The cover is equipped with elastic component 67 on the outer wall of installation axle 62, is equipped with spacing arch 68 on the outer wall of installation axle 62, and the one end of elastic component 67 is contradicted on mounting panel 61, and the other end is contradicted on spacing arch 68.
The elastic member 67 is a spring member to elastically connect the oiling roller 63 to the mounting plate 61.
The present embodiment includes an oil applying moving device 69 located above the mold 13, and the mounting plate 61 is provided on the movable end of the oil applying moving device 69.
The oiling moving device 69 can be used for adjusting the height adjustment of the mounting plate 61 in the vertical direction (i.e., the Z-axis direction) so as to adjust the oiling layer 64 to be attached to the side groove of the mold 13 or to be away from the side groove of the mold 13.
The mounting plate 61 is provided with a guide pair 601 which is arranged along the moving axial direction of the oiling moving device 69, the guide pair 601 is connected with a lifting positioning plate 602 in a sliding manner, and the fixed end of the oiling moving device 69 is arranged on the lifting positioning plate 602; the movable end of the oiling moving device 69 passes through the lifting positioning plate 602 and is connected with the mounting plate 61.
The guide pair 601 includes a plurality of guide rods 6011, one end of each guide rod 6011 is disposed on the mounting plate 61, and the other ends of the plurality of guide rods 6011 are connected into a whole through a connecting guide plate.
A floating sleeve 603 is arranged on the mounting plate 61, a first sliding hole 604 is formed in the floating sleeve 603, a floating block 605 is arranged at the movable end of the oiling moving device 69, and a floating limit block 606 is arranged at the end part of the floating block 605; the floating block 605 passes through the first sliding hole 604 and is slidably connected in the floating sleeve 603, and slides on the floating stopper 606 and the bottom of the floating sleeve 603.
The float stop 606 may allow the float 605 to limit its movement within the float sleeve 603, making the distance of elevation of the oiling moving device 69 more targeted.
In the present embodiment, the first crushing and moving device 10, the second crushing and moving device 11, the first cleaning and moving device 14, the rolling brush moving mechanism, the third moving device 12, and the fourth moving device 15 all move linearly, which may be linear cylinders or other commonly used linear moving devices.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and it is not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
