Detailed Description
At least the following matters will become clear from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
An absorbent article having a vertical direction and a horizontal direction intersecting each other, the absorbent article having an absorbent core including an absorbent polymer, wherein the absorbent core includes a first core layer and a second core layer laminated in a thickness direction of the absorbent core, the absorbent core has an overlapped region where the first core layer and the second core layer overlap and a non-overlapped region where the first core layer and the second core layer do not overlap when viewed from a skin side in the thickness direction, the absorbent core is provided with a compressed portion having a density of the absorbent core higher than a density of the absorbent core around the compressed portion, a depth of the compressed portion in the overlapped region is deeper than a depth of the compressed portion in the non-overlapped region, and the second core layer is located on the skin side of the first core layer, the compressed portions are compressed in a linear shape, and when viewed from the skin side in the thickness direction, the linear compressed portions formed in the non-overlapping region of the first core layer form a lattice pattern, and the linear compressed portions formed in the second core layer form a lattice pattern.
According to such an absorbent article, the absorbent core is divided into the overlapped region (two layer portions) and the non-overlapped region (one layer portion), and the compressed portion of the overlapped region is made deeper than the compressed portion of the non-overlapped region, so that the absorbent core is less likely to swell even if the absorbent polymer absorbs urination or the like in the overlapped region, and therefore, an increase in thickness of the absorbent main body can be suppressed, and a feeling of discomfort at the time of wearing can be suppressed.
Further, by compressing the compressed portions in a linear shape, the linear compressed portions formed in the non-overlapping region of the first core layer form a lattice pattern and the linear compressed portions formed in the second core layer form a lattice pattern when viewed from the skin side in the thickness direction, and distortion of the absorbent core can be effectively suppressed (Japanese: よれ).
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the first core layer and the second core layer each have an absorbent polymer, the second core layer is provided on the skin side of the first core layer, and a ratio of the weight of the absorbent polymer 5 of the first core layer to the total weight thereof is larger than a ratio of the weight of the absorbent polymer of the second core layer to the total weight thereof.
According to such an absorbent article, as compared with the case where the ratio of the absorbent polymer of the second core layer is larger than the ratio of the absorbent polymer of the first core layer, gel blocking due to gelation of the layer of the absorbent core on the skin side can be suppressed, and excretory fluid and the like can be held in a large amount in the layer of the absorbent core on the non-skin side (rewet can be suppressed).
In the absorbent article, the surface of the absorbent core is preferably covered with a core wrap sheet having an elongation of 115% or more and less than 120%.
According to such an absorbent article, the compressed portion is more easily formed than when the elongation of the core wrap is not 115% or more and less than 120%, and the core wrap can be prevented from being damaged by compression.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that a back-side elastic member is provided on the back side of the absorbent article, the back-side elastic member being located at a position lower than both ends in the left-right direction in the center in the left-right direction, and the absorbent article has a portion where the back-side elastic member overlaps the overlapping region when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, although the portion of the absorbent core that overlaps the back-side elastic member is likely to be distorted by contraction of the back-side elastic member, since the compressed portion of the overlapping region is deep and the stiffness is increased, distortion can be suppressed.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the absorbent core has a narrowed region in which both end portions in the left-right direction are recessed inward in the left-right direction, the overlapping region is provided at least in part of the narrowed region, and the absorbent article has a portion of the narrowed region where the overlapping region overlaps with the back-side elastic member when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the narrowed region is easily deformed by the movement of the wearer and the narrowed region overlaps with the back-side elastic member, and therefore the back-side elastic member is easily twisted by contraction of the back-side elastic member, but since the overlapping region of the narrowed region overlaps in the thickness direction, the compressed portion of the overlapping region is deep and the rigidity is increased, and therefore the twisting of the narrowed region, which is easily twisted, can be suppressed.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the abdomen-side elastic member is provided on the abdomen side of the absorbent article, the center in the left-right direction being located lower than both ends in the left-right direction, and the absorbent article has a portion where the abdomen-side elastic member overlaps the overlapping region when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, although the portion of the absorbent core that overlaps the abdominal-side elastic member is likely to be distorted by contraction of the abdominal-side elastic member, distortion can be suppressed because the compressed portion of the overlapping region is deep and the stiffness is increased.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the absorbent core has a narrowed region in which both end portions in the left-right direction are recessed inward in the left-right direction, the overlapping region is provided at least in part of the narrowed region, and the absorbent article has a portion of the narrowed region where the overlapping region overlaps with the abdominal-side elastic member when viewed in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, although the narrowed region is easily deformed by the movement of the wearer and the narrowed region overlaps with the abdominal-side elastic member, the abdominal-side elastic member is easily twisted by contraction of the abdominal-side elastic member, the overlapping region of the narrowed region overlaps in the thickness direction, and the compressed portion of the overlapping region is deep, and the rigidity is increased, so that the twisting of the narrowed region, which is easily twisted, can be suppressed.
