Technical Field

The utility model relates to an absorption pad, in particular to an antifouling absorption pad for trousers, which is used on the structure of the trousers body worn by women in the physiological period and prevents menstrual blood from leaking.

Background

The absorption pad is a structure for absorbing liquid, and is generally arranged at the bottom of the female trousers body for absorbing menstrual blood generated during the female menstrual period so as to prevent the menstrual blood from leaking to contaminate clothes or bed sheets.

The existing absorption pad is of a disposable structure, and needs to be discarded after being used, and because the existing absorption pad belongs to general garbage, cannot be naturally decomposed, and needs to be treated by burying incineration garbage or by an incinerator, further generating the risk of toxic substances such as dioxin, polychlorinated biphenyl and the like, causing serious pollution to the environment, the amount of garbage used for a long time can cause no small burden to the environment.

In order to reduce the increase of garbage, physiological pants with waterproof function are also designed in the market, or an absorption pad is arranged on the pants body, so that the pants body has the functions of blocking and absorbing menstrual blood. However, when the absorption pad is fixed on the pants body, the absorption pad and the pants body are fixed by a sewing thread in a general sewing or hand sewing manner, so that the conventional pants body structure has the functions of blocking and absorbing menstrual blood; however, after the absorbent pad is fixed in this way, since the suture is mostly cotton thread or other materials with water absorption function, when the absorbent pad absorbs menstrual blood, the suture connected between the absorbent pad and the pants body is easy to contact with the menstrual blood, so that the menstrual blood generates siphon phenomenon through the suture, and the menstrual blood which flows out and is absorbed by the absorbent pad flows back through the suture again to contaminate the human body, causing discomfort to the user; and if the amount of menstrual blood is large, the menstrual blood flowing back from the fixed structure through the siphon phenomenon may cause secondary leakage, so that the conventional trousers body structure cannot achieve the real leakage-proof function.

In addition, after the existing pants structure is worn for a long time, the suture line connected between the absorption pad and the pants body is easy to contact with the skin of a human body, and after the existing pants structure is contacted and rubbed for a long time, the human body is easy to feel uncomfortable, and the conditions of skin breaking or inflammation and the like can be caused seriously.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The utility model mainly aims to provide a stain-proof absorption pad for trousers, which is used for preventing the leakage of menstrual blood on the structure of a trousers body worn by a female in a menstrual period.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an antifouling absorbent pad for pants, which prevents the skin of a human body from rubbing against a sewing thread when worn, improves the wearing touch, and makes the wearing comfortable.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an anti-fouling absorbent pad for pants, which comprises a waterproof layer, at least one absorbent layer and two fixing structures.

The waterproof layer comprises a body and two reverse-folding parts, the body comprises a first surface and a second surface, the two reverse-folding parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the body, and the two reverse-folding parts respectively comprise a third surface and a fourth surface.

The at least one absorption layer comprises a first absorption surface and a second absorption surface, the at least one absorption layer is arranged on the body, the first absorption surface is arranged on the second surface of the waterproof layer, the third surfaces of the two reverse folding portions are arranged on the second absorption surface, and the at least one absorption layer is used for absorbing liquid.

The two fixing structures are respectively arranged on the two reverse folding parts and used for fixing the two reverse folding parts on at least one absorption layer.

In some embodiments, the two reverse folds further include a folded portion, each of the folded portions includes a fifth surface and a sixth surface, and the two fixing structures respectively pass through the fifth surface, the sixth surface, the fourth surface, the third surface, the second absorbing surface and the first absorbing surface sequentially.

In some embodiments, the stain-resistant absorbent pad for pants further comprises a pant body, wherein the pant body comprises a front crotch portion and a rear crotch portion, and two ends of the waterproof layer are respectively connected with the front crotch portion and the rear crotch portion.

In some embodiments, the pant body further comprises a crotch portion, two ends of the crotch portion are respectively connected to the front crotch portion and the rear crotch portion, and the first surface of the waterproof layer is adjacent to the crotch portion.

In some embodiments, the pant body further comprises a crotch portion, two ends of the crotch portion are respectively connected to the front crotch portion and the rear crotch portion, and the first surface of the waterproof layer is disposed on the crotch portion.

In some embodiments, the stain-resistant absorbent pad for pants further comprises a pant body including a front crotch portion, a rear crotch portion and a bottom crotch portion, wherein the first surface of the waterproof layer is disposed on the bottom crotch portion and the rear crotch portion.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings and the reference numerals so that those skilled in the art can implement the embodiments after reading the description.

Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a stain resistant absorbent pad for pants according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a stain resistant absorbent pad for pants according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides an anti-soil absorbent pad for pants, which comprises a waterproof layer 10, at least one absorbent layer 20 and two fixing structures 30.

The waterproof layer 10 includes a body 11 and two reverse-folded portions 12, the body 11 includes a first surface 111 and a second surface 112; the two inflected parts 12 are respectively arranged at two sides of the body 11, and each inflected part 12 comprises a third surface 121 and a fourth surface 122; specifically, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the body 11 is sheet-shaped, and the bottom surface and the top surface of the two sides of the body 11 are respectively defined as the first surface 111 and the second surface 112, the two inflected sections 12 are respectively disposed on the two sides of the body 11, and the two side surfaces of the two inflected sections 12 are respectively the third surface 121 and the fourth surface 122.

