Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 39, the pressure cooker with a novel opening and closing structure comprises a cooker body 30, side lugs 26 and a cooker cover assembly, wherein the cooker cover assembly is covered on the cooker body 30, the side lugs 26 are installed on the side wall of the cooker body 30, a cooker opening of the cooker body 30 extends outwards to form a level structure, the level structure comprises a starting level 301 and a retaining edge 302, the starting level 301 is horizontally arranged, the lower end of the retaining edge 302 is connected to the outer end of the starting level 301, and the inner end of the starting level 301 is connected with the cooker body 30; the cooker cover assembly comprises a pressure cover 22, a safety valve for exhausting air, an opening and closing device hooped on the pressure cover 22 and used for locking or unlocking the pressure cover 22 and the cooker body 30, and a rotating button assembly used for controlling the opening and closing device to lock or unlock the pressure cover 22 and the cooker body 30 through rotation; the outer edge of the pressure cover 22 is placed on the start level 301, and the outer periphery of the pressure cover 22 is positioned within the rib 302.
The opening and closing device is controlled by the knob component to fasten or loosen the pressure cover 22 and the pot body 30, and the cover can be opened and closed by one hand. The arrangement of the level structure can enhance the pressure bearing capacity of the pot edge, prevent the water dripping phenomenon caused by slight defects of the sealing ring, and prevent the water from dripping on the stove and prevent the liquid drops on the cover edge and the pot edge from flowing back into the pot.
The outer edge of the pressure cover 22 is bent inwards to form an inward-bent structure 221, a pot mouth sealing ring 23 is installed in the inward-bent structure 221, the outer diameter of the pot mouth sealing ring 23 located at the inward-bent structure 221 is an embedded part 231, the lower side surface of the pot mouth sealing ring 23 is a sealing part 232, the upper side of the embedded part 231 extends towards the inner side of the pressure cover 22 in an inclined mode, the sealing part 232 extends downwards from the connection part in an inclined mode, and when the pressure cover 22 is covered, the sealing part 232 of the pot mouth sealing ring 23 pushes up the stepping position 301. The inward-bent structure 221 can be used for clamping the embedded part 231 of the pot mouth sealing ring 23 to realize the installation function; the seal 232 bears against the riser 301, enhancing the sealing function. The pot mouth sealing ring 23 can be used for sealing the pressure cooker, and has the pressure maintaining effect. Compared with the traditional pressure cooker, the cooker body 30 has the level 301 which is directly contacted with the lower side of the cooker opening sealing ring 23, so that the safety function is greatly realized, and the safety is enhanced. When the pressure is too high, the traditional pressure cooker can burst, and the sealing ring can deform, so that the water leakage condition can occur, and water can directly drip out of the cooker and drip on a stove. The arrangement of the embodiment can avoid the situation, and can also prevent water from dripping on the stove, and the liquid of the pot cover can flow back into the pot at the starting level 301.
The opening and closing device comprises at least two opening and closing mechanisms, wherein each opening and closing mechanism comprises a pressure ring 21, a sliding block 211 and a first guide column 212; a first mounting hole 214 and an elongated hole 213 are formed in the slider 211, the first mounting hole 214 is communicated with the elongated hole 213, the pressure ring 21 is arranged at the outer end of the slider 211, and the first guide posts 212 are respectively arranged at the inner end of the slider 211; the pressure cover 22 is provided with an installation panel 05, the middle of the installation panel 05 is recessed downwards to form an installation groove 055, the installation groove 055 is provided with a guide long hole 051 and a first center hole 053, the installation panel 05 is provided with a second installation hole 052 for installing a safety valve, and the lower side of the installation panel 05 is provided with a sliding groove 054; the knob assembly comprises a knob 04, a knob fixing piece 01 and a central nut 25, the knob 04 is provided with a second central hole 042, a positioning hole 041 and a third mounting hole 043, and the lower side of the knob fixing piece 01 is provided with a fixing column 011; the number of the guide long holes 051 is matched with that of the pressure rings 21, and the number of the third mounting holes 043 is matched with that of the guide long holes 051; a third central hole 222 is formed in the center of the pressure cover 22, positioning columns 223 are arranged on the upper side of the pressure cover 22, and the number of the positioning columns 223 is matched with that of the pressure rings 21 and the positions of the positioning columns are opposite; the pressure ring 21 is placed on the pressure cover 22, and the elongated hole 213 is sleeved on the positioning column 223; the mounting panel 05 is mounted on the pressure cover 22, the pressure ring 21 is clamped between the pressure cover 22 and the mounting panel 05, and the sliding block 211 is mounted in the sliding groove 054 and can slide along the sliding groove; the knob 04 is installed in the installation groove 055, and the first guide column 212 passes through the guide long hole 051 and then is inserted into the third installation hole 043; the fixed column 011 sequentially passes through the second center hole 042, the first center hole 053 and the third center hole 222 from top to bottom and then is screwed by the center nut 25, and the third sealing ring 24 is sleeved on the periphery of the fixed column 011 between the center nut 25 and the pressure cover 22; when the knob 04 is rotated, the third mounting hole 043 forces the first guide column 212 to slide along the guide slot 051, so that the pressure ring 21 locks or unlocks the pressure cover 22 and the pot body 30. When the pressure cooker adopts two opening and closing mechanisms, the cooker cover and the cooker body 30 can be fastened in a buckling mode, and when more than two opening and closing mechanisms are used, the cooker cover and the cooker body 30 can be fastened more firmly. The positioning posts 223 are disposed to provide sliding orientation and support for the elongated holes 213. The mounting panel 05 can receive the slider 211 and the first guide post 212, and the sliding groove 054 forms a sliding passage of the slider 211.
