Abstract
一种高效节能热水炉，其技术方案要点是：热水
箱上部设有预热箱；炉膛壁和烟管壁穿装两端封闭的
介质管，管内装有高效节能介质，介质管位于炉膛和
烟管内一半，另一半插入水中；在预热箱和热水箱底
部连接自补水管。本实用新型的优点是：速开，能连
续供应热水和供暖，水快速自补，并且高效节能，结构
简单，使用方便。
Description
本实用新型属于热水炉，特别是一种高效节能热水炉。
现有的热水炉不论是有压的或常压的，都是单腔，烧开一炉水，放完后加水再烧开，如用作取暖，送一次水后温度降低很多，需停下来再烧到温度后，再送水循环，这样想连续用开水很困难，人们希望能提供一种随时用开水随时有、使用热水非常方便的热水炉。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型热水炉，能连续供应热水和供暖，并且高效节能，结构简单。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括炉膛、热水箱、烟管和底座，其技术方案要点是：热水箱上部设有予热箱；炉膛壁和烟管壁穿装两端封闭的介质管，管内装有高效节能介质，介质管位于炉膛和烟管内一半，另一半插入水中；在予热箱和热水箱底部连接自补水管。
本实用新型的优点是：速开，能连续供应热水供暖，水快速自补，并且高效节能，结构简单，使用方便。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的的结构示意图。
见图1，本实用新型具体结构如下：热水箱5的中央部分为炉膛12，炉膛12上端连接烟管6，热水箱5上部设置予热箱7，烟管6穿过予热箱7。在炉膛壁和烟管壁上沿周向均布插入介质管3，介质管3内装有高效节能介质（中国专利申请号89220783.3），介质管3呈S型，亦可以是其它形状，介质管3一半位于炉膛12和烟管6内，另一半位于水中。在热水箱5的底部与予热箱7之间连接自补水管11；热水箱5上部与予热箱7之间连接水管8。予热箱7上端和上部分别组装加水管9和溢水管10。热水箱5上连接放水阀4。热水箱5底部有排污阀2，热水箱5下部有底座1。
工作原理：燃料在炉膛12内燃烧，在炉膛壁和烟管壁向外传热的同时，介质管3高效地向水中传热，当使用热水时，从热水箱5放水，此时经过升温的予热箱7内的水，经自补水管11输给热水箱5，予热箱7由加水管9加入新水，当热水箱5内水达到一定温度时，热水箱5的多余气和水通过水管8排到予热箱7内。对予热箱7内的水加热，节省能源。本实用新型亦可以设计为一个热水箱5，两个予热箱7。

1、一种高效节能热水炉，包括炉膛、热水箱、烟管和底座，其特征是：热水箱上部设有予热箱；炉膛壁和烟管壁穿装两端封闭的介质管，管内装有高效节能介质，介质管位于炉膛和烟管内一半，另一半插入水中；在予热箱和热水箱底部连接自补水管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的热水炉，其特征是：在热水箱上部与予热箱上部连接水管。
3、根据权利要求1所述的热水炉，其特征是：在予热箱的上端和上部组装加水管和溢水管。
4、根据权利要求1所述的热水炉，其特征是：介质管呈S型。
