All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The structure of the front panel of the air conditioner provided by the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioner front panel provided in an embodiment of the present invention in an open state. Fig. 2 is a side view of the front panel of the air conditioner shown in fig. 1 in a closed state. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the front panel of the air conditioner according to the present invention includes a front panel 10, a lower panel 20, a pull rope 30, a reel 40, and a rotary driving member 50. The front panel 10 has a lower outlet 11, the lower panel 20 is mounted on the lower outlet 11, the lower panel 20 is fixedly connected to a first end of a pull rope 30, a second end of the pull rope 30 is wound around a reel 40, a rotation shaft of a rotary driving member 50 is fixedly connected to the reel 40, and the lower panel 20 is drivingly connected to the rotary driving member 50.
In one embodiment, the rotary driving member 50 is installed at the lower end of the lower panel 20, and correspondingly, the lower end of the pulling rope 30 is connected to the winding shaft 40 driven by the rotary driving member 50, and the upper end of the pulling rope 30 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the lower panel 20. At this time, the lower panel 20 is opened downward. In another embodiment, the rotary driving member 50 is installed at the upper end of the lower panel 20, and correspondingly, the upper end of the pulling rope 30 is connected to the winding shaft 40, and the lower end of the pulling rope 30 is connected to the lower end of the lower panel 20. At this time, the lower panel 20 is opened upward in the vertical direction. It should be noted that "up" and "down" are based on the vertical direction of the front panel of the air conditioner after being mounted on the air conditioner. Hereinafter, "upper" and "lower" are the same and will not be described in detail when appearing. In addition, the lower panel 20 may be opened to the left or to the right, and the connection structure thereof is similar, as described in detail below with reference to the example in which the lower panel 20 is opened downward.
The front panel 10 is the front panel of the air conditioner indoor unit, and is installed in the front of the casing, the front panel 10 has a main air outlet 12 corresponding to the air outlet of the main air duct, and the front panel 10 has a lower air outlet 11 corresponding to the air outlet of the lower air outlet duct. The indoor unit of the air conditioner is a square cabinet or a round cabinet, and the main air outlet 12 is positioned above the lower air outlet 11.
The lower panel 20 is used for closing the lower air outlet 11, the lower panel 20 is in driving connection with the rotary driving member 50, and under the driving of the rotary driving member 50, the lower panel 20 opens or closes relative to the front panel 10 by taking a driving shaft of the rotary driving member 50 as a rotating shaft. The reels 40 are synchronously operated to extend or retract the pull cord 30 by the rotation of the driving member 50. Because the first end of the pulling rope 30 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the lower panel 20, the pulling rope 30 can pull the lower panel 20 to provide an assisting force for the opening and closing of the lower panel 20 during the opening and closing processes of the lower panel 20.
In the front panel of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention, the rotary driving member 50 drives the lower panel 20 to open and close the lower panel 20. The pulling rope 30 has one end fixedly connected to the lower panel 20 and the other end connected to the winding shaft 40 mounted on the rotary driving member 50 to provide an assisting force for opening and closing the lower panel 20, and the whole switch structure is similar to a suspension bridge, thereby opening or closing the lower outlet 11 according to the operation requirement of the air conditioner.
The opening and closing angle of the lower panel 20 can reach 90 degrees or even higher, for example, after the lower panel 20 is opened, the upper end of the lower panel can contact the ground to form an inclined plate connecting the lower air outlet 11 and the ground. The opening and closing angle of which is related to the stroke of the rotary drive member 50. Taking the rotary driving element 50 as an example of a rotary motor, the stroke of the rotary motor may be preset in advance, and in the first limit position of the stroke, the lower panel 20 closes the lower air outlet 11, and in the second limit position of the stroke, the lower panel 20 opens relative to the lower air outlet 11. The open limit position may be set as required, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
To facilitate the opening and closing of the lower panel 20, a rotary driving member 50 is provided near the lower end of the lower panel 20. The lower panel 20 includes a first board 23 and a second board 24, the first board 23 and the second board 24 are butted to form a convex shape, wherein the first board 23 is wider than the second board 24, and the first board 23 is longer than the second board 24. The second panel 24 is located on the same side of the spool 40 as the inward rotation portion of the lower panel 20 when opened. As shown in fig. 3, the second plate 24 is located below the first plate 23, and the rotary driving member 50 is located at an end of the first plate 23 close to the second plate 24, so that the second plate 24 rotates inward under the action of the rotary driving member 50. The term "inner" refers to the side of the front panel facing the inside of the air conditioner when the front panel is mounted on the air conditioner, and the term "outer" refers to the side of the front panel facing the outside of the air conditioner when the front panel is mounted on the air conditioner. Correspondingly, the lower air outlet 11 is in an inverted convex shape, and the second plate body 24 is used for closing the small end of the convex shape.
For the sealing performance of the closing, a flange is arranged at the edge of the lower air outlet 11. Wherein, the folding direction of the rib matched with the first plate body 23 is opposite to that of the rib matched with the second plate body 24. The flange matched with the first plate body 23 forms a groove body sunken towards the inside of the front panel of the air conditioner, the first plate body 23 is opened outwards in the opening and closing process of the first plate body 23, and the first plate body 23 is abutted against the flange when closed. Since most of the first plate 23 is located on the same side of the winding shaft 40, the rib adapted to the first plate 23 is only disposed on the first plate 23 of the external rotation portion of the lower air outlet 11. When closed, the contour edge of the first plate 23 overlaps the rib, thereby forming a better closed structure to prevent external dust or insects from entering the inside of the air conditioner. Similarly, the second plate 24 is rotated inward, the lower outlet 11 is disposed on an outward rib corresponding to the second plate 24, the outer portion of the rib is flush with the front panel 10, and a groove is formed inside the rib to receive the second plate 24.
It will be appreciated that a stop member may also be provided on the inner side of the front panel 10 to identify the open and closed extreme positions. For example, an upper contact switch is provided at an upper end of the front panel 10, and when the upper contact switch is triggered after being closed in place, the rotary driving member 50 stops driving according to the received trigger signal. A lower contact switch is provided at the lower end of the front panel 10, and when the lower contact switch is triggered after being turned on, the rotary driving member 50 stops driving by the trigger signal.
