Description

Storage tool
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of power transformers, in particular to a storage tool.
Background
The power transformer is one of the main equipments in the power transmission and distribution lines of power plants and substations, and its main function is to transform voltage, and can be divided into a step-up transformer and a step-down transformer. The transformer tank is generally classified into a bell-jar type tank, a barrel type tank, a corrugated tank and a shell type transformer tank according to the structural form thereof.
The bell jar type oil tank consists of an upper section and a lower section, the height of the lower section of the oil tank is generally between 250 and 450mm, and the upper section of the oil tank is made into a bell jar type. At present, a bell jar type oil tank is a structural form mainly adopted by a large-scale power transformer, and the tank edge of the oil tank is arranged at the lower part of the oil tank, so that convenience is brought to on-site inspection and maintenance of a transformer body. Bell jar type fuel tanks are classified into dome type fuel tanks and flat top type fuel tanks depending on the structure of a tank cover, and are generally used for products having a voltage class of 110kV or less, and flat top type fuel tanks are mainly used in recent years. For products of 220kV and above, a trapezoidal ceiling type fuel tank is basically used.
The barrel tank consists of a tank rim at the top of the tank and a lid, which is generally flat and in rare cases adopts a trapezoidal top due to transportation limitations. At present, the structure is mostly adopted by some large-scale power transformer oil tanks. The oil tank of the structure has the advantages of simple processing technology, convenience for realizing the slicing processing and the automatic welding, and inconvenience for on-site maintenance. However, as the performance of transformer products is improved, field maintenance is unnecessary, and the barrel-type oil tank becomes the main structural form of a large-scale power transformer.
The corrugated oil tank is mainly used for distribution transformers with small capacity, and consists of corrugated grids and an oil tank, wherein the corrugated grids are welded on the outer side of the wall of the oil tank, and the corrugated grids are mainly used for radiating and adjusting the pressure inside the transformer to replace tubular and finned radiators. The corrugated grid is made of thin steel of 1-2mm and is pressed out by a die. Each corrugation groove is dozens of millimeters, the corrugation distance is 30-40mm, and the corrugation depth is 100 mm and 200 mm. At present, the fuel tank with the structure is in an increasing trend in terms of usage.
The shell type transformer oil tank generally comprises three sections, an iron core is fixed between an upper section or a middle section and a lower section, and one part of the oil tank plays a role of a clamping piece, so that the oil tank is complex in structure and high in machining precision requirement.
In the prior art, the tank walls and tank covers of the welded oil tanks are stored in a way of being stacked in each production team, the utilization rate of a production field is low, and the lifting is difficult; the tank walls are easy to be folded and deformed in a wavy manner, so that the leveling workload when the oil tank is integrally preassembled is increased; moreover, when the box cover is unreasonably stored, oil-tight welding seams can be formed on the box cover, and the welding seams which are directly contacted with the transformer are collectively called as hidden dangers of welding seam cracking and the like caused by the stress of the oil-tight welding seams; in addition, when longer wire rope deposits, put into the circle, such mode of depositing is not convenient for take, deposit, is unfavorable for regularly checking whether wire rope rusts, impaired, is not convenient for regularly fat liquoring maintenance, has great potential safety hazard.