Specifically, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the at least one absorption layer 20 is sheet-shaped, and the bottom surface and the top surface of the at least one absorption layer 20 are respectively defined as the first absorption surface 21 and the second absorption surface 22, and the first absorption surface 21 of the at least one absorption layer 20 is disposed on the second surface 112 of the waterproof layer 10.

Referring to fig. 3, preferably, the at least one absorption layer 20 is rectangular, and an outer contour of the at least one absorption layer 20 is equal to or slightly smaller than an outer contour of the waterproof layer 10, so that two sides of the waterproof layer 10 can be respectively folded along two sides of the at least one absorption layer 20, and the third surfaces 121 of the two folded portions 12 are disposed on the second absorption surface 22 of the at least one absorption layer 20.

The first absorption surface 21 and the second absorption surface 22 of at least one absorption layer 20 can be used to absorb the liquid 90, however, the structure of the absorption layer 20 is not limited thereto, and only one absorption surface can be modified to have the function of absorbing the liquid 90 according to the requirement.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, the absorbent layer 20 is one sheet, however, the number of the absorbent layers 20 is not limited thereto, and may be increased as required, for example, a plurality of sheets of the absorbent layers 20 are provided on the waterproof layer 10 to increase the function of the liquid 90 absorbed by the antifouling absorbent pad for pants.

The two fixing structures 30 are respectively disposed on the two inflected sections 12 for fixing the two inflected sections 12 to the at least one absorbent layer 20. In the first embodiment of the present invention, the two fixing structures 30 are respectively sutures, and the sutures are used to fix the two inflected sections 12 and the at least one absorbent layer 20 by hand sewing or machine sewing.

Specifically, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the two fixing structures 30 pass through the fourth surface 122 of the two folded portions 12, the third surface 121 of the two folded portions 12, the second absorption surface 22 of the absorption layer 20, and the first absorption surface 21 of the absorption layer 20 in this order, respectively, thereby fixing the waterproof layer 10 and the absorption layer 20.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, the stain-resistant absorbent pad for pants further comprises a pants body 91, wherein the pants body 91 comprises a front crotch portion 92, a rear crotch portion 93 and a bottom crotch portion 94; the crotch portion 94 is connected at both ends thereof to the front crotch portion 92 and the rear crotch portion 93, the waterproof layer 10 is disposed on the crotch portion 94, and the first surface 111 of the body 11 of the waterproof layer 10 is fixed to the crotch portion 94; thereby, when the trousers body 91 is worn, the second absorption surface 22 of the absorption layer 20 can absorb the liquid 90; in the first embodiment of the present invention, the liquid 90 is menstrual blood, however, the absorbed liquid 90 is not limited thereto.

Specifically, the first surface 111 of the body 11 of the waterproof layer 10 may be connected to the crotch portion 94 of the pants body 91 by means of adhesive or sewing, so that the first surface 111 of the body 11 of the waterproof layer 10 is completely attached to the crotch portion 94 of the pants body 91; however, the waterproof layer 10 and the pants body 91 are not limited to this, and may be further extended in the rear crotch portion 93 of the pants body 91 or extended in both the front crotch portion 92 and the rear crotch portion 93 of the pants body 91.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating the use of the stain-resistant absorbent pad for pants according to the first embodiment of the present invention. When the liquid 90 flows to the absorption layer 20, the second absorption surface 22 of the absorption layer 20 absorbs the liquid 90; however, if the amount of the liquid 90 is too large and flows from the second absorption surface 22 to the first absorption surface 21 of the absorption layer 20, the waterproof layer 10 is disposed on the other side of the first absorption surface 21 of the absorption layer 20, so that the liquid 90 is prevented from further penetrating into the crotch portion 94 of the pants body 91, the liquid 90 is prevented from leaking, and the effect of preventing stains is achieved.

It should be noted that, by means of the structure of the reverse folding portion 12 of the present invention, the waterproof layer 10 covers the fixed structure 30, so that even when the fixed structure 30 sucks the liquid 90 due to the siphon phenomenon, the liquid 90 does not contact with the human body due to the reverse flow along the fixed structure 30, thereby achieving a cleaner effect, and avoiding the situation that the liquid 90 reversely flows back to the absorption layer 20 due to the siphon phenomenon in the conventional fixed structure 30, and further causing discomfort and leakage due to the human body contacting with the liquid 90.

