The length of the dust collecting region 511 can be arbitrarily set, and further, in order to achieve a better dust collecting effect, the length of the dust collecting region 511 is 1/3-2/3 of the vertical distance from the air inlet 125 to the air outlet 124, so as to provide sufficient dust collecting time for the air flow.
The air outlet 124 is connected with the air outlet channel 126, and an airflow outlet of the air outlet channel 126 corresponds to the air suction fan 700; the suction fan 700 is activated to drive an airflow into the ironing machine and out of the surface of the ironing machine enclosure 110. The air inlet 125 is preferably located near the top of the housing 500 to enhance the dust collection effect of the air flow entering the housing 500.
It should be understood that the water tank 200 of a general ironing machine includes a main water tank for supplying water to a sub-water tank 210, and the sub-water tank 210 for supplying water to a water requiring device inside the ironing main body 100. In some embodiments, the airflow through the filter cartridge 510 flows out of the surface of the ironing machine bottom enclosure 110; specifically, as shown in fig. 3, after the driving device, such as the motor 600, drives the suction fan 700 to operate, the air flow enters from the air hole 122 of the operating part 120, enters the filter element 510 along the air inlet channel 123, then flows out through the air outlet 124 of the housing 500, and is discharged from the bottom plane 140 of the ironing main body 100; the air path arrangement mode prevents the air flow from heating the air flow through the water pump of the heating element on the ironing main body 100; in addition, the suction fan 700, the driving device, the heating element water pump and other components are separately arranged, so that one end of the ironing main body 100 is prevented from being too heavy.
In some embodiments, one end of the housing 500 communicates with the air hole 122 and the other end communicates with the suction fan 700. The housing 500 is a hollow shell-shaped member, and the housing 500 may be provided in any shape. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, one end of the housing 500 communicates with the air hole 122 through the air inlet passage 123 to facilitate the air flow, and the other end of the housing 500 communicates with the room where the suction fan 700 is located through the air outlet 124 of the housing 500. In some embodiments, the filter element 510 includes a filter element body, and the filter element body further contains a filter material, which may be one or more of filter cotton, non-woven fabric, activated carbon, and other filter materials commonly used in the art. Further, when it is the non-woven fabrics, the non-woven fabrics is buckled in the filter core body and is extended to increase the area of contact of air current and non-woven fabrics, promote the clean efficiency of non-woven fabrics to the air current.
Further, the filter element 510 covers the side of the housing 500 where the air outlet 124 is located. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the length of the filter element is set according to the height of the side of the housing 500 where the air outlet 124 is located, so as to accelerate the purification rate of the air flow by the filter element 510 in the housing 500.
Further, the air inlet direction of the air flow in the filter element 510 and the air hole 122 is opposite to each other, so that the air flow is fully contacted with the filter element, and the filtering efficiency of the filter element is improved.
The filter element 510 can be positioned anywhere within the housing 500, only to ensure that the filter element 510 is able to purify the air flow entering the housing 500. In some embodiments, the filter element 510 is fixedly mounted to the inner wall of the housing 500, and the air outlet 124 of the dust box is located on the inner wall of the housing 500. As shown in fig. 3, the filter element is attached to the inner wall of the dust box where the air outlet 124 is located, so as to provide sufficient time for the air flow entering the housing 500 to settle large particles of materials, such as dust.
Further, the distance between the central axis of the air inlet passage 123 and the bottom plane 140 of the ironing machine is greater than the distance between the air outlet 124 of the housing 500 and the bottom plane 140 of the ironing machine, so that a certain height difference is formed between the entering air flow and the initial air flow, thereby better purifying the air flow entering the housing 500.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the housing 500 is disposed near the side of the water tank 200 (sub-tank 210), and the outer contour of the housing 500 and the outer contour of the water tank 200 (sub-tank 210) form an integral contour to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the integral appearance.
Further, the sub-tank 210 includes a transparent or translucent tank housing to facilitate a user to observe the water inflow condition in the sub-tank 210, i.e., to avoid the water shortage or water excess in the sub-tank 210. 3. The filtering apparatus of a hand-held ironing machine with adsorption function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is made of a transparent or translucent material.
4. The filtering device of a hand-held ironing machine with adsorption function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a dust collecting area is further included between said filter element and said air inlet.
5. The filtering apparatus of a hand-held ironing machine with suction function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is detachably coupled to a main body portion of the ironing machine.
6. The filtering apparatus of a hand-held ironing machine with adsorption function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the housing is non-detachably coupled to a sub-tank detachably coupled to a main body portion of the ironing machine.
7. The filtering device of a hand-held ironing machine with adsorption function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter cartridge further comprises a filter cartridge body, and the filter cartridge body comprises one or more of non-woven fabric, filter cotton or activated carbon.
8. The filtering apparatus of a hand-held ironing machine with adsorption function as claimed in claim 1, wherein an outer contour of the housing is identical to an outer contour of the sub water tank.
9. The filtering apparatus of a hand-held ironing machine with suction function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air inlet is provided near a top of the housing.
10. Ironing machine, characterized in that it comprises a filtering device of a hand-held ironing machine with suction function according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