The opening and closing device is provided with three opening and closing mechanisms which are positioned on the same plane and form an included angle of 120 degrees between every two opening and closing mechanisms; the first side of the inner end of the sliding block 211 extends obliquely outwards, the sliding block 211 is of a gradually reducing structure from the middle part to the inner end, and the second side of the sliding block 211 extends obliquely in an arc shape from the middle part to the inner end of the sliding block 211 to the first side of the inner end of the sliding block 211; the first guiding posts 212 at the inner ends of the three sliders 211 are located below the mounting groove 055, the first side at the inner end of the middle slider 211 is close to the second side of the slider 211 at the left side thereof and can move in the arc-shaped oblique direction, and the first side at the inner end of the right slider 211 is close to the second side of the middle slider 211 and can move in the arc-shaped oblique direction. The arrangement of the three opening and closing mechanisms can ensure that the pot cover is tightly buckled with the pot body 30. The two sides of the inner end of the sliding block 211 are configured to provide a sliding space for the adjacent sliding block 211, so as to realize outward extension or inward retraction of the sliding block 211.
The knob assembly also comprises a hand feeling column 02 and a tension spring 03; the lower sides of the fixed column 011 and the rotating button fixing part 01 are provided with a sleeve, the fixed column 011 is positioned in the sleeve, the lower side of the sleeve is provided with a circle of concave-convex grooves 012, the tension spring 03 and the hand-feeling column 02 are sequentially placed in the positioning hole 041, the lower end of the tension spring 03 is propped against the bottom of the positioning hole 041, the upper end of the tension spring 03 is propped against the lower end of the hand-feeling column 02, and the upper end of the hand-feeling column 02 is propped against the concave-convex grooves 012. The concave-convex groove 012, the hand-feeling column 02 and the tension spring 03 are cooperatively arranged, so that when the knob 04 is rotated, the knob fixing member 01 has a vibration effect and emits a beep to remind a user that the knob is rotating to perform an opening and closing operation or perform an exhaust function.
The lid edge of the pressure lid 22 is provided with a safety device 31 for deforming and displacing the pot mouth sealing ring 23 when the pressure in the pot exceeds a set pressure value, the safety device 31 being located below the pressure ring 21.
The safety device 31 is a convex surface 311 formed by jacking up the cover surface of the pressure cover 22 from bottom to top, and the convex surface 311 is aligned with the upper side of the embedded part 231 of the pan opening sealing ring 23; or, the safety device 31 is a gas release slit 312 formed on the cover surface of the pressure cover 22, and the gas release slit 312 is aligned with the upper side of the embedding part 231 of the pot mouth sealing ring 23; alternatively, the safety device 31 is a relief hole 313 formed in the cover surface of the pressure cover 22, and the relief hole 313 is aligned with the upper side of the insertion portion 231 of the pot mouth sealing ring 23. When the pressure in the cooker reaches a set value, the cooker opening sealing ring 23 can shift (deform) towards the direction of the safety device 31, and then the pressure is released; safety device 31 sets up in pressure ring 21 below (be pressure ring 21 promptly), when the pressure release, blocks directly spouting (cushioning effect) of atmospheric pressure because of pressure ring 21, plays the guard action, and the aqueous vapor can not directly spout the people, but distributes away in following pressure ring 21, avoids the people to cause the scald. The three types of arrangement of the convex surface 311, the air release slit 312 and the air release hole are all for forming a space for deformation or displacement of the pan opening sealing ring 23, and the pan opening sealing ring 23 is deformed and translated, so that the pressure in the pan is leaked out from the safety device 31, and the function of auxiliary exhaust and pressure release is realized.
