coating the oily easy-to-clean finish paint on the surface of the first primer layer 5 and drying to form an easy-to-clean finish paint layer 6 on the surface of the first primer layer 5;
coating the surface of the second primer layer with the oily easy-to-clean finishing coat or other types of finishing coats and drying to form the second finishing coat layer on the surface of the second primer layer;
