Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wall-mounted washing machine.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a wall-mounted washing machine comprising:
an outer cylinder;
the front plate is provided with a door body and is arranged in front of the outer cylinder;
the emergency pull rod is suitable for controlling the door body to be opened, one end of the emergency pull rod is connected with the front plate, the other end of the emergency pull rod is a free end, and the emergency pull rod extends downwards in an inclined mode at an angle with the vertical direction.
Further, the free end of the emergency pull rod extends obliquely towards the front of the washing machine.
Furthermore, the washing machine further comprises a limiting unit for limiting the emergency pull rod, the limiting unit comprises a guide hole part suitable for the emergency pull rod to penetrate through, and an opening for the emergency pull rod to enter and exit the guide hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the guide hole part.
Furthermore, the size of the opening can be changed according to the process that the emergency pull rod enters and exits the guide hole,
preferably, the size of the opening is gradually reduced from the outside of the guide hole to the inside of the guide hole,
more preferably, the openings of the guide hole parts are all smoothly transited,
it is also preferable that the guide hole portion of the stopper unit is made of an elastic material.
Furthermore, the washing machine also comprises a hanging lug for connecting the outer cylinder to the wall, one end of the limiting unit is provided with a guide hole part, the other end of the limiting unit is connected with the hanging lug,
preferably, the wall of the outer cylinder is provided with at least one hanging lug which protrudes outwards in the radial direction, the outer cylinder is assembled on the wall through the hanging lug,
more preferably, four corners of the outer cylinder wall are respectively provided with a hanging lug, and the other end of the limiting unit is connected with the hanging lug on the lower right side of the outer cylinder wall.
Further, the limiting unit is formed by bending an elastic tubular body,
preferably, after the tubular body is bent to form the guide hole of the guide hole portion, another guide hole portion parallel to the original guide hole portion is bent again at the opening,
more preferably, the size and the extending direction of the guide hole portions are matched.
Furthermore, the free end of the emergency pull rod is inclined downwards along the vertical direction and extends to the outer side of the washing machine box body,
preferably, the washing machine further comprises a limit fixing unit for limit fixing the free end of the emergency pull rod outside the box body.
Furthermore, the lower end wall of the washing machine box body is provided with a mounting hole, the limit fixing unit is connected to the lower side of the washing machine box body through the mounting hole,
preferably, the limit fixing unit comprises an abutting part for abutting against the outer side of the box body and a connecting part which extends into the mounting hole and connects the limit fixing unit into the mounting hole, the size of the connecting column is smaller than that of the abutting part,
more preferably, the connecting portion is provided with a clamping protrusion for clamping the limiting fixing unit on the washing machine box body and a limiting protrusion for limiting the connection, and the mounting hole is provided with a groove matched with the clamping protrusion and the limiting protrusion.
Further, urgent pull rod includes the pull rod body and is located the snap ring and the bracelet at pull rod body both ends, the snap ring is connected with the front bezel, the bracelet is spacing to be fixed in the washing machine box outside.
Furthermore, a draw rod hole for the draw rod body of the emergency draw rod to pass through is arranged on the limiting and fixing unit, the shape of the draw rod hole is matched with that of the draw rod body, the size of the draw rod hole is smaller than that of the clamping ring and the hand ring,
preferably, the cross section of the pull rod body is polygonal,
more preferably, the cross section of the pull rod body is rectangular,
preferably, the edges of the pull rod body are in smooth transition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the emergency pull rod extends downwards along the vertical direction in an inclined angle, so that the pulling distance is prolonged, a user can open the door lock without pulling a long distance when using the emergency pull rod, the emergency pull rod saves trouble and labor, the posture is not required to be changed, and the emergency pull rod is comfortable and convenient to operate.
2. The limiting unit limits the action of the emergency pull rod, prevents the emergency pull rod from shaking after installation, is inconvenient to use when an emergency occurs, and is not favorable for timely operation. The emergency pull rod penetrates through the guide hole of the guide hole part and can move along the axial direction of the guide hole, and the movement direction of the emergency pull rod is limited between the connecting point of the emergency pull rod and the front plate and the guide hole.
3. The opening of the guide hole part is arranged on the peripheral wall, and the emergency pull rod can be detached from the guide hole or installed in the guide hole through the opening. The size of the opening is adjustable, the opening is enlarged in the process that the emergency pull rod enters the guide hole, the emergency pull rod is convenient to install, and after the emergency pull rod enters the guide hole, the opening restores to the original size, and the emergency pull rod is prevented from being separated from the guide hole.
4. The emergency pull rod does not need to be limited by the electric control box, the emergency pull rod and the electric control box are independent, independent disassembly and assembly are realized, the emergency pull rod extends in an angle manner, the emergency pull rod cannot block the assembly/disassembly and maintenance of the electric control box, and the assembly/disassembly and maintenance of the electric control box and the emergency pull rod are convenient.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments are clearly and completely described below, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not used for limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine including:
an outer cylinder 1;
the front plate 3 is provided with a door body, and the front plate 3 is arranged in front of the outer cylinder 1;
the emergency pull rod 5 is suitable for controlling the door body to be opened, one end of the emergency pull rod 5 is connected with the front plate 3, and the other end of the emergency pull rod is a free end and extends downwards along the vertical direction in an inclined mode at an angle.
