Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统,包括尾气模拟部分和测试部分,尾气模拟部分包括通过管路依次连接的气瓶部分、预混合器和主混合器,在连接预混器和主混器的管路上接入有水汽发生器;测试部分包括并联的多个测试线路和一个尾气检测器,在每个测试线路上依次设有加热炉和反应器,在加热炉的入口处设有阀门Ⅲ,在反应器的入口处设有温度流量计、出口处设有阀门Ⅳ,阀门Ⅳ与尾气检测器连接,阀门Ⅲ与主混合器连接。本实用新型结构简单实用,操作便捷,能够很好地模拟船用发动机SCR系统的特点,大幅提高SCR催化剂性能评价结果跟台架排放试验结果的相符性,显著降低SCR催化剂选型和SCR方案设计的工作量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种SCR催化剂性能评价系统,特别是一种船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统。
背景技术
氮氧化物是船用发动机最主要的排放污染物,主要采用选择性催化还原脱硝技术(SCR)处理氮氧化物,船用发动机排放认证一般采用发动机+SCR系统台架排放试验或者采用模型计算的模式进行。无论采取什么方式,SCR选型工作及模拟计算的结果都需要跟发动机试验排放验证的结果具有较好的符合性。目前主要的SCR性能评价系统在柴油车发动机上有较好的应用,但船用发动机尾气排放有其自身特点。因此开发适应船用发动机SCR系统特点,且与船用发动机台架排放试验相符性高的船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统,对缩短SCR催化剂选型周期和SCR催化剂系统设计周期、降低相应工作量具有重要意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统,该性能评价系统结构简单实用,操作便捷,能够很好地模拟船用发动机SCR系统的特点,大幅提高SCR催化剂性能评价结果跟台架排放试验结果的相符性,显著降低SCR催化剂选型和SCR方案设计的工作量。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统,包括尾气模拟部分和测试部分,所述尾气模拟部分包括通过管路依次连接的气瓶部分、预混合器和主混合器,所述气瓶部分包括多个并列的气瓶,在每个所述气瓶的出口处设有一个阀门Ⅰ,在连接所述预混器和所述主混器的管路上接入有水汽发生器,在所述水汽发生器的出口处设有阀门Ⅱ;所述测试部分包括并联的多个测试线路和一个尾气检测器,在每个所述测试线路上依次设有加热炉和反应器,在所述加热炉的入口处设有阀门Ⅲ,在所述反应器的入口处设有温度流量计、出口处设有阀门Ⅳ,所述阀门Ⅳ与所述尾气检测器连接,所述阀门Ⅲ与所述主混合器连接。
所述反应器至少包含三种,其中一种设有陶瓷内衬。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:可真实模拟船用发动机尾气气体组分、气体温湿度、流速、流量,实现测试装置不间断运行,可大幅提高测试效率;可以按照比例模拟船用发动机的流量、尾气浓度、反应温度、SCR催化剂跟发动机的体排比、SCR催化剂中气流的面速度和线速度等参数,基本满足所有关于船用SCR催化剂的测试条件及要求;可通过调节阀门、开闭加热炉测量通过尾气检测器反应气体的初始浓度和反应后的浓度,从而计算SCR催化剂的转化效率;可通过调节阀门在未工作反应器中安装、调换催化剂样品,实现不间断进行SCR催化剂性能评价;可针对模拟尾气的湿度、腐蚀性设置不同种类的反应器,在不停机的情况下即可实现催化剂不同工况的测试,保证了催化剂性能测试的准确、高效、连续。并且本实用新型结构简单,操作简便,测试效率高,能够有效提高船用发动机SCR催化剂的设计开发工作效率,具有较好的实用性。

