The first magnetic unit 5-331 includes a first magnetic element 5-321, a second magnetic element 5-322, and the second magnetic unit 5-332 includes a fourth magnetic element 5-324, a fifth magnetic element 5-325, which may overlap in the Z direction. The first magnetic element 5-321, the second magnetic element 5-322, the third magnetic element 5-323, the fourth magnetic element 5-324 and the fifth magnetic element 5-325 can be magnets, for example, and can generate a magnetic field, and when the first coil 5-311, the second coil 5-312, the third coil 5-313, the fourth coil 5-314 and the fifth coil 5-315 pass through current, the magnetic field can interact with each other to generate an electromagnetic driving force, so that the movable part 5-200 can be driven to move relative to the fixed part 5-F.
In some embodiments, the first coil 5-311, the second coil 5-312, the third coil 5-313 and the fourth coil 5-314 are electrically independent from each other, so that the first coil 5-311, the second coil 5-312, the third coil 5-313 and the fourth coil 5-314 can be separately controlled to provide driving force for the movable part 5-200 in different directions, for example, to generate translation in direction X, Y, Z or rotation relative to axis X, Y, Z or other axes. In addition, the fifth coil 5-315 may be electrically independent from the second coil 5-312, the third coil 5-313, and the fourth coil 5-314, and electrically connected to the first coil 5-311 to boost the thrust.
As shown in fig. 6B, a line 5-C1 connecting the center of the first coil 5-311 and the center of the fourth coil 5-314 is not perpendicular or parallel to the first direction (X direction) and the second direction (Y direction) when viewed in the Z direction. The first side 5-151 extends in a first direction (X-direction), the second side 5-152 extends in a second direction (Y-direction), the third side 5-153 is parallel to the first side 5-151 and the fourth side 5-154 is parallel to the second side 5-152. The first side edge 5-151 is located between the second side edge 5-152 and the fourth side edge 5-154, and the second side edge 5-152 is located between the first side edge 5-151 and the third side edge 5-153.
As shown in FIG. 6D and FIG. 6E, the maximum dimension 5-H1 (height) of the first magnetic unit 5-331 is different from the maximum dimension 5-H2 of the third magnetic element 5-323, e.g., the maximum dimension 5-H1 may be larger than the maximum dimension 5-H2, in the direction in which the major axis 5-O extends (Z direction). Furthermore, the maximum dimension 5-W1 (width) of the first magnetic unit 5-331 in the second direction (Y direction) is different from the maximum dimension 5-W2 (width) of the third magnetic element 5-323 in the first direction (X direction), e.g., the maximum dimension 5-W1 may be smaller than the maximum dimension 5-W2.
The optical system 5-1000 may further have a second driving assembly 5-340 for driving the movable portion 5-200 to move relative to the fixed portion 5-F. The second drive assembly 5-340 may comprise a sixth coil 5-316, a seventh coil 5-317, corresponding to the first magnetic unit 5-331, respectively, and the second magnetic unit 5-332, respectively, e.g. may at least partially overlap in the Y-direction. The sixth coil 5-316 may be located at the first side 5-151 and the seventh coil 5-317 may be located at the third side 5-153, as seen in the direction of the main axis 5-O.
The middle module 5-400, the second elastic member 5-610, and the third elastic member 5-620 may be disposed between the fixed part 5-F and the movable part 5-200 to movably connect the fixed part 5-F and the movable part 5-200, thereby allowing the movable part 5-200 to movably connect the fixed part 5-F. The intermediate module 5-400 may for example comprise a first elastic element 5-410, the first elastic element 5-410 may for example be a suspension wire. The second elastic element 5-610, the third elastic element 5-620 may be, for example, a spring leaf, which may have a plate-like structure and be perpendicular to the main axis 5-O. The middle module 5-400, the second elastic element 5-610, and the third elastic element 5-620 comprise, for example, a metal material, and may be electrically connected to each electronic element in the optical system 5-1000, for example, to the first driving component 5-300 or the circuit module 5-500.
