As shown in fig. 5, since the bottom wall of the snow throwing cylinder 200 is circular, the side wall of the snow throwing cylinder 200 is cylindrical, the cylinder height of the cylindrical structure is 5-50 cm, for example, 20cm, thereby ensuring the depth of the snow throwing cavity, further, the diameter of the cylindrical structure is 20-70 cm, for example, 40cm or 50cm, within the above ranges of height and diameter, the snow collecting capacity of the snow throwing cavity for collecting snow is effectively ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the running device 50 may be, for example, a wheel hub motor and a tire connected to the wheel hub motor to drive the snow sweeper to self-run and steer, the control device 60 includes a plurality of operation control elements to control the operation of the snow sweeper, such as forward, backward, steer and the like, of course, the control device 60 further stores a control program for snow sweeping of the snow sweeper so as to control the snow sweeper to perform snow sweeping and rolling operations in a predetermined program, the snow outlet direction adjusting device 70 is connected to the snow outlet barrel base 202 of the snow sweeper 20, and adjusts the steering of the snow outlet barrel through a rocker, a gear and the like, and the operator manually adjusts the rocker to achieve the snow direction, which is not particularly limited. These can be designed and selected according to actual needs with reference to existing structures and products.
As shown in fig. 1, 13 to 16, when snow sweeping and rolling operations are performed, the snow sweeper is started to scoop up snow on the ground through a snow-scooping blade 102 and a snow-rolling blade 101 of the snow sweeper, the snow-rolling blade 101 rotates along with the power unit 30, the snow enters a snow throwing cavity of the snow throwing device 20 through the snow rolling cavity, and the snow is thrown out of the snow sweeper through the snow throwing operations of the snow throwing device 20, thereby completing the snow sweeping and rolling operations.
As described above, according to the snow rolling device and the snow sweeper provided by the utility model, the snow rolling cutter and the snow throwing cutter can be driven to rotate simultaneously through the worm gear and worm transmission and the power device, and the integrally formed worm gear box body is arranged at the joint of the worm gear and the worm, so that the joint of the worm gear and the worm is sealed, and the oil leakage phenomenon cannot occur when liquid oil is used. The snow rolling device further utilizes the mutual matching of the shell, the snow shoveling knife, the snow rolling knife and the ground feet, snow on the ground can be quickly and stably shoveled, and the snow can be further thrown out through the snow sweeper body. The snow rolling device provided by the utility model can reduce the weight of the whole machine, is small in loss, light, convenient, high in strength and higher in efficiency, can quickly shovel snow on the ground, and is high in snow removing efficiency.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the utility model. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