请参阅图1,一种船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统,包括尾气模拟部分和测试部分,所述尾气模拟部分包括通过管路依次连接的气瓶部分、预混合器2和主混合器3,所述气瓶部分包括多个并列的气瓶1,在每个所述气瓶1的出口处设有一个阀门Ⅰ11,在连接所述预混器2和所述主混器3的管路上接入有水汽发生器4,在所述水汽发生器4的出口处设有阀门Ⅱ41,所述测试部分包括并联的多个测试线路和一个尾气检测器7,在每个所述测试线路上依次设有加热炉5和反应器6,在所述加热炉5的入口处设有阀门Ⅲ51,在所述反应器6的入口处设有温度流量计61、出口处设有阀门Ⅳ62,所述阀门Ⅳ62与所述尾气检测器7连接,所述阀门Ⅲ51与所述主混合器3连接。上述预混合器2用于模拟船用发动机的排气功能,主混合器用于模拟船用发动机SCR系统混合腔的功能。
在本实施例中,所述反应器6至少包含三种,其中一种设有陶瓷内衬,用于腐蚀性气氛条件,一种用于非腐蚀性含水气氛条件,可采用高标号不锈钢材料例如316L制作,一种用于非腐蚀性干燥气氛条件,可采用任意标号不锈钢材料。
上述管路的材质主要为不锈钢,部分为聚四氟乙烯。
本实用新型的工作原理及过程:
使用时,催化剂置于反应器6中。首先根据评价条件进行配气,各气体流量通过阀门Ⅰ11进行调节,在预混合器2进行预混合,如果需要在反应气体中增添水汽,则通过水汽发生器4补入,混合后进入主混合器3进行混合。
混合后的模拟尾气通过调节阀门Ⅲ51进入加热炉5,加热炉为外置结构,可实现不加热的功能,在进入反应器6前通过温度流量计确认气体的流量和温度,然后进入反应器6,在本实施例中,此系统设计了3个反应器,其中一个反应器是专门为硫老化试验设计的。
气体在反应器6中反应后进入尾气检测器7进行检测,通过对比反应前后的浓度计算SCR催化剂的转化效率。
更加具体的工作原理及过程:
应用时,将催化剂放置于反应器6中。模拟尾气各组分从气瓶1中输出,首先汇入预混器2进行混合。如模拟尾气中需要加入水汽,则由水汽发生器4提供含水气体(一般为氮气)接入预混器后管路,再进入主混器3进行充分混合。充分混合后的模拟尾气根据测试需要进入测试线路,模拟尾气在加热炉5的作用下加热至所需温度,随后进入相应反应器6,各测试线路之间并联,根据测试工况切换使用。例如,本次进行催化剂硫老化及性能测试,将催化剂装入设有陶瓷内衬的反应器,并开启所在测试线路上的阀门,关闭其他测试线路上的阀门,使模拟尾气从气瓶部分经过预混器2和主混器3,经过开启阀门测试线路上的加热炉5和温度流量计61后进入设有陶瓷内衬的反应器,最后经过尾气检测器7检测后排放。此时,关闭阀门的测试线路上的反应器6处于隔离状态,可以安装用于测试的催化剂。当催化剂硫老化完成后,不用停机,打开预定测试线路上的阀门,关闭当前测试线路上的阀门,调整气瓶部分的阀门11,即可测试预定反应器中的催化剂样品。不用停机,打开已完成测试的反应器,就可取出硫老化后的催化剂,并根据测试需要在未工作反应器中放置其他催化剂。
尽管上面结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行了描述,但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,并不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围的情况下,还可以做出很多形式,这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统,其特征在于,包括尾气模拟部分和测试部分,所述尾气模拟部分包括通过管路依次连接的气瓶部分、预混合器和主混合器,所述气瓶部分包括多个并列的气瓶,在每个所述气瓶的出口处设有一个阀门Ⅰ,在连接所述预混合器和所述主混合器的管路上接入有水汽发生器,在所述水汽发生器的出口处设有阀门Ⅱ;所述测试部分包括并联的多个测试线路和一个尾气检测器,在每个所述测试线路上依次设有加热炉和反应器,在所述加热炉的入口处设有阀门Ⅲ,在所述反应器的入口处设有温度流量计、出口处设有阀门Ⅳ,所述阀门Ⅳ与所述尾气检测器连接,所述阀门Ⅲ与所述主混合器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用发动机SCR催化剂性能评价系统,其特征在于,所述反应器至少包含三种,其中一种设有陶瓷内衬。
