A frame positioning and gripping device as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that a transmission mechanism is provided between the slides (1301) of each pair of magnetic assemblies (3), said transmission mechanism being adapted to drive the magnetic assemblies (3) of each pair to move in opposite directions in synchronism.

The frame positioning and grabbing device of claim 6, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a first connecting rod (5), a second connecting rod (6) and a third connecting rod (7), the middle part of the second connecting rod (6) is rotatably arranged on the guide rail mounting plate (1), two ends of the second connecting rod (6) are respectively and rotatably connected with one ends of the first connecting rod (5) and the third connecting rod (7), and the other ends of the first connecting rod (5) and the third connecting rod (7) are respectively connected with the corresponding sliding blocks (1301) of the same pair of magnetic attraction assemblies (3).
8. A frame positioning and gripping device as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 7, characterized in that said positioning assembly further comprises a locking structure for limiting the travel of said magnetically attracted assembly (3).
9. The frame positioning and grabbing device of claim 8 wherein the locking structure comprises a locking pin (9) and a locking seat (10), and when the magnetic attraction assembly (3) moves in place, the locking pin (9) abuts against the locking seat (10) to complete the limiting.
10. A transport apparatus comprising a frame positioning and gripping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
