Alternatively, the first longitudinal bars 2112 and the second longitudinal bars 2113 may extend a predetermined length from the transverse horizontal bars 2111 toward the same side, gradually away from or gradually closer to each other. In one or more embodiments, a plurality of additional transverse horizontal bars (not shown) are disposed between the first longitudinal bars 2112 and the second longitudinal bars 2113 to further increase the area over which articles can be suspended. The number of auxiliary transverse horizontal bars may be 1, 2 or other suitable number.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the first connection portion 212 is configured to extend vertically upward from an end of the first longitudinal bar 2112 distal from the transverse horizontal bar 2111 and has a first connection end 2122 and a first fixed end 2121. The first connection end 2122 connects with the first longitudinal bar 2112. The first fixed end 2121 is configured to be detachably fixed to a lower portion of the back plate 12. Accordingly, the second connecting portion 213 is configured to extend vertically upward from an end portion of the second longitudinal bar 2113 remote from the transverse horizontal bar 2111, and has a second connecting end 2132 and a second fixed end 2131. The second connecting end 2132 is connected to a second longitudinal rod 2113. The second fixing end 2131 is configured to be detachably fixed to a lower portion of the back plate 12.
In one or more embodiments, the first connection portion 212 and the second connection portion 213 are each configured with a substantially circular cross-section. Alternatively, the cross-section may take the form of a rounded rectangle, oval or other suitable shape. Preferably, the first connection portion 212 and the second connection portion 213 may be hollow rod-shaped structures so as to reduce the weight of the hanger 21 itself. Alternatively, the first connection portion 212 and the second connection portion 213 may also adopt a solid rod-shaped structure to enhance the strength of the hanger 21. The material of the first connection portion 212 and the second connection portion 213 may be sheet metal, plastic, or other suitable material. In one or more embodiments, the hanging portion 211, the first connection portion 212, and the second connection portion 213 are configured to be integrally formed by an injection molding process to facilitate manufacturing. Alternatively, the hanging portion 211 and the first and second connection portions 212 and 213 are detachably fixed together by a snap connection, a screw connection, or other suitable connection means, so that the hanging member 21 can be detached to facilitate storage when not in use. Preferably, the first connection end 2122 of the first connection portion 212 and the second connection end 2132 of the second connection portion 213 are each configured in a circular arc shape such that a smooth transition is achieved between the first connection portion 212 and the first longitudinal rod 2112 and between the second connection portion 213 and the second longitudinal rod 2113. In one or more embodiments, the first connection portion 212 and the second connection portion 213 are configured as rod-like structures each having a fixed length to facilitate manufacturing. Alternatively, the first connecting portion 212 and the second connecting portion 213 may be configured to have a telescopic tubular structure, so that when the user hangs the article by using the hanging portion 211, the connecting portions can be extended to increase the distance between the hanging portion 211 and the bottom wall 111 (shown in fig. 4) of the box body 11, so as to conveniently hang the article; when the hanging member 21 is idle, the user can adjust the connection portion to retract, so that the distance between the hanging portion 211 and the bottom wall 111 of the box 11 is reduced, thereby avoiding the hanging member 21 from occupying too much space.
As shown in fig. 2, in one or more embodiments, the first fixing end 2121 of the first connection part 212 extends into the first fixing interface 121 disposed at the lower portion of the back plate 12 and is fixed in the first fixing interface 121 by the first fixing plate 22. Accordingly, the second fixing end 2131 of the second connecting portion 213 extends into the second fixing interface 122 disposed at the lower portion of the back plate 12, and is fixed in the second fixing interface 122 by the second fixing plate 23. Through the configuration, the whole fixing structure is arranged at the back of the back plate 12, the reserved space of the installation part for arranging the wall-mounted washing equipment 1 on the back plate 12 is effectively utilized, and the space utilization rate is further improved. Meanwhile, when the wall-mounted washing device 1 provided with the hanging assembly 2 is mounted on a wall, the fixing structure arranged at the rear part of the back plate 12 can be shielded, so that the attractive effect is achieved.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a first horizontal notch 2121a is provided in a shape of a "straight" on a circumferential outer wall of the first fixing end 2121, and a second horizontal notch 2131a is provided in a shape of a "straight" on a circumferential outer wall of the second fixing end 2131. In the assembled state, the first horizontal bayonet 2121a and the second horizontal bayonet 2131a are both configured to face the back plate 12. Alternatively, a horizontal bayonet is provided on only one of the first fixing end 2121 and the second fixing end 2131. Alternatively, first horizontal bayonet 2121a and second horizontal bayonet 2131a may also take the form of suitable arcuate or other bayonet configurations, such as a cross, Y, star, etc.