the two second wiring columns are arranged in the box body at intervals up and down and correspond to the two first wiring columns respectively so as to connect the strong wires and the weak wires into the power distribution unit respectively.
In some embodiments, the first wire routing column is a hollow structure, and two opposite side walls of the first wire routing column are both provided with a first wire distribution hole group, and the first wire distribution hole group includes a plurality of first wire distribution holes arranged at intervals along the height direction of the first wire routing column.
In some embodiments, the first wire routing hole comprises:
the first wire passing hole is used for leading the strong electric wire or the weak electric wire into the accommodating space;
one end of the first wire clamping groove is communicated with the first wire passing hole, and the other end of the first wire clamping groove extends along the width direction of the first wiring column; and the first wire clamping groove is used for clamping the strong electric wire or the weak electric wire.
In some embodiments, the second wire routing column is of a hollow structure, and two opposite side walls of the second wire routing column are respectively provided with a second wire dividing hole group, and the second wire dividing hole group includes a plurality of second wire dividing holes arranged at intervals along the height direction of the second wire routing column.
In some embodiments, the second wire routing hole comprises:
the second wire passing hole is used for leading the strong electric wire or the weak electric wire into the accommodating space;
one end of the second wire clamping groove is communicated with the second wire passing hole, and the other end of the second wire clamping groove extends along the width direction of the second wiring column; and the second wire clamping groove is used for clamping the strong electric wire or the weak electric wire.
In some embodiments, a wire binding claw is arranged on the inner wall of the box body and used for fixing the wire harness in the accommodating space.
In some embodiments, a wire outlet hole is formed in a side wall of the box body, and the wire outlet hole is used for guiding out the wiring harness in the accommodating space.
In some embodiments, a plurality of guide rails are arranged on the inner wall of the box body, the guide rails are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the box body, and the guide rails are used for clamping the power distribution unit.
In some embodiments, the box body is also internally provided with an illumination unit, a light ray judgment unit and a control device;
the light ray judging unit is used for sensing the intensity of ambient light rays;
the control device is connected with the light ray judging unit and the illuminating unit and is used for controlling the illuminating unit to illuminate according to the intensity of the ambient light rays detected by the light ray judging unit.
In some embodiments, the lighting unit is an LED lamp.

The embodiment of the application provides a distribution box for an air conditioner, when wiring harnesses are wired, weak current harnesses are led in from a first wiring hole of a first wiring hole group on one side of a top plate or a bottom plate of a box body, strong current harnesses are led in from a second wiring hole of a second wiring hole group on one side of the top plate or the bottom plate of the box body, then the strong current harnesses are extended into one of the first wiring columns, the weak current harnesses are extended into the other first wiring column and are respectively split in the two first wiring columns, the strong current harnesses are divided into a plurality of strong electric wires to be led out from the corresponding first wiring columns to an accommodating space, the weak current harnesses are divided into a plurality of weak electric wires to be led out from the corresponding first wiring columns to the accommodating space, then the strong electric wires are led in one of the second wiring columns, the weak electric wires are led in the other second wiring columns, and finally the strong electric wires and the weak electric wires are respectively led in a distribution unit, therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the first routing hole group and the second routing hole group are designed, and the two first routing columns and the two second routing columns corresponding to the first routing hole group and the second routing hole group are designed to separate the strong electric wire and the weak electric wire, so that the strong electric wire and the weak electric wire are prevented from generating mutual interference, and the current is unstable when the air conditioner operates, so that machine faults are caused. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a distribution box for an air conditioner, which includes a box body 1, two first wiring columns 3 and two second wiring columns 4, wherein the box body 1 has a receiving space 10 for receiving a power distribution unit 2; two first routing hole groups 11 and a second routing hole group 12 positioned between the two first routing hole groups 11 are arranged on two sides of at least one end of the first routing hole group; the first routing hole group 11 and the second routing hole group 12 are respectively used for leading in a weak current wiring harness and a strong current wiring harness; the two first wiring columns 3 are respectively vertically arranged on two opposite inner walls of the box body 1 and respectively correspond to the first wiring hole group 11 and the second wiring hole group 12 so as to split the weak current wiring harness and the strong current wiring harness into a plurality of weak electric wires and strong electric wires, and the weak electric wires and the strong electric wires are introduced into the accommodating space 10; two second wiring posts 4 are arranged in the box body 1 at intervals up and down and correspond to the two first wiring posts 3 respectively so as to connect the strong wire and the weak wire into the power distribution unit 2 respectively.
The box body 1 of the embodiment of the application is a box body with an opening at one side, and an accommodating space 10 for accommodating the power distribution unit 2 is arranged in the box body; the box body 1 comprises a back plate, a top plate and a bottom plate which are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the back plate, and a left side plate and a right side plate which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the back plate. Case body 1 is fixed on the curb girder of air conditioner through left side board and right side board, and open-ended one side towards the air conditioner, with the clean and tidy orderly accomodation of pencil in accommodating space 10, has improved the security of air conditioner staff when the distribution operation.