The absorbent article preferably has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other in an unfolded and extended state, and the absorbent article has an absorbent body including the absorbent core and a pair of leakage preventing walls provided at both ends of the absorbent body in the width direction along the longitudinal direction, the pair of leakage preventing walls is fixed to the absorbent body by a one-side end fixing portion provided at one side of the longitudinal direction and another-side end fixing portion provided at the other side of the longitudinal direction, and at least a part of the overlapping region is provided between the one-side end fixing portion and the other-side end fixing portion in the longitudinal direction.
According to such an absorbent article, since the contraction of the absorbent body due to the contraction of the elastic threads of the leakage preventing walls can be suppressed by increasing the rigidity of the absorbent body at the portion between the one-side end fixing portion and the other-side end fixing portion, the leakage preventing walls easily rise, and the height of the leakage preventing walls is easily ensured.
In the absorbent article, the compressed portions in the second core layer in the entire linear shape formed in the second core layer preferably reach the outer edge of the second core layer.
According to such an absorbent article, twisting of the absorbent core can be more effectively suppressed.
In the absorbent article, the compressed portions in the first core layer in all linear shapes formed in the first core layer preferably reach the outer edge of the first core layer.
According to such an absorbent article, twisting of the absorbent core can be more effectively suppressed.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that the non-overlapping region has the first core layer without the second core layer, and a depth of the compressed portion in a region adjacent to an outer edge of the first core layer from an inner side is deeper in the first core layer than a depth of the compressed portion in a region adjacent to an outer edge of the second core layer from an outer side.
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings
In the present embodiment, a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (corresponding to an absorbent article, hereinafter also referred to as "diaper 1") will be described as an absorbent article. Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a diaper 1 viewed from the ventral side, and fig. 2(a) and 2(b) are schematic plan views and schematic a-a sectional views of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and extended state.
The "stretched state" in fig. 2(a) and 2(b) means a state in which the product (diaper 1) is stretched to have no wrinkles, specifically, a state in which the product is stretched to a length at which the dimensions of each member (for example, an exterior body 10 described later) constituting the diaper 1 match or are close to the dimensions of the member alone. The non-stretched state, in which each elastic body naturally contracts to cause wrinkles and the like in each member, is referred to as a "natural state".
The diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction as three directions intersecting each other in the pants-type state of fig. 1. Hereinafter, the one side and the other side in the vertical direction in the pants-type state are also referred to as "waist side" and "crotch side", respectively, and the front side and the rear side in the front-rear direction are also referred to as "abdomen side" and "back side", respectively.
On the other hand, in the developed and extended state of fig. 2(a) and 2(b), the diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction (corresponding to the thickness direction of the absorbent core 21 described later) as three directions intersecting each other. Hereinafter, the one side and the other side in the longitudinal direction in the expanded state are also referred to as "ventral side" and "dorsal side", respectively. The width direction in the developed state is the same direction as the left-right direction in the pants-type state. Therefore, the width direction is hereinafter also referred to as "the left-right direction". The longitudinal direction in the developed state is a direction along the vertical direction in the pants-type state. The side in the thickness direction that contacts the skin of the wearer is referred to as the "skin side", and the opposite side is referred to as the "non-skin side".
