In order to achieve efficient packaging of control panels during transport, in the present application, a tray for control panels is referred to for carrying a plurality of control panels (not shown).
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the pallet includes a pallet 10.
The pallet 10 may be square, circular, or oval, etc., without limitation.
In the present application, the pallet 10 is formed in a square shape.
The pallet 10 has front and back opposing first and second sides.
A plurality of first recesses and a plurality of second recesses, the number of which is the same in the present application, are formed on the pallet 10.
The first recess is recessed towards the first side, only first recesses 30 and 30' being marked in fig. 2 and 3.
Which is recessed towards the second side, only the second recess 20 being marked in fig. 2.
For the sake of clarity of the installation of the tray to the control board, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the two second recesses and the two first recesses on the pallet are taken as an example for clarity.
The first recess 30 "is adapted to the shape of the top of the control plate C and the second recess 20' is adapted to the shape of the bottom of the control plate C.
According to different shapes of different control panels C, the first concave part and the second concave part with different shapes can be processed and formed.
When two trays P1 and P2 correspond from top to bottom and stack, because the structure of tray is the same, the second depressed part of the layer board of wanting below tray P2 holds control panel C's bottom, and the top holds the first depressed part of layer board of upper tray P1, this just needs upper tray P1 and below tray P2 before piling up, need rotate 180 degrees mutually at the horizontal plane with two trays, like this, just enable upper tray P2 and below tray P1 and block control panel C, be used for spacing control panel C, avoid control panel C to rock.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic view of a state in which two trays are stacked is shown.
The process of packaging the control board C by the tray is explained as follows.
(1) The lower tray P2 is placed, and the control board C is placed in the second recess 20' in the lower tray P2;
(2) taking the upper tray P1, rotating clockwise or counterclockwise 180 degrees on the horizontal plane, placing the upper tray P2 above the lower tray, and enabling the top of the control board C to be embedded into the first recess 30'' of the upper tray P1;
(3) the control board C is placed in the second recess 20' in the upper tray P1;
(4) taking the tray again to serve as an upper tray, and repeating the step (2) until the stacking of the multiple layers of trays is completed;
(5) and packaging and fixing the multilayer trays, and then transporting.
The packaging process of the control panel is simple and efficient.
The pallet 10 as described above may be a flat plate.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the pallet 10 may also have a circumferential side wall 11, and in the present application, since the pallet 10 is square, the circumferential side wall 11 includes four side walls, and the circumferential side walls 11 each have a flange 12.
A plurality of slits (only slit 111/112 is marked) are respectively provided on the circumferential side wall 11 at intervals, and the slits penetrate through the thickness of the circumferential side wall 11 to reduce the overall stress of the circumferential side wall 11, thereby improving the overall strength of the pallet 10.
In the present application, the material of the supporting plate 10 is ABS material, which has elasticity and can be recycled.
Elastic layer board 10 can cushion the protection to the control panel, and this layer board 10 can recycle, environmental protection more.
A plurality of second depressed part and the first depressed part of a plurality of all are the setting of multirow multiseriate, and on every row, a second depressed part correspondence is provided with a first depressed part, promptly on every row, first depressed part and second depressed part interval set up.
Referring to fig. 1, along the length direction of the tray 10, the plurality of second recesses and the plurality of first recesses are all arranged in three rows and seven columns, and are used for accommodating 21 control panels simultaneously for each tray.
After the control boards are respectively placed in the second concave portions of the trays, adjacent trays stacked up and down correspondingly need to be rotated 180 degrees with respect to each other to be stacked, so that the control boards are clamped between the upper and lower trays.
As described above, in the two-tray stacking process, it is necessary to arrange the two trays at 180 ° in the horizontal plane.
Therefore, in order to improve stacking efficiency, a marking part (not shown) may be provided on the tray so that a user can easily correspond to the stacking tray up and down, and particularly, the marking part may be provided at one side of the tray 10.
For example, upper tray P1 and lower tray P2 are stacked, the logo portion of lower tray P2 may be located on the left side of pallet 10, and upper tray P2 should be rotated 180 to locate the logo portion of upper tray P1 on the right side when stacked.
By utilizing the identification part, a user can clearly know whether the tray to be stacked needs to be rotated by 180 degrees, the situation that the user needs to check the stacking direction of the upper tray and the lower tray in time in the stacking process is avoided, the time is saved, and the stacking efficiency is improved.
The identification part can be designed for the structure of the tray, and can also be identification characters and the like.
In the present application, at least one support portion (only the support portion 40 is labeled in fig. 2) is further disposed on the pallet 10, and particularly, the support portion 40 is disposed on the first side surface of the pallet 10.
When the upper and lower trays are stacked, the supporting portion of the lower tray P2 abuts against the bottom surface of the upper tray P2 when stacked in place, achieving support between the trays.
At least one support portion may be provided on the same side, left side or right side of the tray, see fig. 1, with four support portions provided at intervals on the left side of the tray.
The supporting part positioned on the same side can play a role in supporting the tray and can also play a role in marking.
The tray can be used for conveniently packaging the control panel, is simple, convenient and efficient, and can improve the transportation timeliness; and the stacked tray can limit the control panel, so that the control panel is prevented from swinging and shaking in the transportation process, and the effect of protecting the control panel is achieved.
After the control panel is taken out of the tray, the tray can be recycled, and the utilization rate is high.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