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first fixing interface 121 includes a stopper plate 1211 extending in a horizontal direction, and a first interface hole 1212 and a second interface hole 1213 which are arranged bilaterally symmetrically with respect to the stopper plate 1211. The stopper 1211 is located above the first interface hole 1212 and the second interface hole 1213 in the vertical direction. As shown in fig. 5, in one or more embodiments, the first interface aperture 1212 and the second interface aperture 1213 are substantially flush in a horizontal direction. The stopper plate 1211 may define a highest position at which the first fixing end 2121 extends into the first fixing interface 121 for installation. The first interface hole 1212 includes a hollow hole body 1212a, first reinforcing ribs 1212b extending upward in a vertical direction from an outer wall of the hole body 1212a, and second reinforcing ribs 1212c extending downward in a vertical direction from an outer wall of the hole body 1212 a. The first and second reinforcing ribs 1212b and 1212c may increase the strength and stress of the first interface hole 1212. The second interface hole 1213 has the same configuration as the first interface hole 1212, so that the entire structure of the first fixing interface 121 is easy to manufacture. Preferably, the second fixing interface 122 is configured to have the same structure as the first fixing interface 121. In one or more embodiments, the first and second fixed interfaces 121, 122 are disposed in a left-right symmetrical position along a vertical centerline of the backplate 12, making the manufacturing process simpler. Alternatively, the second fixing interface 122 may be configured in a different structure from the first fixing interface 121, for example, the second fixing interface 122 has no limit plate (i.e., only a limit plate is provided on the first fixing interface 121), and the first fixing interface 121 and the second fixing interface 122 may be arranged at other suitable positions besides the vertical center line symmetry of the backboard 12, as long as the first connecting portion 212 and the second connecting portion 213 of the hanger 21 can be matched. Preferably, the first fixing interface 121, the second fixing interface 122 and the back plate 12 may be integrally molded by injection molding using a suitable resin. Alternatively, the first fixing interface 121 and the second fixing interface 122 may be fixed on the back plate 12 by other suitable means, such as welding, screwing, and the like.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in one or more embodiments, the first fixing plate 22 has a first flat plate 222 and a second flat plate 223 arranged in bilateral symmetry, and an arc-shaped plate 221 is formed between the first flat plate 222 and the second flat plate 223. The arc plate 221 is configured to match with a circumferential outer wall of a corresponding one of the first fixing end 2121 and the second fixing end 2131, so that a contact area between the arc plate 221 and the circumferential outer wall of the corresponding fixing end is increased, thereby increasing a friction force therebetween and fixing the hanger 21 more effectively. For example, the fixed end has a substantially cylindrical peripheral outer wall, and the arc-shaped plate 221 is configured as a matching arc-shaped plate. A first fixing hole 2221 alignable with the first interface hole 1212 is formed on the first plate 222, and a second fixing hole 2231 alignable with the second interface hole 1213 is formed on the second plate 223. Accordingly, fastening screws (not shown) may conveniently extend from the first fixing holes 2221 into the first interface holes 1212 and from the second fixing holes 2231 into the second interface holes 1213 to effectively fix the first fixing plate 22 to the first fixing interface 121, thereby fixing the first fixing end 2121 to the back plate 12.
As shown in fig. 6, a horizontal chucking plate 2211 extending radially inward is formed on the inner wall of the arc plate 221 of the first fixing plate 22. The horizontal clamping plate 2211 is shaped to match the shape of the first horizontal bayonet 2121a at the first fixed end 2121. In the assembled state, the horizontal clamping plate 2211 is configured to be insertable into the first horizontal bayonet 2121 a. Accordingly, a horizontal catch plate (not shown) having the same structure as the first fixing plate 22 is also disposed on the second fixing plate 23, and the horizontal catch plate is inserted into the second horizontal bayonet 2131 a. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in one or more embodiments, a first bumper 24 is further disposed between the hanger 21 and the wall-mounted washing apparatus 1. In order to reduce vibration of the hanger 21 caused during operation of the wall-mounted washing apparatus 1, a first mounting groove 123 is formed on the bottom of the rear plate peripheral wall 127 below the first fixing interface 121, the first mounting groove 123 extending in a vertically downward direction through the bottom wall 111 of the cabinet 11 and forming a first mounting opening 111a in the bottom wall 111. When the back panel 12 is fixed with the case 11, the first mounting groove 123 and the first mounting opening 111a coincide in the vertical direction. The first cushion 24 is provided in the first mounting groove 123 and the first mounting opening 111 a. As shown in fig. 7, the first cushion 24 is arranged in a substantially U-shape, and has a circumferential outer side 241 and a circumferential inner side 242. A groove 2411 is formed on the circumferential outer side 241. The groove 2411 may be used to receive the edges of the first mounting groove 123 and the first mounting opening 111a such that the first bumper 24 may be nestably secured within the first mounting groove 123 and the first mounting opening 111 a. Circumferential inner side 242 is configured to mate with a circumferential outer wall of first securing end 2121 such that circumferential inner side 242 may wrap around a portion of the circumferential outer wall of first securing end 2121. As shown in FIG. 5, an inwardly recessed first arcuate cavity 125 is formed in the body of the backplate 12 below the first mounting interface 121. When the first buffering member 24 is fixed on the first mounting groove 123 and the first mounting opening 111a, the top of the circumferential outer side 241 of the first buffering member 24 may abut against the first arc-shaped cavity 125, thereby increasing the contact area between the first buffering member 24 and the back plate 12, and making the buffering effect better.
