3. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 further comprising a pant body, said pant body comprising a front crotch portion and a back crotch portion, said water barrier having opposite ends connected to said front crotch portion and said back crotch portion, respectively.

The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 3 wherein said pant body further comprises a crotch portion, said crotch portion being connected at opposite ends to said front and rear crotch portions, respectively, said first surface of said water barrier layer being adjacent to said crotch portion.
5. The stain-resistant absorbent pad for pants as claimed in claim 3, wherein said pants body further comprises a crotch portion, both ends of said crotch portion are connected to said front crotch portion and said rear crotch portion, respectively, and said first surface of said water-repellent layer is disposed on said crotch portion.
6. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 further comprising a pant body, said pant body comprising a front crotch portion, a back crotch portion and a crotch portion, said first surface of said water barrier layer being disposed in said crotch portion and said back crotch portion.
7. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 comprising a plurality of absorbent layers.
8. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 wherein said two securing structures are stitches.
