The present application relates to a pipe clamp for a vehicle air conditioner, a vehicle including the pipe clamp, and an air conditioning system, the vehicle air conditioner pipe clamp including: a first clip piece including a first section extending linearly, a second section extending from the first section in a circular arc, and a third section extending from the second section with a varying curvature, and the first section including a through screw hole; the second clamping piece comprises a first section extending in a straight line, a second section extending from the first section in a circular arc and a third section extending from the second section in a curvature changing manner, the first section comprises a through screw hole, the first section, the second section and the screw hole of the first clamping piece respectively correspond to the first section, the second section and the screw hole of the second clamping piece, and the third section of the first clamping piece and the third section of the second clamping piece form hinge connection; and a connecting member passing through the screw hole of the first jaw and the screw hole of the second jaw and detachably fastening the first jaw and the second jaw. The vehicle air conditioner pipe clamp according to the application is applied to a vehicle air conditioning system, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble and not easy to damage.

To solve the above technical problem, according to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a vehicle air conditioner pipe clamp, including: a first clip piece including a first section extending linearly, a second section extending from the first section in a circular arc, and a third section extending from the second section with a varying curvature, and the first section including a through screw hole; the second clamping piece comprises a first section extending in a straight line, a second section extending from the first circular section in an arc mode, and a third section extending from the second section in a curvature changing mode, the first section comprises a through screw hole, the first section, the second section and the screw hole of the first clamping piece respectively correspond to the first section, the second section and the screw hole of the second clamping piece, and the third section of the first clamping piece and the third section of the second clamping piece form hinge connection; and a connecting member passing through the screw hole of the first jaw and the screw hole of the second jaw and detachably fastening the first jaw and the second jaw.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the third section of the first clip may include a rectangular opening, and the third section of the second clip may include a narrow portion bent such that the narrow portion of the third section of the second clip is hooked in the rectangular opening of the third section of the first clip. The rectangular opening and the curved narrow portion may also be provided on the second jaw and the first jaw, respectively. The bending angle of the bent narrow portion may be 0 to 60 degrees.
According to the embodiment of the application, the third sections of the two clamping pieces can be connected in a connection mode of twisted hooking or the matching of a hinge shaft and a hinge hole and the like.

As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle air conditioner pipe clamp according to the embodiment of the present application includes a first jaw 1, a second jaw 2, and a connector 3.
One end of the first clamping piece 1 is arc-shaped and is matched with the outer diameter of an air conditioner pipeline to be clamped; one end of the second clamping piece 2 is arc-shaped, forms a roughly right circle with the arc section of the first clamping piece 1, and surrounds the outer side of the air-conditioning pipeline to be clamped. The first clamping piece 1 and the second clamping piece 2 are connected in a hinge mode at one end of the arc shape, such as: snap, hook, hinge, etc. When the snap connection is adopted, the bending angle of the portion of the snap for hooking is preferably 0 ° to 60 °, more preferably 20 ° to 40 °, and still more preferably 30 °.

1. A pipe clamp for a vehicle air conditioner, comprising:
a first clip piece including a first section extending linearly, a second section extending from the first section arc, and a third section extending from the second section changing curvature, and the first section including a through screw hole;
a second clip piece including a first section extending linearly and a second section extending from the first section arc and a third section extending from the second section changing curvature and the first section including a through screw hole,
wherein the first section, the second section, and the screw hole of the first clip piece correspond to the first section, the second section, and the screw hole of the second clip piece, respectively, and
wherein the third section of the first clip piece and the third section of the second clip piece form a hinged connection; and
a connector passing through the screw hole of the first jaw and the screw hole of the second jaw and detachably fastening the first jaw and the second jaw.
2. The pipe clamp of claim 1, wherein the third section of the first clip strip includes a rectangular opening and the third section of the second clip strip includes a narrow portion that is curved such that the narrow portion of the third section of the second clip strip hooks into the rectangular opening of the third section of the first clip strip.
3. The pipe clamp of claim 1, wherein the third section of the second clip strip includes a rectangular opening and the third section of the first clip strip includes a narrow portion that is curved such that the narrow portion of the third section of the first clip strip hooks into the rectangular opening of the third section of the second clip strip.
4. A pipe clamp as defined in claim 2 or 3, wherein the narrow portion of the third section of the first or second jaw is bent over an angle greater than 0 ° and equal to or less than 60 °.
5. The pipe clamp of claim 1, wherein the third segment of the first clip strip includes a twisted narrow portion and the third segment of the second clip strip includes a twisted narrow portion opposite the twisted narrow portion of the third segment of the first clip strip such that the twisted narrow portion of the third segment of the second clip strip hooks into the twisted narrow portion of the third segment of the first clip strip.
6. The pipe clamp of claim 1, wherein the third section of the first jaw includes a hinge aperture and the third section of the second jaw includes a hinge axis such that the hinge axis of the third section of the second jaw is inserted into the hinge aperture of the third section of the first jaw.
7. The pipe clamp of claim 1, wherein the third section of the second jaw includes a hinge aperture and the third section of the first jaw includes a hinge shaft such that the hinge shaft of the third section of the first jaw is inserted into the hinge aperture of the third section of the second jaw.
8. The pipe clamp of claim 1, wherein the screw hole of the first clamping piece and the screw hole of the second clamping piece are proximate the second section of the first clamping piece and the second section of the second clamping piece, respectively.
9. A pipe clamp as defined in claim 1, wherein the coupling member is a bolt and nut arrangement.
10. A pipe clamp as defined in claim 1, wherein the coupling member is a bolt engaging a nut welded to the second clamping jaw.
11. A pipe clamp as defined in claim 1, wherein the connecting member is a threaded bolt that engages a threaded bore of the second jaw.
12. The pipe clamp of claim 1, wherein the first and second jaws comprise a metallic material.
13. The conduit clamp of claim 1, wherein the first and second jaws comprise an industrial plastic material.
14. The conduit clip of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of rubber pads, each of the plurality of rubber pads affixed to an inner side of the first and second jaws, respectively.
15. A vehicle air conditioning system, characterized in that it comprises a pipe clamp according to any of claims 1-14.
16. A vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a pipe clamp according to any of claims 1-14.
