Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a multi-layer closed deodorizing drain device, comprising: the water draining device and the telescopic pipe 4 are connected with the water outlet end of the water draining device; the method is characterized in that: the deodorizing plug also comprises a fixed deodorizing core 2 and a combined deodorizing plug structure 5; the fixed deodorization core 2 is respectively arranged at the water inlet end of the drainer through a fixing nut 1 and is fixedly arranged at the water outlet end of the drainer through a telescopic pipe 4; the combined deodorant plug structure 5 is arranged at the tail end of the telescopic pipe 4; two fixed deodorant cores 2, a drainer and a combined deodorant plug structure 5 form a multi-layer closed deodorant drainage device.
The drainer is a deodorization drainer and is an inclined double-row drainer 3; the inclined double-row drainer 3 includes: the inclined drainer main body 32, the backwater bowl 31 and the standby flap 33; the inclined drainer main body 32 is divided into three parts, namely, a water inlet pipe body 321, an inclined pipe body 323, and a drain pipe body 327; the water inlet pipe 321 is arranged at the middle position of the upper part of the inclined pipe 323 and is communicated with the inclined pipe 323; the sewer pipe 327 is arranged at a position near the upper end of the lower part of the inclined pipe 323 and is communicated with the inclined pipe 323; the middle of the inclined pipe body 323 is provided with an inclined guide baffle 325, and the lower end of the guide baffle 325 is directly pointed to the center of the backwater bowl 31 but does not reach the center; the deflector 325 divides the inside of the inclined pipe body 323 into an upper drain passage 322 and a lower drain passage 326; the mouth of the upper drainage channel 322 at the upper end of the inclined pipe body 323 is provided with a standby water inlet 324, the opening of the lower drainage channel 326 is sealed by a standby flap 33; the bottom end of the inclined pipe body 323 is of an open structure, and the backwater bowl 31 is in closed connection with the bottom end of the inclined pipe body 323 through threads; a stopper 328 is arranged on the outer wall of the inclined pipe body 323 near the lower port and is used for blocking excessive assembly of the backwater bowl 31; a sealing ring groove 329 is arranged on the side, facing the backwater bowl 31, of the sealing stopper 328, and a sealing ring 330 is arranged in the sealing ring groove 329; the cross-sectional area of the drain channel 326 is the same as the cross-sectional area of the drain pipe 327 or slightly smaller than the cross-sectional area of the drain pipe 327.
The whole of fixed deodorant core 2 is made for silica gel, includes: the conical mounting port 21, the cylindrical section structure 22, the gradual closing-in section 23, the dislocation closing-in section 24, the fitting closing-in section 25 and the thickened outlet section 26; the top end of the cylindrical section structure 22 is designed into a conical mounting opening 21, and the outer edge of the conical mounting opening 21 is of a conical structure which is inclined inwards from top to bottom; the lower part of the cylindrical section structure 22 is provided with a gradual change closing-up section 23, and the gradual change closing-up section 23 is a staggered closing-up opening 24 which gradually changes from a round opening type structure of the cylindrical section structure 22 at the upper end to a straight opening type at the bottom end; the dislocation closing port 24 is formed by high-bottom drop of the closing end caused by different gradual radians of two side edges of the gradual closing section 23; the attaching and closing section 25 is formed by attaching two latex sheets together at the lower part of the dislocation closing port 24, and realizes water separation by utilizing the self characteristics of the latex product and closing by anhydrous reduction; the edge of the opening at the bottom of the attaching and closing section 25 is a thickened outlet 26, and trapezoid thickening treatment is arranged at the edges of two latex sheets, so that the edges of the latex sheets have stronger reducing force.
The upper end of the telescopic pipe 4 is connected with a drainer, and the lower end is provided with a combined deodorant plug structure 5; the upper portion of flexible pipe 4 is provided with stereoplasm installation chamber 42, and the upper end inner wall oral area of installation chamber 42 is provided with wedge 41 for install fixed deodorant core 2.
