efficiency and the internal resistance of the battery 400, so as to obtain the electric quantity of the battery 400. The current battery 400 charge uptime is calculated based on characteristics of the electric toothbrush, such as power of the electric toothbrush.
