The machine 10 is a substantially rectangular vertical structure, which is convenient for adapting to various processing and manufacturing scenarios and is also convenient for an operator to operate.
The hood 20 is covered on the machine 10, the dispensing mechanism 30 and the moving mechanism 40 are both arranged on the machine 10 and located in the hood 20, wherein the dispensing mechanism 30 is connected to the power end of the moving mechanism 40.
Referring to fig. 2, the dispensing mechanism 30 includes a fixing base 31, a glue supplying member 32, a sliding member 33, a dispensing member 34, and a driving member 35.
The glue supply member 32 is disposed on the fixing base 31 for supplying glue. The sliding member 33 is slidably disposed on the fixing base 31. The dispensing member 34 is disposed on the sliding member 33 and is communicated with the glue supplying member 32, and the dispensing member 34 can be driven by the sliding member 33 to slide on the fixing base 31 along the vertical direction, so as to perform floating dispensing on the workpiece 200. The driving member is disposed on the fixing base 31 and the output end is connected to the sliding member 33 to compensate the gravity of the sliding member 33 and the glue dispensing member 34.
The fixing base 31 includes a first fixing plate 311 and a second fixing plate 312.
The first fixing plate 311 has a substantially polygonal plate-shaped structure. The first fixing plate 311 includes a mounting portion 3111, and the mounting portion 3111 is used to mount the first fixing plate 311 to another device. In this embodiment, the mounting portion 3111 is a mounting hole, and the first fixing plate 311 is fixed to the power end of the moving mechanism 40 by a bolt passing through the mounting hole.
The second fixing plate 312 has a substantially rectangular shape. The second fixing plate 312 is vertically connected to one side of the first fixing plate 311, the driving element 35, the dispensing element 34, the sliding element 33 and the dispensing element 32 are disposed on the second fixing plate 312, wherein the driving element 35, the dispensing element 34 and the sliding element 33 are disposed on the same side of the second fixing plate 312.
The glue supply member 32 includes a glue supply cylinder 321 and a glue supply pipe 322.
The glue supplying cylinder 321 is disposed on the other side of the second fixing plate 312 opposite to the sliding member 33, and is used for accommodating glue.
One end of the rubber supply pipe 322 is communicated with the rubber supply cylinder 321, and the other end of the rubber supply pipe 322 penetrates through the second fixing plate 312 of the fixing seat 31 and is communicated with the dispensing element 34.
An avoiding groove 3121 is provided at a position of the second fixing plate 312 of the fixing seat 31 corresponding to the sliding member 33, the avoiding groove 3121 is a rectangular groove and penetrates through one end of the second fixing plate 312, and the sliding member 33 is slidably provided in the avoiding groove 3121.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the glue dispensing mechanism 30 further includes a slide rail 36.
The slide rail 36 is disposed in the escape groove 3121 and extends in the vertical direction, and the slider 33 is slidably disposed on the slide rail 36.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the sliding member 33 includes a sliding block 331 and a connecting plate 332.
The slider 331 is slidably mounted on the slide rail 36.
The connecting plate 332 is disposed on one side of the sliding block 331 and is connected to the output end of the driving member 35 and the glue dispensing member 34, respectively.
The dispensing member 34 is a dispensing needle. The dispensing member 34 includes a dispensing end 341 for dispensing the workpiece 200, and the dispensing end 341 is an inclined surface. It should be noted that, the dispensing device 34 needs to maintain a certain gap with the surface of the workpiece 200 during dispensing, so that the dispensing device 34 does not affect the dispensing path on the surface of the workpiece 200.
Referring to fig. 4, the driving member 35 includes a fixing portion 351, a piston 352 and a connecting rod 353.
The fixing portion 351 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The fixing portion 351 is fixed on the second fixing plate 312 of the fixing base 31, a closed cavity 3511 is provided in the fixing portion 351, an upper inlet 3512 and a lower inlet 3513 are respectively provided at an upper end and a lower end of the cavity 3511, wherein a pressure of the lower inlet 3513 is greater than a pressure of the upper inlet 3512.
