The following description is given of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to specific embodiments, and those skilled in the art will understand the advantages and effects of the present invention from the disclosure of the present invention. The utility model is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modification and various other changes, which can be made in various details within the specification and without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model. The drawings of the present invention are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to be drawn to scale. The following embodiments will further explain the related art of the present invention in detail, but the disclosure is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It will be understood that, although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements, these elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are used primarily to distinguish one element from another. In addition, the term "or" as used herein should be taken to include any one or combination of more of the associated listed items as the case may be.
[ first embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 1-2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a fire protection system panel 100 including a substrate laminate 20, a fire protection plate 10a, a balance plate 10b, and two decorative layers 50. The fire-proof plate 10a is attached to one side of the substrate laminate 20. The balance plate 10b is attached to the other side of the substrate laminate 20 opposite to the fire prevention plate 10a, and the thickness of the balance plate 10b is the same as that of the fire prevention plate 10 a. One of the decorative layers 50 is attached to the outer surface of the fire retardant panel 10a, and the other decorative layer 50 is attached to the outer surface of the balance panel 10 b.
The fire protection system panel of the present invention may be a bare panel, that is, omitting the decorative layer. The fireproof system board of the bare board can be directly painted on the outer surface or pasted with cosmetic paper.
The substrate laminate 20 of this embodiment may be a wood core board, or a plastic composite board. The wood core board can be of a three-layer structure, wherein the upper layer and the lower layer are thin wood sheets, and the middle is formed by splicing solid wood strips. The plastic plate is a particle-sheet plate formed by smashing wood into fiber particles and then gluing. The substrate layer plate 20, the fire-proof plate 10a and the balance plate 10b are respectively connected with each other by a thermal insulation glue layer (not shown).
The thermal insulating adhesive layer may be Polyurethane (abbreviated as PUR, or PU), a solvent-free adhesive characterized by a low working temperature of about 90 to 130 degrees, cross-linking with water molecules, and good water resistance. The polyurethane has a thermoplastic linear structure and good stability. Good heat insulation, sound insulation, shock resistance and gas defense performance. The hardened polyurethane has the advantages of light weight, excellent sound insulation and heat insulation performance, easy processing and low water absorption.
In this embodiment, the fireproof plate 10a includes mineral powder 11, vermiculite powder 12, metal wires 13, and inorganic additive powder (powder is not labeled). Wherein the inorganic additive powder (powder not numbered) may be, for example, an inorganic cement powder, binding the ore powder 11, the vermiculite powder 12, and the metal wires 13. The wires 13 may increase the structural strength of the fire shield 10 a. Such as a platinum wire.
The density of the balance plate 10b is preferably the same as the density of the fire protection plate 10 a. The balance board 10b may be a board formed by setting an inorganic cement material, a thermosetting resin board, a calcium silicate board, or the like.
Specifically, the thickness of the fire-proof plate 10a and the balance plate 10b of the present embodiment may be between 2.7 mm and 3.5 mm, which mainly provides a fire-proof effect. The thickness of the substrate plies 20 may be 12 to 19 mm, which may increase the strength and stiffness of the overall panel. The integral fireproof system board of the utility model is about 18 to 19 mm or 25 mm, can be used for furniture cabinets, can reduce the volume occupied by the board, and effectively saves the living space.
[ second embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 3, the difference from the above embodiment is that the structure of the balance board may be the same as the fire retardant board, in other words, the fire retardant system board 100b of the second embodiment, which includes the substrate layer board 20, two fire retardant boards 10a, and two decorative layers 50. Thus, the fire protection system board 100b has a good fire protection function.
The substrate layer 20 may further include aluminum hydroxide crystal particles 21 and silicon dioxide particles 22, so that the hardness of the substrate layer can be effectively increased to be close to that of stone. Aluminum hydroxide is also a flame retardant. Silica particles, or quartz, have high hardness, high temperature resistance, shock resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
The above description is only illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the fireproof system board may also have a function of adding sound insulation, and a sound insulation soft board (not shown) is disposed between the substrate layer board 20 and the fireproof board 10a or the balance board 10 b. The sound-insulating soft sheet may be an existing sound-insulating blanket, and is preferably made of a recyclable material, and does not contain a metal component and does not cause electromagnetic interference. The thickness may be, for example, between 0.8 mm and 1 mm.
[ advantageous effects of the embodiments ]
The fireproof system plate provided by the utility model can achieve the function of flame resistance through the fireproof plate 10a with the mineral powder 11, the vermiculite powder 12 and the metal wires 13, and the metal wires can increase the structural strength. The utility model can achieve good flame resistance.
Furthermore, the substrate plies 20 of the fire protection system board may be wood core boards, or plastic composite boards, making weight light. In addition, the substrate laminated plate can contain aluminum hydroxide crystal particles and silicon dioxide particles, the hardness of the laminated plate can be approximate to that of stone, the laminated plate can be directly constructed in a household space, or the laminated plate can be used as a furniture cabinet body, and the space of the plate or the cabinet body is effectively saved.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