The upper side of the side ear 26 is provided with a first anti-skid grain 261, and the first anti-skid grain 261 is formed by a plurality of grooves which are uniformly arranged in parallel in a longitudinal and transverse manner; the upper side of the knob fixing part 01 is provided with second anti-slip grains 013, and the second anti-slip grains 013 are formed by uniformly arranging a plurality of grooves in a longitudinal and transverse mode. The arrangement of the first anti-slip patterns 261 on the side ears 26 is convenient for a user to firmly hold the pressure cooker, and the hand slip is avoided from falling off. The friction force between the hands can be increased by arranging the second anti-slip lines 013, and the grabbing is more stable.
The safety valve comprises an upper valve body 15, a lower valve body 17, a first spring 20, a valve plug 18, a first sealing ring 19 and a second sealing ring 16; the lower end of the upper valve body 15 is connected with the upper end of the lower valve body 17 through threads, a cavity is arranged between the lower end of the upper valve body 15 and the upper end of the lower valve body 17, a first exhaust hole 151 communicated with the cavity is formed in the top of the upper valve body 15, and a circle of raised annular brim 152 is arranged at the lower part of the upper valve body; one end of the valve plug 18 is respectively provided with a first clamping groove 181 and a second clamping groove 182 which surround the valve plug for a circle, and the other end of the valve plug is of a segment structure; the bottom of the lower valve body 17 is provided with a second vent hole 171 communicated with the cavity, the bottom of the lower valve body is provided with a third clamping groove 172 surrounding the lower valve body 17 for one circle, the periphery of the lower valve body 17 is provided with a plurality of fourth vent holes 173 communicated with the cavity, and the fourth vent holes 173 are positioned above the third clamping groove 172; the valve plug 18 is positioned in the cavity, the upper end of the first spring 20 is abutted against the inner wall of the upper valve body 15, and the lower end of the first spring is clamped in the first clamping groove 181 of the valve plug 18 and promotes the spherical segment structure of the valve plug 18 to abut against or open the second exhaust hole 171; the first sealing ring 19 is clamped in the second clamping groove 182 and is pressed against the inner wall of the lower valve body 17 at the periphery of the second exhaust hole 171 under the action of the first spring 20; the second sealing ring 16 is clamped in the third clamping groove 172; the pressure cover 22 is provided with a fourth mounting hole 224, the fourth mounting hole 224 is located below the first mounting hole 214 of one of the sliding blocks 211, and the periphery of the fourth mounting hole 224 extends upwards to form a retaining ring; when the valve is installed, the top end of the upper valve body 15 is inserted into the second installation hole 052, the top end of the upper valve body 15 slides along the second installation hole 052 to rise and extend out of the pressure cover 22, or the top end of the upper valve body 15 slides along the second installation hole 052 to fall and retract into the pressure cover 22; the lower end of the upper valve body 15 passes through the first mounting hole 214, and the upper end of the lower valve body 17 passes through the fourth mounting hole 224 and the first mounting hole 214 in sequence and then is screwed with the upper valve body 15; the diameter of the annular brim 152 is larger than that of the first mounting hole 214, the diameter of the bottom of the lower valve body 17 is larger than that of the fourth mounting hole 224, and the second sealing ring 16 is clamped between the bottom of the lower valve body 17 and the pressure cover 22; when the safety valve is at rest, the fourth exhaust hole 173 is positioned below the pressure cover 22 and communicated with the cooker, the safety valve is lifted to the upper limit position, and the baffle ring of the fourth mounting hole 224 is pressed against the fourth exhaust hole 173. The second vent hole 171 is sealed by the spherical segment structure of the valve plug 18 to create a pressure environment, and the valve plug 18 opens the second vent hole 171 to exhaust and release pressure in the pot; the diameter of the annular brim 152 is larger than the diameter of the first mounting hole 214, so that the upper valve body 15 can be prevented from flying out of the pot, the first sealing ring 19 and the second sealing ring 16 can prevent the second exhaust hole 171 from air leakage, and the pressure maintaining function is maintained. When the safety valve is in a standing state, the air pressure in the cooker can enter the cavity from the fourth exhaust hole 173 and is exhausted from the first exhaust hole 151 of the upper valve body 15, so that the pressure relief is realized; when the pressure in the cooker is too high, the valve plug 18 is pushed open, the safety valve is lifted, and the baffle ring pushes against the fourth exhaust hole 173, so that the air pressure can be prevented from flowing out transversely, and the air flow can be discharged to the first exhaust hole 151.