The combined deodorant plug structure 5 comprises: a deodorizing upper cover 51, a reducing deodorizing plug 52 and a plug deodorizing core 53; the deodorant upper cover 51 is opened at the lower end, and the upper end is provided with a mounting reference surface 511, a mounting caulking groove 512 and a mounting hole 513; the plug type deodorization core 53 and the plug bush of the variable-diameter deodorization plug 52 are combined into a whole, and the upper fixed edge 531 of the plug type deodorization core 53 is lapped on the upper edge 521 of the variable-diameter deodorization plug 52; the reducing deodorant plug 52 is arranged in the deodorant plug upper cover 51, and the upper edge 521 is assembled with the installation reference surface 511 in a fitting way; the upper fixing edge 531 of the plug type deodorization core 53 is embedded into the mounting caulking groove 512 and is tightly attached; the plug type deodorization core 53 is an integral structure made of silica gel by one-step molding; the method sequentially comprises the following steps from top to bottom: an upper fixing edge 531, a thick sealing sleeve 533, a thin sealing sleeve 535, a gradual closing section 23, a dislocation closing section 24, a fitting closing section 25 and a thickened outlet section 26; the coarse seal sleeve 533 and the fine seal sleeve 535 are transitionally concentric with each other via a seal land 534; the top end of the rough sealing sleeve 533 is provided with an upper fixing edge 531; the lower end of the thin sealing sleeve 535 is connected with the upper end of the gradual change closing-in section 23; the gradual change closing-in section 23 is a staggered closing-in 24 of which the shape of the straight mouth is gradually changed from a round mouth shape structure at the upper end to a straight mouth shape at the bottom end; the dislocation closing port 24 is formed by high-bottom drop of the closing end caused by different gradual radians of two side edges of the gradual closing section 23; the attaching and closing section 25 is formed by attaching two latex sheets together at the lower part of the dislocation closing port 24, and realizes water separation by utilizing the self characteristics of the latex product and closing by anhydrous reduction; the edge of the closing part 25 is a thickened outlet part 26, and trapezoid thickening treatment is arranged on the edges of two latex sheets, so that the edges of the latex sheets have stronger reducing force; the outer wall of the connection part of the thick sealing sleeve 533 and the upper fixing edge 531 is provided with a wedge-shaped structure 532; the outer wall where the thin sealing sleeve 535 is connected to the sealing land 534 is provided with a wedge structure 532; the two wedge structures 532 are provided to increase the tightness with the external connection tube; the reducing deodorant plug 52 is of a short cylinder structure made of silica gel with certain hardness; the reducing deodorant plug 52 has an outer sealing wall 524 and an inner sealing wall 522, and the top ends of the outer sealing wall 524 and the inner sealing wall 522 are connected by an upper edge 521; the upper part of the outer sealing wall 524 is provided with a wedge-shaped design 523, the lower part is provided with a < type sealing structure 525, and double sealing with a water pipe is realized through the wedge-shaped design 523 and the < type sealing structure 525; the upper half section of the inner sealing wall 522 is of a straight cylinder section structure, and the lower half section is in arc-shaped closing-in design; the arc-shaped closing-in part is made of soft silica gel, so that the arc-shaped closing-in part is easy to deform; an inner support ring 515 and an outer support ring 514 are arranged in the deodorant upper cover 51; the inner diameter of the inner support ring 515 is the same as the inner diameter of the mounting hole 513, and the outer diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the fine seal sleeve 535, and the fine seal sleeve 535 is supported and sealed after being mounted; the outer diameter of the outer support ring 514 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the rough seal sleeve 533, and the rough seal sleeve 533 is supported and sealed after being installed; at least one sealing ring 526 is provided on the top end of the < seal structure 525 and on the outer walls of the coarse sealing sleeve 533 and the fine sealing sleeve 535.