The piston 352 is slidably disposed in a vertical direction within the cavity 3511 of the fixing portion 351 between the upper intake port 3512 and the lower intake port 3513.
One end of the connecting rod 353 is connected to the piston 352, and the other end of the connecting rod 353 penetrates through one side surface of the fixing portion 351 and is connected to the connecting plate 332 of the sliding member 33, wherein the pulling force of the connecting rod 353 on the sliding member 33 is equal to the gravity of the sliding member 33 and the dispensing member 34, so that the upward force and the gravity of the sliding member 33 and the dispensing member 34 during dispensing on the surface of the flat workpiece 200 are equal, when the surface of the workpiece 200 has a protrusion, the gap between the dispensing member 34 and the surface of the workpiece 200 is reduced, and further, the upward reaction force of the dispensing member on the workpiece 200 is increased, so that the dispensing member slides upward under the driving of the sliding member 33, the gap between the dispensing member 34 and the surface of the workpiece 200 is adjusted to the initial gap for continuous dispensing, and the gap between the dispensing member 34 and the surface of the workpiece 200 is kept unchanged, thereby achieving floating dispensing.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the moving mechanism 40 includes a first driving member 41, a second driving member 42 and a third driving member 43.
The first driving member 41 is disposed on the machine table 10, and a power end thereof is connected to the second driving member 42 for driving the second driving member 42 to move along a first direction.
The power end of the second driving member 42 is connected to the third driving member 43 for driving the third driving member 43 to move in the second direction.
The power end of the third driving member 43 is connected to the first fixing plate 311 of the fixing base 31, and is configured to drive the first fixing plate 311 to move along a third direction, where the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
In the present embodiment, for convenience of understanding, the first direction is defined as an X-axis direction, the second direction is defined as a Y-axis direction, and the third direction is defined as a Z-axis direction.
The dispensing mechanism 30 and the dispensing device 100 are connected to the sliding member 33 through the driving end of the driving member 35 to compensate the gravity of the sliding member 33 and the dispensing member 34 in the stationary or moving process, so that the reactive force exerted on the dispensing member 34 due to the surface irregularity of the workpiece 200 is changed, and the dispensing member 34 is driven by the sliding member 33 to slide on the fixing base 31 in the vertical direction, so that the gap between the dispensing member 34 and the surface of the workpiece 200 is adjusted to the initial gap, and the workpiece 200 is subjected to floating dispensing. Compared with the prior art, the dispensing mechanism 30 and the dispensing device 100 are simple to operate, and the needle scraping condition caused by the fact that the dispensing piece 34 contacts the workpiece 200 due to the fact that the surface of the workpiece 200 is uneven can be basically avoided, so that the dispensing efficiency is integrally improved.

the driving piece is arranged on the fixed seat, and the output end of the driving piece is connected with the sliding piece so as to compensate the gravity of the sliding piece and the glue dispensing piece.
2. The dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the driving member, the dispensing member and the sliding member are disposed on the same side of the fixing base, and the dispensing member comprises:
the glue supply cylinder is arranged on the other side of the fixed seat, which is opposite to the sliding part, and is used for accommodating glue; and

7. The glue dispensing mechanism of claim 6, wherein the pressure of the lower inlet port is greater than the pressure of the upper inlet port.
8. The dispensing mechanism of claim 7, wherein the pulling force of the connecting rod on the sliding member is equal to the weight of the sliding member and the dispensing member.
9. The dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein said dispensing member includes a dispensing end for dispensing said workpiece, said dispensing end being an inclined surface.
10. A dispensing device comprising the dispensing mechanism of any one of claims 1-9, the dispensing device further comprising:
and the moving mechanism is connected with the glue dispensing mechanism and used for driving the glue dispensing mechanism to move in a first direction, a second direction and a third direction, wherein the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are mutually and vertically arranged.