The diaper 1 includes an outer package 10 and an absorbent main body 20 having a rectangular shape in plan view and positioned on the skin side of the outer package 10. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2(a) and 2(b), the exterior body 10 includes an abdominal-side waistline member 30 and a back-side waistline member 40. The abdominal-side waist member 30 is a portion positioned on the abdominal side of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn, and is positioned on the abdominal side (front side) with respect to the center position CL in the longitudinal direction (hereinafter also referred to as the crotch line CL) in fig. 2(a) and 2 (b). The back-side waist member 40 is a portion positioned on the back side of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn, and is positioned on the back side (rear side) of the center position CL in the longitudinal direction in fig. 2(a) and 2 (b). That is, the diaper 1 has a crotch line CL extending in the left-right direction at the lower end in the up-down direction, and the diaper 1 is folded back to the front side and the back side by the crotch line CL.
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2(a) and 2(b), the abdominal-side waist member 30 and the back-side waist member 40 are integrally formed, but the abdominal-side waist member 30 and the back-side waist member 40 may be separate members. For example, a crotch portion (not shown) positioned in the crotch portion of the wearer may be provided in the vicinity of a longitudinal center position CL between the abdominal-side waistline member 30 and the back-side waistline member 40, and the exterior body 10 may be configured by the abdominal-side waistline member 30, the back-side waistline member 40, and the crotch portion.
The pants-type diaper 1 shown in fig. 1 is formed as follows. First, the exterior body 10 and the absorbent body 20 are folded in two with the center position CL in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) thereof as the folded position from the unfolded state of fig. 2(a) and 2 (b). Then, the abdomen-side waistline member 30 and the back-side waistline member 40 facing each other in this folded-in-half state are joined at both ends in the left-right direction by a pair of waistline joining portions 14 formed by joining means such as welding.
That is, the diaper 1 includes the abdominal-side waist member 30 and the back-side waist member 40, and includes a pair of waist joint portions 14 at both ends in the left-right direction, which join the abdominal-side waist member 30 and the back-side waist member 40 to each other in the up-down direction. In addition, the abdominal-side waistline member 30 and the back-side waistline member 40 are connected in a loop shape, and the diaper 1 in a pants-type state in which the waistline opening BH and the pair of leg-surrounding openings LH are formed is shown in fig. 1.
< relation to the outer package 10 >
The outer cover 10 is a part constituting the outer cover of the diaper 1, and includes a skin-side sheet 10a and a non-skin-side sheet 10b provided on the non-skin side of the skin-side sheet 10 a. The skin-side sheet 10a and the non-skin-side sheet 10b are flexible sheet-like members that are joined to each other in a superposed manner in the thickness direction, and are formed of, for example, spunbond nonwoven fabric or the like.
An elastic member that is stretched at a predetermined stretching ratio is provided between the skin side sheet 10a and the non-skin side sheet 10b in the thickness direction. In the present embodiment, the waistline elastic member 11 linearly extending in the left-right direction is provided, the abdomen-side elastic member 12 having the center 12C in the left-right direction positioned below both ends 12S in the left-right direction is provided on the abdomen-side (abdomen-side waistline member 30) of the diaper 1, and the back-side elastic member 13 having the center 13C in the left-right direction positioned below both ends 13S in the left-right direction is provided on the back-side (back-side waistline member 40) of the diaper 1. The hip elastic member 11, the abdomen-side elastic member 12, and the back-side elastic member 13 are continuously provided from one end side to the other end side in the left-right direction.