Moreover, due to the feature that the waterproof layer 10 covers the fixing structure 30, when a user wears the clothes, the skin of the user does not contact and rub the fixing structure 30 for a long time, so that the clothes feel more comfortable, and the appearance is more concise and beautiful.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a stain resistant absorbent pad for pants according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the first embodiment is that the antifouling absorbent pad for pants comprises a plurality of absorbent layers 20a, a plurality of absorbent layers 20a are provided on a waterproof layer 10a, a second absorption surface 22a of the topmost absorbent layer 20a faces upward, a first absorption surface 21a of the topmost absorbent layer 20a is provided on a second absorption surface 22a of another absorbent layer 20a, a first absorption surface 21a of the middle absorbent layer 20a is provided on a second absorption surface 22a of the bottommost absorbent layer 20a, and a first absorption surface 21a of the bottommost absorbent layer 20a is adjacent to a second surface 112a of the waterproof layer 10a, both sides of the waterproof layer 10a are respectively folded back and a third surface 121a of a second folded back portion 12a is provided to the second absorption surface 22a of the topmost absorbent layer 20 a; thus, the effectiveness of the panty stain resistant absorbent pad in absorbing liquid 90 is increased.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a stain resistant absorbent pad for pants according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the first embodiment is that the two reverse folding portions 12b further include a folding portion 13, and both sides of the folding portion 13 respectively include a fifth surface 131 and a sixth surface 132; preferably, the fifth surface 131 is connected to the third surface 121b, and the sixth surface 132 is connected to the fourth surface 122 b.

The two fixing structures 30b sequentially pass through the fifth surface 131, the sixth surface 132, the fourth surface 122b, the third surface 121b, the second absorption surface 22b and the first absorption surface 21 b; therefore, the fixing effect of the waterproof layer 10b and the absorbent layer 20b is increased, and the installation effect of the fixing structure 30b is further enhanced, so that the waterproof layer 10b and the absorbent layer 20b are prevented from falling off due to the breakage of the reverse fold portion 12 b.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of a stain resistant absorbent pad for pants according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the first embodiment is that the pants body 91c only includes a front crotch portion 92c and a rear crotch portion 93c, and both ends of the waterproof layer 10c are respectively connected to the front crotch portion 92c and the rear crotch portion 93 c; therefore, the stuffiness caused by the over-thick thickness of the trousers body 91c can be avoided, and a better ventilation effect can be achieved.

Fig. 8 is a perspective view of a stain-resistant absorbent pad for pants according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the fifth embodiment of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that the waterproof layer 10d is connected to the front crotch portion 92d and the rear crotch portion 93d at only both ends thereof, and the first surface 111d of the waterproof layer 10d is movable and is not connected to and fixed to the crotch portion 94 d; therefore, the washing is more convenient for the user to wash.

The pants body 91 of the present invention is a pair of briefs, however, the type of the pants body 91 is not limited thereto, and may be changed to a pair of briefs or other types of pants body as required.

In summary, the present invention can avoid discomfort of the user due to the liquid 90 being contaminated by the liquid flowing back through the fixing structure again due to the siphon phenomenon by the feature that the waterproof layer 10 covers the fixing structure 30 by the structure of the reverse folding portion 12, and can also avoid the situation that the menstrual blood flowing back from the fixing structure 30 due to the siphon phenomenon leaks out for a second time when the menstrual blood volume is large, thereby achieving the real anti-leakage effect.

Furthermore, the present invention can cover the fixing structure 30 by the waterproof layer 10, so that when a user wears the clothes, the skin of the user does not contact and rub the fixing structure 30 for a long time, thereby improving the wearing touch feeling and making the wearing touch feeling more comfortable.

Claims (8)

1. An antifouling absorbent pad for pants, comprising:

the waterproof layer comprises a body and two reverse folding parts, wherein the body comprises a first surface and a second surface, the two reverse folding parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the body, and each reverse folding part comprises a third surface and a fourth surface;

at least one absorption layer, including a first absorption surface and a second absorption surface, the at least one absorption layer being disposed on the body, the first absorption surface being disposed on the second surface of the waterproof layer, the third surfaces of the two inflected parts being disposed on the second absorption surface, the at least one absorption layer being configured to absorb a liquid; and

and the two fixing structures are respectively arranged on the two reverse folding parts and used for fixing the two reverse folding parts on the at least one absorption layer.

The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 wherein each of said two flaps comprises a fold, said fold comprising a fifth side and a sixth side, said two fastening structures passing through said fifth side, said sixth side, said fourth side, said third side, said second absorbent side, and said first absorbent side, respectively, in that order.

3. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 further comprising a pant body, said pant body comprising a front crotch portion and a back crotch portion, said water barrier having opposite ends connected to said front crotch portion and said back crotch portion, respectively.

4. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 3 wherein said pant body further comprises a crotch portion, said crotch portion being connected at opposite ends to said front and rear crotch portions, respectively, said first surface of said water barrier layer being adjacent to said crotch portion.

5. The stain-resistant absorbent pad for pants as claimed in claim 3, wherein said pants body further comprises a crotch portion, both ends of said crotch portion are connected to said front crotch portion and said rear crotch portion, respectively, and said first surface of said water-repellent layer is disposed on said crotch portion.

6. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 further comprising a pant body, said pant body comprising a front crotch portion, a back crotch portion and a crotch portion, said first surface of said water barrier layer being disposed in said crotch portion and said back crotch portion.

7. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 comprising a plurality of absorbent layers.

8. The stain resistant absorbent pad for pants of claim 1 wherein said two securing structures are stitches.
