In practical applications, there are many auditoriums in a cinema, and there are many seats in each auditorium, and if each seat has a vending apparatus 108, then a remote host for managing the vending apparatuses 108 is needed. Fig. 5 is a system block diagram of the chair 100, remote host 502, user client 504, and staff client 506, with the remote host 502 having communication connectivity with various other objects, as shown in fig. 5.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart showing the operation between the main bodies in the system shown in fig. 5, and the following describes a vending manner using the seat provided in the present application in conjunction with the flow chart.
As shown in fig. 6, in step 1, the access information 112 on the seat can be obtained by using the client 504, in one example, a two-dimensional code arranged on the seat is scanned by using a smartphone with a two-dimensional code scanning function. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a scenario in which a user scans the access information 112 on the armrest 104 by using the client 504, and after the scanning, as shown in step 2 of fig. 6, the client 504 may obtain the identification information of the seat 100 from the access information 112. In one example, the identification information may include the location of the seat 100 in a movie theater, such as "row 3 of hall 1 and 12" information. To enable presentation of inventory information of the objects in the seat 100 to the user, the client 504 may send an object inventory request to the remote host 502, which may include identification information of the seat 100, as shown in step 3. After receiving the object inventory request, the remote host 502 may obtain inventory information of the object in the seat 100 according to the identification information of the seat 100, and send the inventory information to the client 504 as shown in step 4.
After receiving the inventory information, the client 504 may display the inventory information of the seat 100, and the specific display page may include the selling interface shown in fig. 8, as shown in step 5. It can be seen that the number of vendable commodities in the seat used by the user can be displayed in the vending interface, for example, only 3 bottles of cola, 4 chips and 5 apples are left. In other embodiments, the identification information of the seat 100 may be set as information input by the user himself. In one example, the client 504, upon entering the generic access interface via the access information 112, may prompt the user to enter a seat number. After receiving the seat number input by the user, the client 504 may determine identification information of the seat according to the seat number and send the identification information to the remote host 502. After receiving the identification information, remote host 502 may retrieve inventory information for the objects in seat 100 and send the inventory information to client 504. In another embodiment, if the user purchases movie tickets via the network, the movie ticketing platform can obtain the seat number of the user. Based on this, the cinema may cooperate with the movie ticketing platform to establish an association relationship between the remote host 502 and the movie ticketing platform, and even the remote host 502 may be disposed in the movie ticketing platform. In this way, the user can select the goods sold by the seats on the APP provided by the movie ticketing platform. As shown in fig. 9, during the movie showing, the user can click on the "show, buy snack" entry on the movie ticket order page to enter the vending interface shown in fig. 8.
As shown in step 6 of fig. 6, client 504 may receive identification information and the requested quantity of the object requested by the user for shipment. The user may select the desired object, as shown in the vending interface of fig. 8, in the illustration, the user selects a bottle of cola, and clicks on the "go to settle" control. At this point, in response to the triggering of the control, the client 504 may generate a shipment request that may include identification information for the seat 100, identification information for the user-selected object, and the requested quantity. Client 504 may then send the shipment request to remote host 502, as shown in step 7. After receiving the shipment request, the remote host 502 may obtain the inventory of the objects in the seat 100 according to the identification information of the seat 100, as shown in step 8. And in step 9, in the event that it is determined that the inventory of objects in the seat 100 meets the inventory of the user-selected object, an order may be generated and a payment request may be sent to the client 504, which may include information such as the payment amount. Client 504, upon receiving the payment request, may present a payment user interface that includes the payment amount. The user may determine the operation of payment in the payment user interface. The client 504, upon retrieving the operation, may generate a payment instruction. In response to the payment instruction, client 504 may send a notification message confirming payment, where the sending object of the notification message may include remote host 502 and may also include a third party payment platform having an association relationship with remote host 502. After receiving the notification message confirming payment, remote host 502 or the third party payment platform may deduct a payment amount matching the payment amount from the user's account and send a notification message that the payment is successful to client 504 and remote host 502.
The client 504, after receiving the notification message that the payment was successful, may display an interface as shown in fig. 10, showing the interface that the payment was successful, and displaying a prompt that the seat 100 is in shipment. In step 11, the remote host 502 may send a shipment instruction to the seat 100 after receiving the notification message that the payment is successful. As shown in step 12, the seat 100 may begin shipping after receiving a shipping instruction. Based on this, the vending apparatus 108 in the seat 100 may further include a communication module for communicating with the remote host 502 and receiving the shipment instructions of the remote host 502. In addition, the vending apparatus 108 may further include a control module coupled to the communication module and configured to control opening of the transmission path of the vending apparatus 108 in response to the shipment instruction. For example, for a spring-loaded lane, opening the transfer channel is a spring that rotates the stuck object so that the object drops into the shipping bin 300. For a caterpillar lane, opening the transfer channel is the operation of propelling the caterpillar, causing objects to drop from the caterpillar into the delivery bin 300. For other types of cargo paths, the corresponding way of opening the conveying channel is not described herein.
In step 13, the seat 100 may send a notification message of successful shipment to the remote host 502 when successful shipment is detected. After receiving the shipment success notification message, the remote host 502 may send a shipment success notification message to the client 504 in step 14. After receiving the notification message, the client 504 may display the shipment success notification message as shown in step 15, where the display mode may include a user interface as shown in fig. 11 to prompt the user that the shipment of the product is successful and ask the user to take the object from the shipment bin. Figures 12 and 13 are views of the seats of figures 1 and 2, respectively, after shipment. In many actual scenes, such as movie theaters, it may be difficult for the user to see the location of the cargo hold 110 during the movie show, and the surrounding environment may be dark. Based on this, in an embodiment of the present application, an illumination module may be disposed in the shipment warehouse 300 for turning on an illumination function in case of successful shipment, so as to facilitate a user to extract an object from the shipment warehouse.
After receiving the shipment success notification message, the remote host 502 may update the corresponding inventory information of the seat 100, such as subtracting one from the inventory of the cola, as shown in step 16.
Additionally, in one embodiment of the present application, remote host 502 may also send notification messages to client 506 based on the communication mechanism between remote host 502 and staff client 506. For example, after the remote host 502 updates the inventory and finds that the inventory of a certain product in the seat 100 is less than the preset threshold, a replenishment notice message may be sent to the client 506 to notify the relevant staff member to replenish the inventory, as shown in step 17. The remote host 502 may also send a service notification message to the client 506 notifying the associated personnel to check for service in the event that a failure in the seat 100 is detected.
The seat that each embodiment of this application provided can be in the seat body and seat face below sets up vending device for this seat not only has the effect of supporting human body, can also provide the object for the user.