< with respect to the absorbent body 20 >
Fig. 3 is a schematic plan view of the absorbent body 20, fig. 4 is a schematic B-B sectional view of the absorbent body 20 shown in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a schematic C-C sectional view of the absorbent body 20 shown in fig. 3. The absorbent main body 20 has a function of absorbing excrement such as urine, and is substantially rectangular in plan view, and as shown in fig. 2(a) and 2(b), is disposed at the center in the lateral direction with its longitudinal direction extending along the vertical direction of the diaper 1. The absorbent main body 20 is provided with an absorbent core 21 having liquid absorption properties, a core wrap sheet 22 covering the outer peripheral surface of the core 21, a top sheet 23, a back sheet 24, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 25 (corresponding to a pair of leakage preventing walls), and a compressed portion 26.
The absorbent core 21 is formed by molding liquid-absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers into a predetermined shape, and an absorbent polymer (so-called SAP) or the like is mixed therein. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the absorbent core 21 is formed in a two-layer configuration including a first core layer 21a and a second core layer 21b laminated in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 21, and the absorbent core 21 has an overlapping region (a region surrounded by the boundary BL of fig. 3) where the first core layer 21a overlaps the second core layer 21b and a non-overlapping region where the first core layer 21a does not overlap the second core layer 21b when viewed from the skin side in the thickness direction.
The second core layer 21b is located closer to the skin than the first core layer 21a, the first core layer 21a and the second core layer 21b each have an absorbent polymer, and the ratio of the weight of the absorbent polymer in the first core layer 21a to the total weight thereof is larger than the ratio of the weight of the absorbent polymer in the second core layer 21b to the total weight thereof. In this case, as compared with the case where the ratio of the absorbent polymer in the second core layer 21b is larger than the ratio of the absorbent polymer in the first core layer 21a, gel retardation due to gelation in the layer of the absorbent core 21 (second core layer 21b) on the skin side can be suppressed, and excretory fluid and the like can be held in a large amount in the layer of the absorbent core 21 (first core layer 21a) on the non-skin side (rewet can be suppressed). The first core layer 21a and the second core layer 21b have substantially the same thickness.
Upper ends (21bm, 21bu) of the second core layer 21b in the vertical direction are provided below upper ends (21am, 21au) of the first core layer 21 a. That is, the second core layer 21b is positioned closer to the skin side than the first core layer 21a, and the upper ends (21bm, 21bu) of the second core layer 21b are positioned lower than the upper ends (21am, 21au) of the first core layer 21a in the vertical direction. The comparison of the vertical positions of the upper ends is performed between the upper ends of the abdomen side and between the upper ends of the back side (that is, the vertical position of the upper end 21bm of the abdomen side and the vertical position of the upper end 21au of the back side, for example, are not compared).
In this case, since the portion where the second core layer 21b is not present exists at the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the first core layer 21a, the thickness of the portion becomes thin, and the fitting property between the abdomen and the buttocks when worn can be improved.
Further, the one ends (21br, 21bl) in the left-right direction of the second core layer 21b are provided at positions inward of the one ends (21ar, 21al) of the first core layer 21 a. That is, the second core layer 21b is positioned closer to the skin side than the first core layer 21a, and one ends (21br, 21bl) of the second core layer 21b are positioned inward of one ends (21ar, 21al) of the first core layer 21a in the left-right direction. The comparison of the left-right position of the one end is performed between the left one ends and between the right one ends (that is, the left-right position of the right one end 21br and the left one end 21al, for example, are not compared).
In this way, since there is a portion where the second core layer 21b is not present at the end portion in the width direction of the first core layer 21a, the thickness of this portion becomes thin, and the adhesiveness of the leg hole LH when worn can be improved.
The absorbent core 21 (first core layer 21a) has a narrowed region (a narrowed line L shown in fig. 3) in which both ends in the width direction are recessed inward in the width directionCThe region on the inner side in the left-right direction). In addition, an overlapping region is provided at least partially in the narrowed region.