In the above scheme, 1 the place ahead of urceolus is equipped with front bezel 3, front bezel 3 detachable is connected with urceolus 1, be equipped with the door body on the front bezel 3, the door lock subassembly that the control door body was opened and was closed, urgent pull rod 5 is connected with the door lock subassembly that sets up on front bezel 3, realizes opening of the door body through dragging urgent pull rod 5 under the emergency. However, in order to facilitate the use of the wall-mounted washing machine, the height of the general suspension is low, so that the emergency pull rod 5 arranged at the bottom is difficult to pull, and the door lock can be opened only by pulling a large distance, particularly, the emergency pull rod 5 in the prior art extends downwards in the general vertical direction, so that a user needs to squat down or bend down at a large angle when using the emergency pull rod 5, which is inconvenient and uncomfortable. In this application, the free end of urgent pull rod 5 is angle slope extension downwards along vertical direction, has prolonged the distance of pulling for the user need not to pull very long distance just can realize opening of lock when using, and it is laborsaving to save trouble, need not to change the posture, and the operation is comfortable convenient.
Further, the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 extends obliquely to the front of the washing machine.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the free end of urgent pull rod 5 extends to washing machine the place ahead slope, has further extended tensile distance outside, still makes tensile direction more be fit for the customer, need not the customer and bow, squat etc. and operate, only need to stretch towards oneself direction and just can realize opening of lock for customer's operation comfortable convenience more.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a limiting unit 6 for limiting the emergency pull rod 5, the limiting unit 6 comprises a guide hole part 61 suitable for the emergency pull rod 5 to pass through, and an opening 62 for the emergency pull rod 5 to enter or exit the guide hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the guide hole part 61.
In the above scheme, spacing unit 6 is spacing to the action of urgent pull rod 5, prevents that the installation of urgent pull rod 5 from appearing rocking, when emergency, uses inconveniently, is unfavorable for operating in time. The emergency draw bar 5 passes through the guide hole of the guide hole part 61, can move along the axial direction of the guide hole, and limits the moving direction of the emergency draw bar 5 between the connecting point of the emergency draw bar 5 and the front plate 3 and the guide hole. The opening 62 is provided in the circumferential wall, and the emergency lever 5 can be removed from or installed into the guide hole through the opening 62.
Further, the size of the opening 62 can be changed according to the process of the emergency pull rod 5 entering or exiting the guide hole,
preferably, the openings 62 of the guide hole portions 61 are rounded,
more preferably, the guide hole portion 61 of the stopper unit 6 is made of an elastic material.
In the above scheme, the size of the opening 62 is adjustable, and in the process that the emergency pull rod 5 enters the guide hole, the opening 62 is enlarged, so that the emergency pull rod 5 can be conveniently installed, and after the emergency pull rod 5 enters the guide hole, the opening 62 recovers the original size, and the emergency pull rod 5 is prevented from being separated from the guide hole. In a preferred embodiment, the openings 62 of the guide hole part 61 are smoothly transited to prevent the emergency pull rod 5 from being damaged in the process of the emergency pull rod 5 entering and exiting the guide hole. In a more preferred embodiment, the guide hole 61 of the position limiting unit 6 is made of an elastic material, so that the forming is convenient, the size of the opening 62 can be increased under pressure, and the opening can be restored under the action of elastic force after the pressure disappears.
Further, the size of the opening 62 is gradually reduced from the outside of the guide hole to the inside of the guide hole. The process of installing the emergency pull rod 5 into the guide hole is more convenient, simple and smooth.
Further, the washing machine also comprises a hanging lug 2 for connecting the outer cylinder 1 to the wall, one end of the limiting unit 6 is provided with a guide hole part 61, the other end is connected with the hanging lug 2,
preferably, the wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with at least one hanging lug 2 protruding outwards in the radial direction, the outer cylinder 1 is assembled on the wall through the hanging lug 2,
more preferably, four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, and the other end of the limiting unit 6 is connected with the hanging lug 2 at the lower right side of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1.
Furthermore, the limiting unit 6 is formed by bending an elastic tubular body, is convenient to form and simple to mount,
preferably, after the tubular body is bent to form the guide hole of the guide hole portion 61, another guide hole portion 61 parallel to the original guide hole portion 61 is bent again at the opening 62, and one tubular body is formed to form two guide hole portions 61 arranged in parallel, so that the strength of the guide hole portion 61 is increased,
more preferably, the size and extending direction of the guide hole portions 61 are matched.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the first embodiment, in the present embodiment, the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 extends to the outside of the washing machine box body along the vertical direction and downwards,
preferably, the washing machine further comprises a limit fixing unit 7 for limit fixing the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 outside the box body.