A fifth mounting hole 225 is formed in the pressure cover 22, and a regulating valve assembly for regulating the air pressure in the cooker and exhausting air is installed in the fifth mounting hole 225; the regulating valve assembly comprises a regulating valve knob 06, a rotating shaft 07, a second spring 08, a valve core 09, a leakage-proof rubber ring 10, a regulating valve shell 11, a regulating lower valve 12, a regulating valve sealing ring 13 and a slag-isolating nut 14; the lower end of the lower adjusting valve 12 is provided with a threaded column 121, the threaded column 121 is hollow to form an air outlet hole 122, and the air outlet hole 122 is communicated with the upper side and the lower side of the lower adjusting valve 12; the threaded column 121 of the lower regulating valve 12 sequentially passes through the fifth mounting hole 225 and the regulating valve sealing ring 13 and then is locked on the pressure cover 22 by the slag-isolating nut 14, the slag-isolating nut 14 is provided with an air hole 141, the upper side of the air hole 141 is communicated with the air outlet 122, and the lower side of the air hole is communicated with the pot; the adjusting valve turn knob 06 is a cylindrical structure with an opening at the lower side and a cavity, the lower side in the cylinder is provided with a special-shaped column 061, the inner side wall of the cylinder is provided with a convex clamping position 062, the exterior of the cylindrical structure is provided with a shifting handle 063, the top side of the adjusting valve turn knob 06 is provided with a third anti-skidding line 064, and the third anti-skidding line 064 is formed by a plurality of grooves which are uniformly arranged in parallel in a vertical and horizontal direction; a through hole 071 is arranged in the rotating shaft 07, the through hole 071 penetrates through the rotating shaft 07 from top to bottom, the lower part of the rotating shaft 07 extends towards the through hole 071 to form a first inverted buckle 072, and a first spiral line 073 spirally arranged from top to bottom is arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft 07; a special-shaped hole 074 is formed in the upper portion of the through hole 071, and the shape of the special-shaped hole 074 is matched with the shape of the special-shaped column 061; the valve core 09 comprises a valve core body 091 positioned at the upper side, a second guide post 092 fixed on the valve core body 091, a second reverse buckle 093 arranged at the upper part of the second guide post 092, and a valve core bottom end 094 positioned at the lower side; the second guiding post 092 of the valve core 09 is inserted into the through hole 071 and slides along the through hole, and when the valve core slides down to the lower limit, the first reverse buckle 072 buckles the second reverse buckle 093; the upper part of the regulating valve shell 11 is a hollow guide cylinder 111, the lower end of the guide cylinder 111 extends inwards to form a third inverted buckle 112, and the guide cylinder 111 is communicated with the lower space of the regulating valve shell 11 through a hole formed by the third inverted buckle 112; a third air vent 113 is arranged on the side wall of the lower space of the regulating valve shell 11, an air flow channel is formed between the regulating valve shell 11 and the regulating lower valve 12, and the third air vent 113 communicates the air flow channel with the outside of the pot; a second spiral line 114 which is spirally arranged from top to bottom is formed in the inner wall of the guide cylinder 111, and the second spiral line 114 is matched with the first spiral line 073; a pair of first positioning clamping grooves are respectively formed in the peripheries of a group of opposite sides of the guide cylinder 111 on the lower side of the inner wall of the guide cylinder 111, and each first positioning clamping groove comprises a first vertical guide groove 115 and a first transverse guide groove 116 connected with the first vertical guide groove 115; a pair of positioning clamping positions 117 are respectively arranged on a group of opposite side walls of the inner wall of the lower space of the regulating valve shell 11; a pair of second positioning clamping grooves are respectively formed in one group of opposite sides of the lower adjusting valve 12, each second positioning clamping groove comprises a second vertical guide groove 123 and a second transverse guide groove 124 connected with the second vertical guide groove, a clamping hook capable of preventing the positioning clamping position 117 from easily withdrawing is arranged at the intersection of the upper side wall of the second transverse guide groove 124 and the second vertical guide groove 123, and the positioning clamping position 117 can be unscrewed in a downward pressing state and can be separated from the constraint of the clamping hook; after the positioning clamp 117 of the