The core wrap sheet 22 is a liquid-permeable sheet member covering the outer surface of the absorbent core 21, and may be made of tissue paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like. That is, the surface of the absorbent core 21 is covered with the core wrap sheet 22. The core wrap 22 has an elongation of 115% or more and less than 120%. The elongation as used herein means a tensile elongation based on "JIS L1913: 2010 general nonwoven fabric test method "test items described in: elongation test method and elongation measured.
In this case, as compared with the case where the elongation of the core wrap sheet 22 is less than 115%, breakage such as breakage of the core wrap sheet 22 when the core wrap sheet 22 is compressed together with the absorbent core 21 can be suppressed. The absorbent core 21 of the present embodiment has a single-layer portion and a double-layer portion, and the compression depths are different between the two-layer portion and the single-layer portion, and therefore, by setting the elongation of the core-covering sheet 22 to 115% or more, it is possible to suppress breakage of the double-layer portion in particular. Further, as compared with the case where the elongation of the core wrap 22 is 120% or more, it is possible to suppress the difficulty in adding compression at the time of compression, and it is possible to easily form the compressed portion.
The top sheet 23 is a liquid-permeable sheet member, and is disposed on the skin-side surface in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 21 (core wrap 22) and contacts the skin of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn. The top sheet 23 of the present embodiment is formed of, for example, a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like.
The back film 24 is formed of a two-layer structure including a liquid-impermeable and moisture-permeable liquid-impermeable sheet 24a disposed on the non-skin side in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 21 (core wrap sheet 22) and a liquid-permeable sheet 24b disposed on the skin side of the liquid-impermeable sheet 24 a. As the liquid-impermeable sheet 24a, for example, a resin film such as a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film is used, and as the liquid-permeable sheet 24b, for example, a nonwoven fabric having flexibility is used. The top sheet 23 and the back sheet 24 are both sized to cover the entire absorbent core 21.
As shown in fig. 5, the liquid-permeable sheet 24b in the back sheet 24 has extension portions 25d extending outward in the width direction from both ends of the top sheet 23. The protruding portion 25d is bent toward the skin side in the thickness direction at both ends in the width direction with the fulcrum 25c as a bending start point, and is folded back toward the non-skin side at the apex 25e located on the skin side of the top sheet 23, thereby forming the three-dimensional gather 25. The three-dimensional gather elastic member 25f such as elastic threads extending in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20 is disposed at the apexes 25e of the three-dimensional gathers 25 in an extended state in the longitudinal direction, and when the diaper 1 is worn, the apexes 25e are raised toward the skin of the wearer by the stretchability exhibited by the three-dimensional gather elastic member 25 f. Thus, the three-dimensional gathers 50 function as a leakage preventing wall for suppressing side leakage of excretory fluid or the like.
Therefore, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 25 are provided at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 along the longitudinal direction. The pair of three-dimensional gathers 25 are fixed to the absorbent main body 20 with an adhesive 25g shown in fig. 5 in the range of the abdomen-side fixing portion 25a and the back-side fixing portion 25b shown in fig. 3 and 4. That is, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 25 are fixed to the absorbent main body 20 by the abdomen-side fixing portion 25a (corresponding to the one-side end fixing portion) provided on one side in the longitudinal direction and the back-side fixing portion 25b (corresponding to the other-side end fixing portion) provided on the other side in the longitudinal direction.
The compressed portion 26 is provided in the absorbent core 21, is a region in which the density of the absorbent core 21 is higher than the density of the absorbent core 21 around the compressed portion, and is provided by embossing or the like. The compressed portions 26 are compressed into a linear shape at least a part of which is continuous, and the linear compressed portions 26 form a lattice pattern when viewed from the thickness direction (the lattice pattern of the absorbent core 21 shown in fig. 2(a) and 2(b) and 3). More specifically, when viewed from the skin side in the thickness direction, the linear compressed portions formed in the non-overlapping region of the first core layer 21a form a lattice pattern, and the linear compressed portions formed in the second core layer 21b also form a lattice pattern. By forming the compression portions 26 in a lattice pattern, twisting of the absorbent core 21 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction can be suppressed. In the present embodiment, the linear compressing sections 26 are provided continuously from one end to the other end of the absorbent core 21 in the lateral direction and the vertical direction.
