The fixed deaerator with the exhaust gas waste heat recovery function of claim 2, further comprising a first blowdown pipe (26), a first blowdown valve (27) and a collection box (28), wherein the input end of the first blowdown pipe (26) passes through the right side of the bottom end of the preheating box (9) to be communicated with the preheating box (9), the first blowdown valve (27) is installed on the first blowdown pipe (26), the collection box (28) is installed on the left side of the top end of the base plate (1), and the output end of the first blowdown pipe (26) is communicated with the collection box (28).
4. A stationary type oxygen remover with exhaust gas waste heat recovery function according to claim 3, characterized in that the front end of the collecting box (28) is provided with a visual window (29).

The fixed deaerator with the exhaust gas waste heat recovery function of claim 4, further comprising a second blow-off pipe (30) and a second blow-off valve (31), wherein the input end of the second blow-off pipe (30) passes through the lower side of the left end of the collecting tank (28) to be communicated with the collecting tank (28), and the second blow-off valve (31) is installed on the second blow-off pipe (30).
6. The fixed deaerator with exhaust heat recovery function of claim 5, characterized in that the second blowdown valve (31) is provided with a non-slip mat.

The fixed deaerator with the exhaust gas waste heat recovery function of claim 6, further comprising four sets of screws (32) and four sets of foot pads (33), wherein the bottom end of the bottom plate (1) is provided with threaded holes at the left front portion, the right front portion, the left rear portion and the right rear portion, the four sets of screws (32) are respectively in threaded connection with the four sets of threaded holes at the bottom end of the bottom plate (1), and the four sets of screws (32) are rotatably mounted on the four sets of foot pads (33).
8. The fixed deaerator with exhaust heat recovery function of claim 7, characterized in that the bottom end of the foot pad (33) is provided with a non-slip mat.