In the above scheme, the free end of emergency pull rod 5 extends to the washing machine box outside along vertical direction downward sloping, conveniently carries out tensile operation to emergency pull rod 5, prevents that the condition that still need stoop or squat to look over emergency pull rod's position appears when emergency pull rod 5 is difficult to the discovery to cause carries out emergency unlocking, brings a lot of inconvenience for user's operation. In a preferred embodiment, the limit fixing unit 7 limits and fixes the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 outside the box body so as to facilitate the stretching operation of the emergency pull rod 5.

more preferably, the connecting portion 72 is provided with a locking protrusion 721 for locking the limiting fixing unit 7 on the washing machine casing, and a limiting protrusion 722 for limiting the connection, and the mounting hole is provided with a groove matched with the locking protrusion 721 and the limiting protrusion 722. A gap is formed between the clamping protrusion 721 and the abutting portion 71, and the box body beside the mounting hole is clamped between the gaps to clamp the limiting fixing unit 7.
Implementation III
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, on the basis of the first and second embodiments, in the first embodiment, the emergency pull rod 5 includes a pull rod body 51, and a snap ring 52 and a hand ring 53 which are located at two ends of the pull rod body 51, the snap ring 52 is connected with the front plate 3, and the hand ring 53 is fixed outside the washing machine casing in a limited manner.
In the above scheme, the emergency pull rod 5 includes a pull rod body 51, and the pull rod body 51 passes through the guide hole part 61 to limit the movement of itself, so as to prevent shaking. The snap ring 52 is sleeved on a clamping column on the front plate 3, and the clamping column is further provided with an anti-falling part for preventing the snap ring 52 from falling off.
Further, the limiting and fixing unit 7 is provided with a pull rod hole 711 for the pull rod body 51 of the emergency pull rod 5 to pass through, the shape of the pull rod hole 711 is matched with the shape of the pull rod body 51, the size of the pull rod hole 711 is smaller than that of the snap ring 52 and the hand ring 53,
preferably, the cross section of the pull rod body 51 is polygonal,
more preferably, the cross section of the pull rod body 51 is rectangular.
In the above solution, the shape of the pull rod hole 711 matches the shape of the pull rod body 51, so as to further prevent the pull rod body 51 from shaking. The pull rod hole 711 is smaller than the snap ring 52 and the hand ring 53 to prevent the pull rod body 51 from being separated from or entering the washing machine. In a preferred embodiment, the cross-section of the pull rod body 51 is polygonal, so that the pull rod is convenient to process and has a good anti-shaking effect. In a more preferred embodiment, the tie bar body 51 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, so that the processing is more convenient and the effect of preventing the shaking is more excellent. In a further preferred embodiment, the edges of the tie bar body 51 are rounded to prevent damage to other components.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine including:
an outer cylinder 1; the front plate 3 is provided with a door body, and the front plate 3 is arranged in front of the outer cylinder 1; an electronic control box 4;
the emergency pull rod 5 is suitable for controlling the door body to be opened, one end of the emergency pull rod 5 is connected with the front plate 3, the other end of the emergency pull rod is a free end, and the free end extends obliquely at an angle along the length direction of the electric control box 4.

Furthermore, the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 extends to the outer side of the washing machine box body along the length direction of the electric control box 4 in an inclined way,
preferably, the washing machine further comprises a limit fixing unit 7 for limit fixing the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 outside the box body.
In the scheme, the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 obliquely extends to the outer side of the washing machine box body along the length direction of the electric control box 4, so that the emergency pull rod 5 is conveniently stretched. In a preferred embodiment, the limit fixing unit 7 limits and fixes the free end of the emergency pull rod 5 outside the box body so as to facilitate the stretching operation of the emergency pull rod 5.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in this embodiment, at least one hanging lug 22 protruding radially outward is disposed on the wall of the outer cylinder 11, and the hanging lug 22 is engaged with and fixedly connected to the wall.
The outer barrel 11 is hung on the wall through the hanging lugs 22, and parts such as a damper and the like are not required for supporting, so that the number of parts on the washing machine is reduced, the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine are further reduced, the integral size and weight of the washing machine are reduced, the appearance of the washing machine is optimized, and the wall hanging reliability of the washing machine is improved.
Preferably, four corners of the wall of the outer cylinder 11 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 22, and more preferably, the hanging lugs 22 are arranged on two height planes.
Example six
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the present embodiment, the wall is provided with a supporting member extending toward the outer tube 11, and the supporting member passes through the hanging lug 22 and supports against the hanging lug 22.
Preferably, a damping washer is respectively clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 22, and between the hanging lug 22 and the nut, so as to reduce the noise generated during the operation of the washing machine.
The hanging lug 22 can be fixedly connected with the wall through a bolt, so that the hanging lug 22 is clamped and fixed on a screw 512 and a screw rod between the bolt and a nut and the wall. Preferably, a damping washer is clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 22, and between the hanging lug 22 and the bolt and the nut, so as to reduce the noise generated during the operation of the washing machine.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
