One end of the drainage pipe 1120 can be communicated with the first drainage port 1113, and the other end of the drainage pipe 1120 is provided with a second drainage port 1121. One end of the blocking plate 1130 may be rotatably connected to the soil pipe 1120 so that the blocking plate 1130 can close or open the second soil outlet 1121. Dirt can enter the first inner cavity 1111 of the base tube 1110 from the first opening 1112, pass through the first dirt discharge opening 1113, enter the dirt discharge tube 1120, and be discharged through the second dirt discharge opening 1121 of the dirt discharge tube 1120.
The bathroom chassis 1000 may be understood as a floor assembly of a prefabricated bathroom, which may be spliced with a prefabricated wall and a prefabricated ceiling to form a spliced bathroom. By way of example only, the sanitary chassis 1000 may include a waterproof layer and a floor layer laid over the waterproof layer. In some embodiments, the base tube 1110 can be made of a metal (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper alloy, or the like), plastic, or fiberglass, or the like. In other embodiments, the base tube 1110 can be an aluminum casting that can provide a base tube 1110 that is lightweight, easy to transport and install, and easy to machine. The drain 1120 may be a PVC pipe, a PE pipe, a stainless steel pipe, or the like.
In some embodiments, the other end of the soil pipe 1120 may be used to communicate with a drain pipe, and soil may be discharged into the drain pipe through the second soil outlet 1121. The discharge conduit may be a conduit of a pre-established sewerage system on the floor of a room to be serviced (e.g. a toilet, shower etc.), such as a sewer pipe, waste pipe, etc., or other conduit communicating with a sewage collection system. In some embodiments, the waste pipe 1120 may be connected to the drain pipe by a fixed connection. For example, the connection of the drain 1120 to the drain pipe may be accomplished by welding or bonding, etc. In other embodiments, the inner diameter of the drain pipe may be larger than the outer diameter of the drain pipe 1120, and the lower end of the drain pipe 1120 may be inserted into the drain pipe.
In some embodiments, the first opening 1112 of the base tube 1110 may be used to connect to ground drainage, such as: floor drain, discharge pipe of toilet, discharge pipe of washing machine, discharge pipe of bowl washing tank, etc.
In some embodiments, there may be a fixed connection between the sanitary napkin 1000 and the base tube 1110. For example, the sanitary ware base plate 1000 and the base pipe 1110 may be connected by welding, bonding, or the like. As another example, base tube 1110 may be placed at a designated location in sanitary base 1000 when sanitary base 1000 is poured. In other embodiments, sanitary napkin 1000 and base tube 1110 can be an integrally formed structure. In other embodiments, the sanitary bottom 1000 is detachably connected to the base tube 1110. In still other embodiments, the base tube 1110 can be mounted to the sanitary napkin 1000 via the mounting slot 1200 and the mounting base 1300 (shown in fig. 5), see the related contents below with respect to fig. 5.
In some embodiments, the base tube 1110 and the waste tube 1120 can be a fixed connection. For example, the base pipe 1110 and the soil drainage pipe 1120 can be connected by welding, bonding, and the like. In other embodiments, the base tube 1110 and the waste tube 1120 may be an integrally formed structure. In still other embodiments, the base tube 1110 and the waste tube 1120 can be removably connected. For example, the base pipe 1110 and the soil discharge pipe 1120 can be connected by a threaded connection, a clamping connection, or the like. By providing the base pipe 1110 and the soil pipe 1120 in a detachable connection, the soil pipe 1120 can be easily replaced. In addition, the blow-off pipe 1120 can be connected with the base pipe 1110 at the construction site, so that the transportation is convenient, and the rapid assembly can be realized at the construction site.
