3. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein the lead member is provided at a side of the electric control box adjacent to the mounting plate.
4. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein the lead member comprises a lead part and a connection part connected to each other, and the connection part is connected to a side of the lead part remote from the electric control box.
5. The outdoor unit of claim 4, wherein the conductive member comprises a metal plate, a first end of the metal plate is connected to the connection part, and a second end of the metal plate is connected to the mounting plate.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 5, wherein the metal plate comprises a first connection section, an intermediate connection section, and a second connection section which are connected in sequence;
the first connecting section is positioned on one side of the middle connecting section, which is close to the lead piece, and is connected with the connecting part of the lead piece;
the second connecting section is located one side that is close to of middle connecting section the mounting panel, and with the mounting panel is connected.
7. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein the first connecting section has a bent surface, and the connecting portion is connected to at least a portion of the bent surface by a fastening member.
8. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein a clamping assembly is further provided between an end of the first connection section, which is far away from the intermediate connection section, and the connection part;
the clamping assembly comprises a buckle and a clamping hole, the buckle is arranged on one of the first connecting section and the connecting part, the clamping hole is arranged on the other one of the first connecting section and the connecting part, and the buckle is clamped in the clamping hole.

The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein the mounting plate comprises a flat plate portion and an extension portion, the extension portion is connected to a plate surface of one side of the flat plate portion, and the second connecting section is connected to the flat plate portion by a fastening member;
and the second connecting section and the extension part are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the flat plate part.
10. The outdoor unit of claim 4, wherein the conductive member comprises a conductive wire including a first terminal and a second terminal, the first terminal being connected to the connection part, the second terminal being connected to the mounting plate.
11. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 2 to 10, wherein the casing includes a base plate, and the mounting plate is coupled to the base plate.
12. The outdoor unit of claim 11, wherein a surface of the electric control box adjacent to one side of the base plate is parallel to the surface of the base plate;
the extending direction of the conductive piece is vertical to the plate surface of the bottom plate; and/or the plate surface of the mounting plate is perpendicular to the plate surface of the bottom plate.
13. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the electric control box is a hermetic electric control box.
14. An air conditioner comprising an indoor unit and an outdoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected by a pipe.