regulating valve housing 11 is aligned with the second vertical guide groove 123 and pressed downwards to the second transverse guide groove 124, the regulating valve housing 11 is rotated to clamp the positioning clamp 117 into the inner side of the second transverse guide groove 124, so that the regulating valve housing 11 and the regulating lower valve 12 can be clamped tightly; an annular protrusion 095 is formed between the valve core body 091 and the valve core bottom end 094, the second spring 08 is sleeved on the periphery of the valve core body 091, the upper end of the second spring pushes against the bottom of the first spiral wire 073 along with the movement of the valve core 09, the lower end of the second spring pushes against the annular protrusion 095 of the valve core 09, and the valve core bottom end 094 penetrates through a hole formed by the third reverse buckle 112 from top to bottom and then closes or opens the air outlet hole 122 along with the up-and-down movement of the valve core 09; an annular groove 096 is formed in the periphery of the valve body on the upper side of the bottom end 094 of the valve core, the leakage-proof rubber ring 10 is sleeved in the annular groove 096, and the upper side face of the leakage-proof rubber ring 10 pushes against the lower side face of the third reverse buckle 112 along with the upward movement of the valve core 09 to the limit position; The regulating valve shell 11 is detachably arranged on the regulating lower valve 12, so that the disassembling and assembling functions can be realized, and flushing and cleaning can be performed; according to the cooking of different food materials, the size of pressure release is controlled through the rotation degree of adjusting the valve knob 06 to the valve core 09 component, or the pressure maintaining function is realized by the closed pressure cooker, and the third exhaust hole 113, the air flow channel and the air outlet 122 form an exhaust channel to realize the pressure release function. The shifting handle 063 of the regulating valve knob 06 can facilitate the shifting of the user, thereby regulating the regulating valve component and performing auxiliary pressure relief or pressure maintaining on the pressure in the cooker; and friction with hands can be increased due to the arrangement of the third anti-skidding threads 064. The first inverted buckle 072 and the second inverted buckle 093 are matched to prevent the second guiding column 092 from falling off. The through hole 071 provides a guide for the second guiding pillar 092, and the second spring 08 provides an elastic force for the valve core 09, and moves toward the air outlet 122 against the valve core 09, so that the valve core 09 forms a pressurized air valve function. First helix 073 and second helix 114's cooperation for rotation axis 07 realizes elevating function along the 111 inner wall spirals of guide cylinder, and two helices close soon, can make the governing valve subassembly have electrodeless fine setting function, and in certain speed range, can be continuous, arbitrary make very little adjustment, make the product have more humanized culinary art and control. The cooperation of the detent position 117 and the second detent position allows the adjusting valve housing 11 to be detachably snapped onto the lower adjusting valve 12, and the threaded post 121 of the lower adjusting valve 12 is used to fix the lower adjusting valve 12 on the pressure cover 22. The special-shaped column 061 is matched with the special-shaped hole 074, the rotating shaft 07 can be driven by the adjusting valve turn knob 06 to rotate along the guide cylinder 111 to realize lifting, the projection clamping position 062 is matched with the first positioning clamping groove to realize the detachable installation of the adjusting valve turn knob 06, and the projection clamping position 062 slides along the first transverse guide groove 116 to realize the rotating function of the adjusting valve turn knob 06. The third reverse buckle 112 limits the moving range of the valve core 09 to prevent the valve core 09 from falling off, and the arrangement of the leakproof seal ring can prevent water vapor from leaking to the valve core 09 and the guide cylinder 111 to ensure the sanitation of the interior of the regulating valve shell 11. In this embodiment, the upper sidewall of the first transverse guiding groove 116 is provided with a corrugated concave-convex structure, which is beneficial to positioning and clamping the protruding clamping position 062.
In this embodiment, the upper side of the lower regulating valve 12 around the air outlet 122 protrudes upward to form an air outlet 122 arc surface, and the bottom end 094 of the valve core 09 forms an arc convex surface matched and attached to the air outlet 122 arc surface. The circular arc convex surface is beneficial to sealing the air outlet 122 by the bottom end 094 of the valve core, and has good sealing effect.