Accordingly, a second mounting groove 124 is formed on the bottom of the backplate peripheral wall 127 below the second fixing interface 122. The second mounting groove 124 extends in a vertically downward direction through the bottom wall 111 of the case 11, and forms a second mounting opening 111b in the bottom wall 111. The second mounting groove 124 and the second mounting opening 111b are vertically overlapped when the back panel 12 is fixed with the cabinet 11. The second cushion 25 is provided in the second mounting groove 124 and the second mounting opening 111 b. A second arcuate cavity 126 is also provided in the body of the back plate 12 and below the second mounting interface 122. The top of the circumferential outer side (not shown) of the second dampener 25 can rest within the second arcuate cavity 126. The second cushion member 25 is configured to have the same structure as the first cushion member 24. It is understood that, when the first and second fixing ends 2121 and 2131 are configured in other shapes, the first and second buffering members 24 and 25, the first and second mounting grooves 123 and 124, and the first and second mounting openings 111a and 111b also need to be adjusted to be matched with the shapes thereof. The material of the first cushioning member 24 and the second cushioning member 25 may be rubber, plastic, or other suitable material. The first buffer member 24 and the second buffer member 25 are configured to not only make the wall-mounted washing device 1 with the suspension assembly 2 more stable and less noisy during operation, but also seal the installation gap between the suspension member 21 and the box 11 to prevent dust and other impurities from entering the interior of the machine body.
In an alternative embodiment, the hanging assembly 2 for a wall mounted washing appliance 1 may comprise only one of the first connection 212 or the second connection 213. Accordingly, one of the first longitudinal bars 2112 or the second longitudinal bars 2113 of the hanging portion 21 is connected to the connecting portion, and the end of the other away from the lateral horizontal bar 2111 becomes a free end.
In an alternative embodiment, where the hanging assembly 2 for the wall mountable washing appliance 1 includes only one of the first connection portion 212 or the second connection portion 213, the hanging portion 211 may include only one of the first longitudinal bar 2112 or the second longitudinal bar 2113. Accordingly, one end of the first end 2111a or the second end 2111b of the lateral horizontal bar 2111 is connected to the longitudinal bar, and the other end becomes a free end.

a hanger including a hanging portion and a first connecting portion, the hanging portion including a transverse horizontal bar and a first longitudinal bar extending from a first end of the transverse horizontal bar to one side of the transverse horizontal bar in a crossing manner, the first connecting portion extending vertically upward from an end of the first longitudinal bar remote from the transverse horizontal bar and having a first fixed end configured to be detachably fixed to a lower portion of the back panel,
wherein the hanging part is spaced apart from a bottom wall of the cabinet by a predetermined distance in a vertical direction in an assembled state of the hanging assembly and the wall-mounted washing apparatus.
2. The hanging assembly for a wall mounted washing appliance according to claim 1, wherein the hanging portion further includes a second longitudinal bar extending outwardly in a crosswise manner from a second end of the transverse horizontal bar opposite the first end and on the same side of the transverse horizontal bar as the first longitudinal bar.
3. The suspension assembly for a wall mounted washing appliance of claim 2, wherein the hanger further includes a second link portion extending vertically upwardly from an end of the second longitudinal bar distal from the transverse horizontal bar and having a second fixed end configured to be removably securable to a lower portion of the back panel.
4. A hanging assembly for a wall mounted washing appliance according to claim 3, wherein a first horizontal bayonet is provided on a circumferential outer wall of the first fixed end and a second horizontal bayonet is provided on a circumferential outer wall of the second fixed end, the first and second horizontal bayonets being configured to face the back plate in the assembled state.
5. A hanging assembly for a wall mounted washing appliance according to claim 4,
the first longitudinal bar and the second longitudinal bar are parallel to each other;
the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are configured to have a fixed length or a telescopic rod-like structure; and is