The upper part of the fixing nut 1 is provided with a conical mounting part 11 for connection with the pipe line of the telescopic pipe 4.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, the present invention further provides a multi-layer closed deodorizing and draining device, comprising: the water draining device and the telescopic pipe 4 are connected with the water outlet end of the water draining device; the method is characterized in that: the deodorizing plug also comprises a fixed deodorizing core 2 and a combined deodorizing plug structure 5; the fixed deodorization core 2 is respectively arranged at the water inlet end of the drainer through a fixing nut 1 and is fixedly arranged at the water outlet end of the drainer through a telescopic pipe 4; the combined deodorant plug structure 5 is arranged at the tail end of the telescopic pipe 4; two fixed deodorant cores 2, a drainer and a combined deodorant plug structure 5 form a multi-layer closed deodorant drainage device.
The drainer is a deodorization type drainer which is a spherical drainer 6 special for a hanging cabinet; the special spherical drainer 6 for the hanging cabinet comprises a spherical drainer main body 61 and a spherical backwater sealing cover 62; the spherical drainer main body 61 is composed of a water inlet pipe 612, an inclined pipe, and a sewer pipe 615; the inclined pipeline is composed of a short upper drainage channel 613 and a long lower drainage channel 614 which are divided by a flow guide partition 325; the lower end of the water inlet pipeline 612 is connected with a short upper drainage channel 613; the top end of the sewer pipe 615 is connected with the upper end of the long sewer pipe 614; the cross-sectional area of the long drain channel 614 is the same as the cross-sectional area of the drain channel 615 or slightly less than the cross-sectional area of the drain channel 615; the spherical backwater cover 62 is arranged at the lower part of the junction of the water inlet pipeline 612 and the inclined pipeline to form an arc backwater channel; the sewer pipe 615 is divided into a position where the outer wall of the inclined pipe is vertically arranged downwards and is close to the lower port, and a stopper 328 is arranged for blocking excessive assembly of the spherical backwater sealing cover 62; a seal ring groove 329 is arranged on one side of the sealing device 328, which is opposite to the spherical backwater sealing cover 62, and a seal ring 330 is arranged in the seal ring groove; the lower end of the flow guide clapboard 325 is directly pointed to the center of the water return bowl, but does not reach the center; the inner wall of the upper end of the water inlet pipe 612 is provided with a conical surface 611.
The whole of fixed deodorant core 2 is made for silica gel, includes: the conical mounting port 21, the cylindrical section structure 22, the gradual closing-in section 23, the dislocation closing-in section 24, the fitting closing-in section 25 and the thickened outlet section 26; the top end of the cylindrical section structure 22 is designed into a conical mounting opening 21, and the outer edge of the conical mounting opening 21 is of a conical structure which is inclined inwards from top to bottom; the lower part of the cylindrical section structure 22 is provided with a gradual change closing-up section 23, and the gradual change closing-up section 23 is a staggered closing-up opening 24 which gradually changes from a round opening type structure of the cylindrical section structure 22 at the upper end to a straight opening type at the bottom end; the dislocation closing port 24 is formed by high-bottom drop of the closing end caused by different gradual radians of two side edges of the gradual closing section 23; the attaching and closing section 25 is formed by attaching two latex sheets together at the lower part of the dislocation closing port 24, and realizes water separation by utilizing the self characteristics of the latex product and closing by anhydrous reduction; the edge of the opening at the bottom of the attaching and closing section 25 is a thickened outlet 26, and trapezoid thickening treatment is arranged at the edges of two latex sheets, so that the edges of the latex sheets have stronger reducing force.
The upper end of the telescopic pipe 4 is connected with a drainer, and the lower end is provided with a combined deodorant plug structure 5; the upper portion of flexible pipe 4 is provided with stereoplasm installation chamber 42, and the upper end inner wall oral area of installation chamber 42 is provided with wedge 41 for install fixed deodorant core 2.
