本实用新型由光栅1、光栅转座2、正弦杆3、滚 轮4、计量尺12、指示尺13、螺钉14、直线导轨7、滑 块6、弹簧片8、螺钉9、小导轨5、弹簧10、弹簧支架 11组成。它机构简化,省去了精密传动丝杠螺母副, 配比齿轮副,码轮式机械计数器;缩小了体积,节约了 材料,降低了成本。

Description

本实用新型属于光谱仪器技术领域中的一种波长指示装置。
现有技术中采用正弦机构的光谱仪器的波长指示装置由光栅、光栅转座、正弦杆、滚轮、小导轨、螺母、丝杠、变比齿轮付、机械计数器等部分组成,波长指示是丝杠转动推动螺母,螺母上的小导轨推动正弦杆上的滚轮使光栅转座带动光栅转动,同时丝杠经变比齿轮付带动计数器转动才能指示波长。这种方案机构复杂,传动链长,精度不易保证。另外,光栅转动速度慢,不适于快速调整波长和波长快速扫描。
本实用新型的目的是简化驱动机构,取消丝杠、螺母、变比齿轮付,不用结构复杂的鼓轮式或码轮式计数器,本实用新型直接用直线导轨和滑块来驱动正弦机构,在直线导轨上刻出或安装计量尺,在滑块上刻出或安装上指示尺,这样就可以直接读出波长值,克服机构复杂,传动链长、精度不易保证,不便于快速调整和快速扫描波长等问题。
本实用新型如图1所示,采用光栅1、光栅转座2、正弦杆3、滚轮4,在直线导轨7上刻制或安装上计量尺12,在滑块6上刻有或安装上指示尺13,滑块6与导轨7滑动配合,滑块6用弹簧片8和螺钉9产生适当的封闭力,使滑块6的另一侧与导轨7的导向侧密切接触,在滑块6上用螺钉14固定安装有推动滚轮4的小导轨5,小导轨5与滚轮4接触的封闭力由弹簧10产生,弹簧10一端固定于正弦杆3上,另一端经弹簧支架11固定在滑块6上。小导轨5可以微微转动以调准波长的线性。正弦杆3的长度可以微调,可以调准波长线性比例。
本实用新型工作原理如下:当选择某一波长值时,首先沿着直线导轨7移动滑块6,然后使滑块6上的指示尺13对准直线导轨7上计量尺12相对应的波长刻度。在移动滑块6的过程中,滑块6通过小导轨5、滚轮4、正弦杆3和光栅转座2带动光栅1转动,使光栅1转到适当的位置时,就能得到的需要选择的波长,导轨7上的波长刻度是所选择波长的指示值。
本实用新型的一个最佳实施例如图1所示:直线导轨7上的计量尺12和滑块6上的指示尺13选用市场供应的量具游标卡尺,精度为0.02毫米,当光栅1的刻划密度采用每毫米1200线时,经计算正弦杆长度,选取166.5毫米时,导轨7的每毫米刻度就表示10纳米波长值,通过滑块6上的游标尺读数可以读出0.2米的波长精度,满足了一般光谱仪器的精度要求。如果要进一步提高精度,可以增加正弦杆3及计量尺的长度和游标精度。当光栅1采用不同的刻划密度时,可计算出相应的正弦杆3的长度和导轨7上的每毫米长度所对应的波长值。推动滚轮4的小导轨5安装在卡尺滑块6本体上的量爪上,小导轨5可以微微转动,以校正波长线性比例误差。如果在直线导轨7上安装计量尺12,滑块6上安装指示尺13,则可采用每毫米50-200对线的数量光栅尺,就可以用光电方法实现波长数字显示,并便于计算机联用。
本实用新型的优点是机构简化,省去了精密传动丝杠螺母付、配比齿轮付、码轮式或轮式机械计数器。缩小了体积、节约了材料、降低了成本。

1、一种光谱仪器技术领域中的波长指示装置,采用光栅1、光栅转座2、正弦杆3、滚轮4,其特征在于:在直线导轨7上刻制或安装上计量尺12,在滑块6上刻有或安装上指示尺13,滑块6与导轨7滑动配合,滑块6用弹簧片8和螺钉9产生适当的封闭力,使滑块6的另一侧与导轨7的导向侧密切接触,在滑块6上用螺钉14固定安装有推动滚轮4的小导轨5,小导轨5与滚轮4接触的封闭力由弹簧10产生,经弹簧10一端固定于正弦杆3上,另一端经弹簧支架11固定在滑块6上。