At least part of the compressed portions 26 in the lattice pattern is continuous across the boundary BL between the overlapping region and the non-overlapping region. In this case, the step between the overlapping region and the non-overlapping region can be reduced, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be suppressed.
Further, it is preferable that the non-overlapping region does not have the second core layer 21b but has the first core layer 21a, and in the first core layer 21a, the depth of the compressed portion 26 in a region adjacent to the outer edge of the first core layer 21a from the inside is deeper than the depth of the compressed portion 26 in a region adjacent to the outer edge of the second core layer 21b from the outside.
Fig. 6(a) and 6(b) are an enlarged plan view and an enlarged sectional view of the compression portion 26, fig. 6(a) on the left of fig. 6 is an enlarged schematic plan view of D shown in fig. 3, and fig. 6(b) on the right of fig. 6 is a schematic sectional view of E-E of fig. 6(a) on the left of fig. 6. When the right part of fig. 6(b) of fig. 6 is viewed, the depth (dimension in the thickness direction) of the compressed portion 26 differs between the overlapping region on the lower side of the boundary BL and the non-overlapping region on the upper side. That is, the depth Da of the compression portion 26 in the overlapping region is deeper than the depth Db of the compression portion 26 in the non-overlapping region.
Conventionally, there has been a problem that a diaper or the like having an absorbent core of a two-layer structure is apt to feel uncomfortable feeling when worn because of an increase in thickness of an absorbent main body. Further, when the absorbent core swells due to urination or the like, the absorbent body becomes thicker, and the wearer feels a sense of discomfort more easily.
Further, when the absorbent core swells, the thickness of the absorbent main body exceeds the rising height of the three-dimensional gathers, and leakage (side leakage) from the three-dimensional gathers and the like is likely to occur. Further, if the absorbent core is made thin in order to suppress swelling of the absorbent core, there is a problem that the absorption power is reduced.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, the absorbent core 21 is divided into the overlapped region (two-layer portion) and the non-overlapped region (one-layer portion) to define the thickened portion, and the compressed portion 26 of the overlapped region is deeper than the compressed portion 26 of the non-overlapped region to reduce the thickness of the thickened portion, so that the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be suppressed. Further, since the compressed part 26 in the overlapping region is deep, the absorbent core 21 is less likely to swell even if the absorbent polymer absorbs urination or the like, and therefore, an increase in thickness of the absorbent main body 20 can be suppressed, and a feeling of discomfort during wearing can be suppressed.
Further, since the compressed portion 26 of the overlapping region is deep, the overlapping region (absorbent main body 20) can be suppressed from becoming thick, and leakage from the three-dimensional gathers 25 and the like can be suppressed. Further, the reduction in the absorption force due to the suppression of the expansion of the absorbent main body 20 can be reduced by the compression portion 26 of the lower layer (first core layer 21 a). That is, since the density of the absorbent core 21 in the compression section 26 is higher than the density of the absorbent core 21 around the compression section 26, the liquid absorption properties (absorption speed, etc.) are improved compared with the surrounding areas. In this case, since urination or the like is more rapidly diffused along the compressed portions 26 over the entire absorbent core 21 than in the case where the compressed portions 26 are not provided, the decrease in the absorption capacity can be suppressed by the improvement in the liquid diffusibility (absorption by the entire absorbent core).
The comparison of the depth of the compressed part 26 is performed by comparing the average depth of the compressed part 26. Therefore, if the entire compressed portion 26 can be observed and determined from its appearance, the determination can be made by visual recognition (for example, a portion that can be more clearly seen as a whole is determined to be deep). More precisely, when comparing the depths of the compression unit 26, for example, a plurality of images obtained by imaging a cross section of the compression unit 26 (a cross section such as an E-E cross-sectional schematic diagram shown in fig. 6(a) and 6 (b)) are used for comparison.
