Abstract
套管式印刷胶辊属于一种印刷器具，包括由支承
轴、金属筒和胶层组成的辊芯。其特征是在辊芯外还
套装一个套管，套管用橡胶或其它高分子材料制成。
套管直接套装在辊芯上，也可用粘接剂粘接成一体，
一旦套管磨损报废，只要揭去旧套管，在原辊芯上换
上新套管便可继续使用，不致废弃整个胶辊，因而节
约了材料消耗，降低了成本。
Description
本实用新型属于一种印刷器具。
现时印刷行业使用的印刷胶辊，主要有合成橡胶胶辊、聚胺酯胶辊和明胶胶辊，它们大都是一次性使用。前二者造价较高，聚胺酯胶辊则在制作过程中会析出有害物质，影响人身健康，且污染环境。明胶胶辊虽然价廉，但其工作特性对环境温度和湿度颇为敏感，以致在使用效果上，往往直接影响印刷的质量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种辊芯可多次使用的套管式印刷胶辊。
套管式印刷胶辊包括由支承轴、金属筒和胶层组成的辊芯，在辊芯外还套装一个套管。套管由橡胶或其它高分子 材料制成。套管直接套装在辊芯上，也可用压敏胶或热熔胶粘接成一体。
套管式印刷胶辊由于采用组合结构，一旦套管磨损报废，只要揭去旧套管，在原辊芯上换上新套管便可继续使用，不致废弃整个胶辊，显著地节约了材料消耗，降低了成本。而且这种套管可按直径和厚度规格批量生产，使用时按长度剪取，所以价格低廉，安装也很方便。
附图为套管式印刷胶辊的构造示意图。
如图所示，套管式印刷胶辊包括由支承轴1.金属筒2和胶层3组成的辊芯，在辊芯外还套装一个套管4，套管4的厚度一般不超过2mm。套管直接套装在辊芯上，也可用压敏胶经加压或用热熔胶经加温加压粘接成一体。

1、一种套管式印刷胶辊，包括由支承轴[1]、金属筒[2]和胶层[3]组成的辊芯，其特征是在辊芯外还套装一个套管[4]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的套管式印刷胶辊，其特征是套管［4］用橡胶或其它高分子材料制成。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的套管式印刷胶辊，其特征是套管［4］和辊芯的粘接采用的粘接剂为压敏胶或热熔胶。