In some embodiments, the pivotal connection of one end of the blocking plate 1130 to the waste pipe 1120 may be a hinge. The shape of the shield 1130 may be circular, rectangular, irregular, etc. In some embodiments, the shape of the baffle 1130 may match the shape of the second soil exit 1121. For example, when the second soil discharge opening 1121 is rectangular, the shape of the blocking plate 1130 is also rectangular. In some embodiments, the end of the shield 1130 connected to the waste pipe 1120 may be the upper end of the shield 1130 (e.g., the upper side of the rectangular shield 1130 shown in fig. 1-3), the lower end of the shield 1130 (e.g., the lower side of the rectangular shield 1130 shown in fig. 1-3), or the side end of the shield 1130 (e.g., the left side or the right side of the rectangular shield 1130 shown in fig. 1). In some embodiments, the barrier 1130 may be made of stainless steel, PCV, PE, or the like.
In some embodiments, the shutter 1130 can rotate to open the second soil outlet 1121 by the impact of soil. The blocking plate 1130 may completely cover the second soil discharge opening 1121 or may partially cover the second soil discharge opening 1121. In some embodiments, the shield 1130 is capable of rotating upward under the impact of dirt.
In some embodiments, the shutter 1130 can rotate under its own weight to close the second soil discharge opening 1121. After the baffle 1130 rotates (e.g., rotates upward) under the impact of the sewage to open the second sewage draining exit 1121, the baffle 1130 can rotate (e.g., rotates downward) under the gravity of itself to automatically close the second sewage draining exit 1121, so as to achieve the effect of deodorization. In some embodiments, the upper end of the blocking plate 1130 is rotatably connected to the sewage discharge pipe 1120, and the blocking plate 1130 may be extended in a vertical direction when the blocking plate 1130 is in a state of closing the second sewage discharge port 1121.
In other embodiments, an elastic restoring member (not shown) is disposed between the blocking plate 1130 and the soil pipe 1120. After the baffle 1130 rotates under the impact of the dirt to open the second dirt discharge outlet 1121, the baffle 1130 can rotate under the action of the elastic reset member to close the second dirt discharge outlet 1121. Due to the limitation of factors such as installation environment and pipeline size, the opening direction of the second sewage draining exit 1121 may face a plurality of different directions, and by arranging the elastic resetting piece, no matter how the opening direction of the second sewage draining exit 1121 on the sewage draining pipe 1120 is arranged, the baffle 1130 is ensured to be capable of closing the second sewage draining exit 1121, so as to ensure the deodorization effect of the sewage draining device 1100. In some embodiments, the resilient return member may comprise a torsion spring, a resilient rubber band, or the like. For example, when the elastic restoring member includes a spring, one end of the spring may be connected to the blocking plate 1130, and the other end of the spring may be connected to the wall of the soil pipe 1120. When the blocking plate 1130 rotates under the impact of the dirt to open the second soil discharge opening 1121, the spring is extended; when the dirt is discharged, the blocking plate 1130 can rotate to close the second dirt discharge outlet 1121 by the elastic restoring force of the spring.
In some embodiments, the other end (lower end as shown in FIG. 1) of the shield 1130 may be provided with a weighting structure 1131. The weighting structure 1131 is used to increase the weight of the other end of the shield 1130. The weight-increasing structure 1131 may be disposed on the baffle 1130 by bonding or welding, and the weight-increasing structure 1131 may also be integrally formed with the baffle 1130. Since the rotation connection portion of the blocking plate 1130 and the soil discharge pipe 1120 may accumulate soil, it is difficult for the blocking plate 1130 to smoothly rotate under its own weight to close the second soil discharge port 1121, and by increasing the weight of the other end of the blocking plate 1130, it is possible to reduce the risk that the blocking plate 1130 is caught and is difficult to rotate under its own weight. In some embodiments, the material of the weighting structures 1131 may have a higher density than the material of other portions of the baffles 1130. In other embodiments, the thickness of the weighting structures 1131 may be thicker than the thickness of the rest of the shield 1130.
In some embodiments, the second soil discharge opening 1121 may be formed on a sidewall of the soil discharge pipe 1120. One end of the blocking plate 1130 may be rotatably coupled to a sidewall of the drain pipe 1120.