< packaging for diapers 1 >
The packaging of the diaper 1 is explained next. The diaper 1 of the present embodiment is packaged in a folded state. Fig. 7(a) and 7(b) are views for explaining the folded state when the diaper 1 is packaged, and fig. 7(a) shows the state before folding in the left side of fig. 7, and fig. 7(b) shows the state after folding in the right side of fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 7(a) and 7(b), the diaper 1 is packaged as follows: the left side portion of the left bending line OL1 is folded back to the right side with the left bending line OL1 as a fold, the right side portion of the right bending line OL2 is folded back to the left side with the right bending line OL2 as a fold, and the upper portion of the folding line OL3 is folded back to the lower side with the folding line OL3 as a fold. That is, the diaper 1 has a folding line OL3 extending in the left-right direction which becomes a fold line when the diaper 1 is folded in the up-down direction when packaged. The packaging is performed in a state of being folded in the longitudinal direction with the folding line OL3 along the width direction as a fold.
< configuration of overlapping area and its effect >
Next, the positional relationship (arrangement) between the position of the overlapping region of the absorbent core 22 and other members will be described. Specifically, the overlapping and non-overlapping of the narrowed region, the three-dimensional gather 25, the crotch fold line CL, the waistline joint portion 14, the abdominal-side elastic member 12, the back-side elastic member 13, the fold line OL3, and the overlapping region when viewed in the thickness direction will be described.
When the narrowed region and the overlapped region are viewed from the thickness direction, there are portions overlapping each other as shown in fig. 3. That is, at least part of the overlapping region overlaps with the narrowed region when viewed from the thickness direction.
In this case, since the narrowed region is easily deformed by the movement of the wearer, the stiffness of the narrowed region can be increased by providing the overlapping region in the narrowed region, and the deformation of the narrowed region can be suppressed.
The positional relationship between the three-dimensional gathers 25 and the overlapping region is as shown in fig. 3, and the overlapping region is located between the abdomen-side fixing portion 25a and the back-side fixing portion 25b in the longitudinal direction. That is, at least a part of the overlapping region is provided in the longitudinal direction between the abdomen-side fixing portion 25a and the back-side fixing portion 25 b.
In this way, by increasing the rigidity of the absorbent main body 20 at the portion between the abdomen-side fixing portion 25a and the back-side fixing portion 25b, the contraction of the absorbent main body 20 due to the contraction of the three-dimensional gather elastic member 25f of the three-dimensional gather 25 in the longitudinal direction can be suppressed, and therefore the three-dimensional gather 25 is easily raised, and the height of the three-dimensional gather 25 is easily secured.
When the crotch line CL and the overlapping region are viewed in the thickness direction, there are portions overlapping each other as shown in fig. 3. That is, when viewed in the thickness direction, there is a portion where the crotch fold line CL overlaps the overlapping region.
In this case, since the compressed portion 26 of the fold line of the crotch fold line CL is deep and has high rigidity, distortion of the fold line of the crotch fold line CL, which is likely to be distorted, can be suppressed.
As shown in fig. 2(a) and 2(b), the lap joint portion 14 and the overlapping region are positioned so that the overlapping region is provided at a portion below the lower end 14b of the lap joint portion 14. That is, the overlapping region is provided at least partially at a position below the lower ends 14b of the pair of waistline joint sections 14 in the vertical direction of the absorbent core 21.
In this way, since the crotch portion (the portion below the lower end 14b of the waistline joint portion 14) in which excrement or the like is excreted when the wearer wears the diaper is provided with the overlapping region, excrement or the like can be efficiently (directly) absorbed by the two-layer portion.
When the ventral elastic member 12 and the overlapping region are viewed in the thickness direction, there are portions overlapping each other as shown in fig. 2(a) and 2 (b). That is, there is a portion where the ventral elastic member 12 overlaps with the overlapping region when viewed in the thickness direction.
