Referring to fig. 1-2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a fire protection system panel 100 including a substrate laminate 20, a fire protection plate 10a, a balance plate 10b, and two decorative layers 50. The fire-proof plate 10a is attached to one side of the substrate laminate 20. The balance plate 10b is attached to the other side of the substrate laminate 20 opposite to the fire prevention plate 10a, and the thickness of the balance plate 10b is the same as that of the fire prevention plate 10 a. One of the decorative layers 50 is attached to the outer surface of the fire retardant panel 10a, and the other decorative layer 50 is attached to the outer surface of the balance panel 10 b.
The fire protection system panel of the present invention may be a bare panel, that is, omitting the decorative layer. The fireproof system board of the bare board can be directly painted on the outer surface or pasted with cosmetic paper.
The substrate laminate 20 of this embodiment may be a wood core board, or a plastic composite board. Thus, the fire protection system board 100b has a good fire protection function.
The substrate layer 20 may further include aluminum hydroxide crystal particles 21 and silicon dioxide particles 22, so that the hardness of the substrate layer can be effectively increased to be close to that of stone. Aluminum hydroxide is also a flame retardant. Silica particles, or quartz, have high hardness, high temperature resistance, shock resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
The above description is only illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the fireproof system board may also have a function of adding sound insulation, and a sound insulation soft board (not shown) is disposed between the substrate layer board 20 and the fireproof board 10a or the balance board 10 b.