The circuit module 5-500 is, for example, a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) which can be fixed to the fixing portion 5-F by adhesion. In the present embodiment, the circuit modules 5-500 are electrically connected to other electronic components disposed inside or outside the optical system 5-1000. For example, the circuit module 5-500 can transmit an electrical signal to the first driving component 5-300 or the second driving component 5-340, thereby controlling the movement of the carrying seat 5-200 in X, Y or Z direction, so as to achieve the functions of Auto Focus (AF) or optical hand vibration prevention (OIS). As shown in FIG. 7, the photosensitive element 5-710 can be used for receiving an optical signal 5-711 from the outside and outputting an image signal 5-712 to the control unit 5-2100 of the electronic device 5-2000.
As shown in fig. 4B and 5, the first elastic element 5-410 of the intermediate module 5-400 has an elongated structure, extending in the direction of the major axis 5-O (Z direction). The fixing portion 5-F includes a first setting portion 5-910 and a second setting portion 5-920, wherein a first end 5-411 of the first elastic element 5-410 is disposed at the first setting portion 5-910, and a second end 5-412 of the first elastic element 5-410 is disposed at the first setting portion 5-920. The first setting portion 5-910 has a concave structure and is formed between the frame 5-120 and the top cover 5-110 of the fixing portion 5-F. The top cover 5-110 has a plate-like structure, perpendicular to the direction in which the main shaft 5-O extends. The second setting portion 5-920 may have a concave structure or a perforated structure formed at the bottom cover 5-140 of the fixing portion 5-F. The frame 5-120 is at least partially positioned between the top cover 5-110 and the bottom cover 5-140.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the fixing portion 5-F may further include a first avoidance portion 5-931 and a second avoidance portion 5-932 for accommodating a portion of the first elastic element 5-410, so as to make room for the first elastic element 5-410 to pass through. The first avoidance part 5-931 may be located at the outer frame 5-130 of the fixing part 5-F, and the second avoidance part 5-932 may be located at the movable part 5-200. The first avoidance parts 5 to 931 and the second avoidance parts 5 to 932 may have a tapered structure. Further, the tapered structure of the first avoidance portion 5-931 is tapered in a different direction, for example, in an opposite direction, than the tapered structure of the second avoidance portion 5-932.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4B, a first damping element 5-940 may be disposed in the optical system 5-1000, for example, directly on the first elastic element 5-410, to damp the vibration of the first elastic element 5-410, for example, to suppress the abnormal movement of the movable portion 5-200 relative to the fixed portion 5-F. The first damping element 5-940 may be, for example, a gel or may be of a resin material. In some embodiments, the first damping element 5-940 may directly contact the fixed portion 5-F and/or the movable portion 5-200. In addition, the first damping element 5-940 can also directly contact the first avoidance portion 5-931 and/or the second avoidance portion 5-932 to fill the gap in the optical system 5-1000 to avoid the abnormal movement of the movable portion 5-200 relative to the fixed portion 5-F.
The light sensing element 5-710 and the second optical element 5-740 of the optical module 5-700 can be disposed in a receiving space formed by the housing 5-720 and the base 5-730, for example, the light sensing element 5-710 and the housing 5-720 can be fixed on the base 5-730. The housing 5-720 may include a top cover 5-721 having a plate-like structure and perpendicular to the main axis 5-O. The photosensitive element 5-710 may be located between the top cover 5-721 and the base 5-730 in the direction in which the main axis 5-O extends (Z direction).
The second optical element 5-740 is, for example, a filter element, which can only allow light with specific wavelength to pass through to reach the photosensitive element 5-710, and filter other light with unwanted wavelength, i.e. can filter electromagnetic wave with specific wavelength. For example, the second optical element 5-740 can filter infrared light and let visible light pass through, but not limited thereto. The second optical element 5-740 may correspond to the photosensitive element 5-710. Therefore, the light rays sensed by the photosensitive elements 5-710 can be closer to the naked eyes.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6C, a position sensing module 5-800 may also be provided in the optical system 5-1000, and may be used to sense the movement of the movable portion 5-200 relative to the fixed portion 5-F. The position sensing module 5-800 may include, for example, a first sensing element 5-811, a second sensing element 5-812, a third sensing element 5-813, and a fourth sensing element 5-814. The first sensing element 5-811 can include a first sensing element 5-821 and a first reference element 5-831, the second sensing element 5-812 can include a second sensing element 5-822 and a second reference element 5-832, and the third sensing element 5-813 can include a third sensing element 5-823 and a third reference element 5-833.
