Alternatively, the equivalent diameter of a typical pancake is about 300 mm; the vertical spacing between the carrier plate 70 and the processing disk 50 when the carrier plate 70 is in its receiving position is preferably 30mm to 40mm to prevent curling of the batters scraped from the processing disk 50 as they fall onto the carrier plate 70.
Specifically, when the pallet 70 is in its receiving position, the pallet 70 is positioned opposite the processing disk 50 so as to receive material scraped from the processing disk 50; when the supporting plate 70 receives the battercake scraped from the processing disc 50, the flatness of the dropped battercake is ensured; when the pallet 70 is in its retracted position, the pallet 70 gives way to the turning operation of the processing disk 50. For example, when the pallet 70 is in its retracted position, the pallet 70 is perpendicular to the processing disk 50.
Specifically, the pancake machine 100 further comprises a second transmission rod 71, wherein the second transmission rod 71 is rotatably arranged around the central axis of the second transmission rod 71 and is connected with the supporting plate 70 so as to drive the supporting plate 70 to rotate; wherein the central axis of the second transmission rod 71 forms the above-mentioned predetermined axis.
Specifically, the pancake machine 100 further comprises a second driving part 72, wherein an output shaft of the second driving part 72 is connected with the second transmission rod 71 to drive the second transmission rod 71 to rotate around the central axis thereof; the extending direction of the output shaft of the second driving portion 72 is parallel to the extending direction of the second transmission lever 71. Alternatively, the second driving part 72 is a motor or a rotary cylinder.
Specifically, there are two pallets 70, the two pallets 70 are arranged at intervals, and predetermined axes of the two pallets 70 are parallel to each other; when both pallets 70 are in their receiving positions, the two pallets 70 collectively receive material scraped from the processing disk 50.
Optionally, when both pallets 70 are in their receiving position, the surfaces of the two pallets 70 facing the processing disk 50 are in the same plane to further ensure that the battens fall evenly on the two pallets 70; when the two support plates 70 are both in the avoidance positions, the two support plates 70 are oppositely arranged; for example, the two pallets 70 are parallel to each other.
Alternatively, the predetermined axis is parallel or perpendicular to the tumble axis of the processing disk 50.
Alternatively, there are two second transmission rods 71, and two second transmission rods 71 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the two pallets 70; two second driving portions 72 are provided, and the two second driving portions 72 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the two second transmission levers 71.
Alternatively, two second driving parts 72 are respectively located at opposite sides of the processing disk 50.
It should be noted that the yielding space between the two supporting plates 311 is used for yielding the two supporting plates 70.
Specifically, the main body of the second driving part 72, the slide rail 45 and the main body of the first driving part 41 are all fixedly mounted on the mounting base; two driving wheels 43 are rotatably arranged on the mounting base; for example, the mounting base is a rack.
In the specific implementation process, after the processing disc 50 finishes frying (i.e. forming) the battercake, the two supporting plates 70 are both in the avoiding positions to prevent interference; then the processing disc 50 is turned over by 180 degrees to make the processing surface face downwards; then the scraper 10 is driven by the driving component 40 to move to one side of the processing disc 50 along the preset direction; then, the two support plates 70 are both positioned at the bearing positions, and the scraper 10 is driven by the driving component 40 to continue to move along the preset direction, so that the battercake on the processing surface of the processing disc 50 is scraped from the processing disc 50, and the battercake falls on the two support plates 70 flatly; the two pallets 70 are then rotated to their retracted position so that the batters falling on the two pallets 70 fall onto the next processing pan 50.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
in the blade assembly of the present invention, the blade assembly includes a blade 10, the blade 10 being rotatably disposed about a predetermined axis to bring the cutting edge of the blade 10 closer to or farther from the work surface so that the cutting edge of the blade 10 is in contact with the work surface; after the cutting edge of the scraper 10 contacts with the processing surface, the scraper 10 is moved along a preset direction to scrape the material attached to the processing surface from the processing surface; the scraper component also comprises an elastic component 20, the elastic component 20 is connected with the scraper 10, so that the aim of finely adjusting the position of the scraper 10 is fulfilled under the elastic acting force of the elastic component 20, and the cutting edge of the scraper 10 is kept in good contact with a processing surface; the surface of a frying pan of a pancake machine is a processing surface, so that the problem that the cutting edge of a scraper in the prior art is difficult to keep good contact with the surface of the frying pan is solved.