The combined deodorant plug structure 5 comprises: a deodorizing upper cover 51, a reducing deodorizing plug 52 and a plug deodorizing core 53; the deodorant upper cover 51 is opened at the lower end, and the upper end is provided with a mounting reference surface 511, a mounting caulking groove 512 and a mounting hole 513; the plug type deodorization core 53 and the plug bush of the variable-diameter deodorization plug 52 are combined into a whole, and the upper fixed edge 531 of the plug type deodorization core 53 is lapped on the upper edge 521 of the variable-diameter deodorization plug 52; the reducing deodorant plug 52 is arranged in the deodorant plug upper cover 51, and the upper edge 521 is assembled with the installation reference surface 511 in a fitting way; the upper fixing edge 531 of the plug type deodorization core 53 is embedded into the mounting caulking groove 512 and is tightly attached; the plug type deodorization core 53 is an integral structure made of silica gel by one-step molding; the method sequentially comprises the following steps from top to bottom: an upper fixing edge 531, a thick sealing sleeve 533, a thin sealing sleeve 535, a gradual closing section 23, a dislocation closing section 24, a fitting closing section 25 and a thickened outlet section 26; the coarse seal sleeve 533 and the fine seal sleeve 535 are transitionally concentric with each other via a seal land 534; the top end of the rough sealing sleeve 533 is provided with an upper fixing edge 531; the lower end of the thin sealing sleeve 535 is connected with the upper end of the gradual change closing-in section 23; the gradual change closing-in section 23 is a staggered closing-in 24 of which the shape of the straight mouth is gradually changed from a round mouth shape structure at the upper end to a straight mouth shape at the bottom end; the dislocation closing port 24 is formed by high-bottom drop of the closing end caused by different gradual radians of two side edges of the gradual closing section 23; the attaching and closing section 25 is formed by attaching two latex sheets together at the lower part of the dislocation closing port 24, and realizes water separation by utilizing the self characteristics of the latex product and closing by anhydrous reduction; the edge of the closing part 25 is a thickened outlet part 26, and trapezoid thickening treatment is arranged on the edges of two latex sheets, so that the edges of the latex sheets have stronger reducing force; the outer wall of the connection part of the thick sealing sleeve 533 and the upper fixing edge 531 is provided with a wedge-shaped structure 532; the outer wall where the thin sealing sleeve 535 is connected to the sealing land 534 is provided with a wedge structure 532; the two wedge structures 532 are provided to increase the tightness with the external connection tube; the reducing deodorant plug 52 is of a short cylinder structure made of silica gel with certain hardness; the reducing deodorant plug 52 has an outer sealing wall 524 and an inner sealing wall 522, and the top ends of the outer sealing wall 524 and the inner sealing wall 522 are connected by an upper edge 521; the upper part of the outer sealing wall 524 is provided with a wedge-shaped design 523, the lower part is provided with a < type sealing structure 525, and double sealing with a water pipe is realized through the wedge-shaped design 523 and the < type sealing structure 525; the upper half section of the inner sealing wall 522 is of a straight cylinder section structure, and the lower half section is in arc-shaped closing-in design; the arc-shaped closing-in part is made of soft silica gel, so that the arc-shaped closing-in part is easy to deform; an inner support ring 515 and an outer support ring 514 are arranged in the deodorant upper cover 51; the inner diameter of the inner support ring 515 is the same as the inner diameter of the mounting hole 513, and the outer diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the fine seal sleeve 535, and the fine seal sleeve 535 is supported and sealed after being mounted; the outer diameter of the outer support ring 514 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the rough seal sleeve 533, and the rough seal sleeve 533 is supported and sealed after being installed; at least one sealing ring 526 is provided on the top end of the < seal structure 525 and on the outer walls of the coarse sealing sleeve 533 and the fine sealing sleeve 535.
The upper part of the fixing nut 1 is provided with a conical mounting part 11 for connection with the pipe line of the telescopic pipe 4.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, on the basis of embodiment 2, the present invention further provides a multi-layer closed deodorizing and draining device, comprising: the water draining device and the telescopic pipe 4 are connected with the water outlet end of the water draining device; the method is characterized in that: the deodorizing plug also comprises a fixed deodorizing core 2 and a combined deodorizing plug structure 5; the fixed deodorization core 2 is respectively arranged at the water inlet end of the drainer through a fixing nut 1 and is fixedly arranged at the water outlet end of the drainer through a telescopic pipe 4; the combined deodorant plug structure 5 is arranged at the tail end of the telescopic pipe 4; two fixed deodorant cores 2, a drainer and a combined deodorant plug structure 5 form a multi-layer closed deodorant drainage device.