The first routing hole group 11 comprises a plurality of first routing holes, and the second routing hole group 12 comprises a plurality of second routing holes; when wiring harness routing is carried out, a weak current wiring harness is led in from a first wiring hole of a first wiring hole group 11 at one side of a top plate or a bottom plate of a box body 1, a strong current wiring harness is led in from a second wiring hole of a second wiring hole group 12 at one side of the top plate or the bottom plate of the box body 1, the strong current wiring harness extends into one of the first wiring posts 3, the weak current wiring harness extends into the other first wiring post 3, and split the beam in the two first wiring columns 3, respectively, to split the strong electric wire bundle into a plurality of strong electric wires which penetrate out from the corresponding first wiring columns 3 to the accommodating space 10, and the weak current wiring harness is divided into a plurality of weak current wires and penetrates out of the corresponding first wiring columns 3 to the accommodating space 10, each strong current wire is led into one of the second wiring columns 4, each weak current wire is led into the other second wiring column 4, and finally the strong current wires and the weak current wires are respectively connected into the power distribution unit 2.
This application embodiment is through designing first wire hole group 11 and second wire hole group 12 to and two first wire posts 3 and second wire posts 4 that correspond with first wire hole group 11 and second wire hole group 12, with separately strong electric wire and weak current line, prevent that strong electric wire and weak current line from producing mutual interference, and the electric current is unstable when leading to the air conditioner operation, causes machine failure. And the idle call block terminal of this application embodiment can fix the electric wire in case body 1 in good order to be convenient for be connected between electric wire and the distribution unit 2 and dismantle the operation, make things convenient for air conditioner assembly work and after-sale installation work, and then improve staff work efficiency greatly.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the first wire routing column 3 is a hollow structure, and first wire distribution hole groups are respectively formed in two opposite side walls of the first wire routing column 3, and each first wire distribution hole group includes a plurality of first wire distribution holes 30 arranged at intervals in the height direction of the first wire routing column 3.
The wire harness led through from the first wire hole group 11 or the second wire hole group 12 extends into the first wire column 3, and then the wire harness is split into beams and respectively penetrates out from each first wire splitting hole 30 to the accommodating space 10.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the first wire distributing hole 30 includes a first wire passing hole 300 and a first wire clamping groove 301, and the first wire passing hole 300 is used for passing a strong electric wire or a weak electric wire into the accommodating space 10; one end of the first wire clamping groove 301 is communicated with the first wire passing hole 300, and the other end extends along the width direction of the first wire passing column 3; and the first wire clamping groove 301 is used for clamping strong electric wires or weak electric wires.
The diameter of the first wire passing hole 300 is slightly larger than that of the wire, so that the wire passes through the first wire passing hole 300, the diameter of the first wire clamping groove 301 is just matched with that of the wire, and the wire passes through the first wire passing hole 300, moves along the first wire clamping groove 301 and is clamped in the first wire clamping groove 301, so that the wire is fixed.
The electric wire is positioned through the first wire clamping groove 301, so that the electric wire is conveniently positioned, the neatness of the electric wire is improved, the line body looseness caused by the random vibration of the electric wire is avoided, the use reliability of the electric wire is improved, and the service life of the air conditioner is further prolonged.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, the second wire column 4 is a hollow structure, and two opposite side walls of the second wire column 4 are both provided with a second wire hole group, where the second wire hole group includes a plurality of second wire holes 40 arranged at intervals along the height direction of the second wire column 4.
The wire harness led through from the first wire hole group 11 or the second wire hole group 12 extends into the second wire column 4, and then the wire harness is split into beams and respectively penetrates out of each second wire splitting hole 40 to the accommodating space 10.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the second wire dividing hole 40 includes a second wire passing hole 400 and a second wire clamping groove 401, and the second wire passing hole 400 is used for passing a strong electric wire or a weak electric wire into the accommodating space 10; one end of the second wire clamping groove 401 is communicated with the second wire passing hole 400, and the other end of the second wire clamping groove extends along the width direction of the second wire passing column 4; and the second wire clamping groove 401 is used for clamping strong or weak electric wires.
The diameter of the second wire passing hole 400 is slightly larger than that of the electric wire, so that the electric wire passes through the second wire passing hole 400, the diameter of the second wire clamping groove 401 is just matched with that of the electric wire, and the electric wire passes through the second wire passing hole 400, moves along the second wire clamping groove 401 and is clamped in the second wire clamping groove 401, so that the electric wire is fixed.
The electric wire is positioned through the second wire clamping groove 401, so that the electric wire is conveniently positioned, the neatness of the electric wire is improved, the line body looseness caused by the random vibration of the electric wire is avoided, the use reliability of the electric wire is improved, and the service life of the air conditioner is further prolonged.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, a wire binding claw 5 is provided on the inner wall of the box body 1, and the wire binding claw 5 is used to fix the wire harness in the housing space 10.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, a wire outlet hole 6 is formed in a side wall of the box body 1, and the wire outlet hole 6 is used for guiding out the wiring harness in the accommodating space 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of guide rails 7 are arranged on the inner wall of the box body 1, the guide rails 7 are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the box body 1, and the guide rails 7 are used for clamping the power distribution unit 2.