In other embodiments, the drain 1120 may include a first arc 1122, a second arc 1123, a first plate 1124 and a second plate 1125. The first arc-shaped portion 1122 and the inner arc-shaped surface of the second arc-shaped portion 1123 are arranged opposite to each other to form a sewage discharge pipe 1120. One end of the first plate body 1124 is connected to one end of the first arc-shaped portion 1122, and one end of the second plate body 1125 is connected to one end of the second arc-shaped portion 1123. The first plate body 1124 extends from the first arc-shaped portion 1122 toward the inside of the soil discharge pipe 1120 in a direction away from the base pipe 1110, and the second plate body 1125 extends from the second arc-shaped portion 1123 toward the inside of the soil discharge pipe 1120 in a direction away from the base pipe 1110. The other end of the first plate body 1124 is located below the other end of the second plate body 1125, so that the second sludge discharge hole 1121 is formed between the first plate body 1124 and the second plate body 1125. By thus providing the structure of the drain 1120, the space occupied by the drain 1120 having the blocking plate 1130 can be reduced, so that the sewage discharge apparatus 1100 can be more widely used, and the sewage discharge performance of the sewage discharge apparatus 1100 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the first arc portion 1122 may be an arc portion of a longer side of the pipe wall of the soil pipe 1120, and the second arc portion 1123 may be an arc portion of a shorter side of the pipe wall of the soil pipe 1120. The first plate body 1124 may be connected to an end of the first arc part 1122, which is far away from the base pipe 1110, and the second plate body 1125 may be connected to an end of the second arc part 1123, which is far away from the base pipe 1110, so that the second plate body 1125 can be positioned above the first plate body 1124, and a second discharging outlet 1121 is formed between the first plate body 1124 and the second plate body 1125.
In some embodiments, the first plate 1124 extends from the first curved portion 1122 toward the inside of the soil pipe 1120 and away from the base pipe 1110, and the second plate 1125 extends from the second curved portion 1123 toward the inside of the soil pipe 1120 and away from the base pipe 1110. Through such setting, when blow off pipe 1120 roughly sets up along vertical direction, be difficult for piling up the filth on first plate body 1124 and the second plate body 1125 to play better deodorant effect.
In some embodiments, the first arc portion 1122 and the second arc portion 1123 may be integrally formed structures, and the first plate body 1124 and the second plate body 1125 may be connected to the integrally formed first arc portion 1122 and second arc portion 1123, respectively. In other embodiments, the first curved portion 1122, the second curved portion 1123, the first plate body 1124 and the second plate body 1125 may be integrally formed structures. In still other embodiments, the first arc-shaped portion 1122, the second arc-shaped portion 1123, the first plate 1124 and the second plate 1125 may be assembled after being formed by machining. For example, the first arc-shaped portion 1122, the second arc-shaped portion 1123, the first plate body 1124 and the second plate body 1125 may be formed and then combined into the drainage pipe 1120 by bonding or welding. The drain pipe 1120 can be processed by blow molding, pouring, 3D printing, and the like.
In some embodiments, the edge of the other end of the first plate body 1124 and the edge of the other end of the second plate body 1125 are positioned on the same plane, and the plane is parallel to the axis of the soil discharge pipe 1120. An edge of the other end of the first plate body 1124 refers to an edge of the one end of the first plate body 1124 remote from the first arc-shaped portion 1122, and an edge of the other end of the second plate body 1125 refers to an edge of the one end of the second plate body 1125 remote from the second arc-shaped portion 1123. With such a design, when the sewage discharge pipe 1120 is arranged along the vertical direction, the baffle 1130 is just positioned at the position arranged along the vertical direction to close the second sewage discharge outlet 1121, and the baffle 1130 is convenient to rotate downwards under the action of gravity to close the second sewage discharge outlet 1121.
In some embodiments, the shield 1130 may be pivotally attached to the second panel 1125. Through the structural design of the sewage discharging pipe 1120 and the rotation of the baffle 1130 to the second plate 1125, the space occupied by the rotating baffle 1130 may not be additionally increased, so that the sewage discharging apparatus 1100 of the present application may be applied to various sewage discharging environments. In other embodiments, the blocking plate 1130 may also be rotatably connected to the side of the first curved portion 1122.
