An intelligent diesel emulsifying device according to claim 1, characterized in that an oil-well pump (9) electrically connected with a control system is arranged between the oil storage tank (2) and the mixing tank (4); a liquid pump (10) electrically connected with a control system is arranged between the mixing tank (4) and the emulsified diesel tank (5); and a water suction pump (11) electrically connected with the control system is arranged between the emulsified diesel tank (5) and the water storage tank (3).