In this case, although the portion of the absorbent core 21 that overlaps the abdominal-side elastic member 12 is likely to be distorted by contraction of the abdominal-side elastic member 12, the compression portion 26 in the overlapping region is deep and the stiffness is increased, so that distortion can be suppressed.
When the overlap region between the abdominal-side elastic member 12 and the narrowed region is viewed in the thickness direction, there are portions overlapping each other as shown in fig. 2(a) and 2 (b). That is, there is a portion where the overlapping region in the narrowed region overlaps with the abdominal-side elastic member 12 as viewed in the thickness direction.
In this case, the narrowed region is easily deformed by the movement of the wearer and the narrowed region overlaps with the abdominal-side elastic member 12, and therefore the abdominal-side elastic member 12 is easily distorted by contraction, but when the overlapping regions of the narrowed regions overlap in the thickness direction, the compressed portion of the overlapping region is deep and the rigidity is increased, and therefore distortion of the narrowed region which is easily distorted can be suppressed.
When the back-side elastic member 13 and the overlapping region are viewed from the thickness direction, there are portions that overlap each other as shown in fig. 2(a) and 2 (b). That is, there is a portion where the back-side elastic member 13 overlaps with the overlapping region when viewed in the thickness direction.
In this case, although the portion of the absorbent core 21 that overlaps the back-side elastic member 13 is likely to be distorted by contraction of the back-side elastic member 13, since the compressed portion 26 in the overlapping region is deep and the stiffness is increased, distortion can be suppressed.
Further, when the overlapping region of the back-side elastic member 13 and the narrowed region is viewed from the thickness direction, there are portions overlapping each other as shown in fig. 2(a) and 2 (b). That is, there is a portion where the overlapping region in the narrowed region overlaps with the back-side elastic member 13 when viewed in the thickness direction.
In this case, the narrowed region is easily deformed by the movement of the wearer and the narrowed region overlaps with the back-side elastic member 13, and therefore, the back-side elastic member 13 is easily distorted by contraction, but when the overlapping regions of the narrowed region overlap in the thickness direction, the compressed portion of the overlapping region is deep, and the rigidity is increased, so that distortion of the narrowed region, which is easily distorted, can be suppressed.
When the folding line OL3 and the overlapping area are viewed from the thickness direction, there is a portion where the folding line OL3 and the overlapping area do not overlap each other and the folding line OL3 overlaps the non-overlapping area as shown in fig. 7(a) and 7 (b). That is, there is a portion where the folding line OL3 overlaps with the non-overlapping area when viewed in the thickness direction.
In this case, since the rigidity of the non-overlapping region is low, the diaper 1 is easily folded by the folding line OL3, and packaging is easily performed.
Other embodiments are also possible
The above-described embodiments are intended to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. It is needless to say that the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and equivalents thereof are included in the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the sizes of the first core layer 21a and the second core layer 21b in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction and the amounts of the absorbent polymers (functions of the core layers) are different from each other, and the thicknesses are the same, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the amount of the absorbent polymer may be varied, or the thickness of the first core layer 21a may be made thinner than that of the second core layer 21 b.
In the above embodiment, the linear compressed portions 26 are provided continuously from one end to the other end of the absorbent core 21 in the lateral direction and the vertical direction, and the linear compressed portions 26 are formed in a lattice shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the compressed portions 26 may be provided only in the overlapping region and the compressed portions 26 may not be provided in the non-overlapping region, discontinuous linear compressed portions provided with discontinuous portions may be provided, the linear compressed portions may be formed in a circular shape, or the circular compressed portions may be arranged so as to form a plurality of rows.
In the second core layer 21b, all the linear compressed portions 26 formed in the second core layer 21b preferably reach the outer edge of the second core layer 21b, and in the first core layer 21a, all the linear compressed portions 26 formed in the first core layer 21a preferably reach the outer edge of the first core layer 21 a. This can more effectively suppress the distortion of the absorbent core.
Further, although the pants-type disposable diaper is described in the above embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the present invention can be applied to a diaper.