In some embodiments, a sealing member is disposed at the connection between the drain pipe 1120 and the lower drain pipe, and the sealing member can prevent water from leaking out of the connection between the drain pipe 1120 and the drain pipe, and can further prevent odor. In some embodiments, the sealing member may be a sealing portion formed by a sealing adhesive or a foaming adhesive, for example, the sealing adhesive or the foaming adhesive may be filled at the joint of the drain pipe 1120 and the drain pipe 1120 after the drain pipe is inserted into the drain pipe, so that a gap at the joint of the drain pipe and the drain pipe 1120, in which leakage may occur, is sealed.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the waste pipe 1120 may be provided with a first protruding ring 1126 and a second protruding ring 1127, the first protruding ring 1126 and the second protruding ring 1127 are spaced apart along the axial direction of the waste pipe 1120, and a first sealing member 1128 is provided between the first protruding ring 1126 and the second protruding ring 1127. In some embodiments, the first seal 1128 may be a sealing ring that fits around the drain 1120. When the lower part of the sewage draining pipe 1120 is inserted into a water draining pipeline, the first sealing element 1128 can be limited by the first convex ring 1126 and the second convex ring 1127, so that the situation that the first sealing element 1128 cannot be sealed due to axial movement along the sewage draining pipe 1120 is effectively prevented.
The advantages that may be brought by the pollution discharge device disclosed in the present application include, but are not limited to: (1) the baffle capable of opening or closing the second sewage draining exit is arranged on the sewage draining pipe, so that the deodorization effect can be realized; (2) the sewage draining device with the deodorization effect has simple structure and lower manufacturing cost; (3) through the structural design of the first arc-shaped part, the second arc-shaped part, the first plate body and the second plate body, not only can a better deodorization effect be achieved, but also the space occupied by the sewage discharge pipe with the baffle can be reduced; (4) through setting up the first plate body and extending towards the inside direction of just keeping away from the base pipe of blow off pipe from first arc portion, the second plate body extends towards the inside direction of just keeping away from the base pipe of blow off pipe from second arc portion, can prevent effectively that the filth from piling up in the blow off pipe. Due to the eccentric design of the mounting seat 1300, the position of the third opening 1330 may be adaptively adjusted during the process of installing the mounting seat 1300 into the installation groove 1200. Due to the eccentric design of the base tube 1110, the position of the first exhaust 1113 may be adaptively adjusted during the process of loading the base tube 1110 into the mounting receptacle 1300.
In some embodiments, by such an arrangement, when the opening of the drain pipe deviates from the position of the pre-hole slot (i.e., the mounting slot 1200) for mounting the drain device 1100 on the sanitary base (for example, the opening of the drain pipe is not located at the center of the mounting slot 1200), the alignment of the first drain 1113 (or the second drain 1121) with the position of the opening of the drain pipe can be achieved by rotating the mounting seat 1300 with respect to the mounting slot 1200 and rotating the base pipe 1110 with respect to the mounting seat 1300, so that the drain 1120 can pass through the mounting slot 1200 and the third opening 1330 of the mounting seat 1300 and then be connected with the drain pipe, thereby facilitating the mounting of the sanitary base 1000.
In some embodiments, the sanitary bottom plate 1000 further comprises a second seal 1400 and a third seal 1500, the second seal 1400 is disposed between the mounting seat 1300 and the mounting groove 1200, and the third seal 1500 is disposed between the mounting seat 1300 and the base tube 1110. In some embodiments, the second sealing element 1400 may be a sealing ring sleeved outside the mounting seat 1300, and the second sealing element 1400 may also be a sealing portion formed by a sealing adhesive or a foaming adhesive, for example, the sealing adhesive or the foaming adhesive may be filled between the mounting seat 1300 and the mounting groove 1200 after the mounting seat 1300 is placed in the mounting groove 1200. In some embodiments, the third sealing element 1500 may be a sealing ring sleeved on the outer surface of the base tube 1110, and the third sealing element 1500 may also be a sealing portion formed by a sealing glue or a foaming glue, for example, the sealing glue or the foaming glue may be filled between the base tube 1110 and the mounting seat 1300 after the base tube 1110 is placed in the mounting seat 1300.
