5. The dirt cup assembly of claim 1, wherein the air vent and the second filter element are each in a plurality, the plurality of second filter elements corresponding one-to-one with the plurality of air vents.
6. The dirt cup assembly of a vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein said dirt collection member is a dirt bag.
7. A vacuum cleaner, comprising the dirt cup assembly of the vacuum cleaner of any one of claims 1-6.
