In fig. 7, the structure of the fourth linkage 409 is substantially the same as that of the second linkage 404, except that the structure of a push plate 4010 provided on the fourth linkage 409 is different from that of the limit stop 405, and a part of the plate body of the push plate 4010 is located below the suction cup 403. When the suction cup 403 rotates downwards to adsorb the box cover, the push plate 4010 rotates backwards at the same time; when the suction cup 403 opens the box cover, the push plate 4010 is located inside the box cover, and the push plate 4010 realizes to continuously push the inside of the box cover, so as to position the box cover, so that the box cover keeps an open state.
In fig. 7, the positioning plate 406 is disposed on the same side as the push plate 4010, and the lower end of the positioning plate 406 is fixed on the frame 1, and the upper end of the positioning plate is inclined at an angle substantially the same as the angle of inclination of the upper surface of the push plate 4010. When the cigarette case in the open state continuously advances along with the conveyor belt group 201 (refer to fig. 1), the cigarette cover can be directly transited to the surface of the positioning plate 406 from the end surface of the push plate 4010, and the positioning plate 406 plays a role in positioning the box cover.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the third linkage 407 has a structure substantially the same as that of the second linkage 404, except that a guide bar 408 provided on the third linkage 407 is provided below the end of the positioning plate 406, when the cigarette box moves to the end of the positioning plate 406 along with the conveyer set 201, the guide bar 408 rotates toward the positioning slide 202, the guide bar 408 pushes the box cover from the inner side of the box cover to the entrance of the sliding slot 203 of the positioning slide 202 at the front side, and then along with the continuous operation of the conveyer set 201, the box cover is slid into the sliding slot 203, so that the box cover is fully positioned, and the box cover and the bottom cover are in a fully opened state.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the third driving box 803 is disposed on the side of the second box 8021, the third driving box 803 includes a third box 8031 fixed to the frame 1 and a third rotating shaft 8032 disposed on the third box 8031, and the third rotating shaft 8032 and the second rotating shaft 8022 are linked by a driving shaft 805. A rotating wheel 8033 is fixed on the third rotating shaft 8032, an annular groove 808 (not shown in fig. 6) is also formed in the rotating wheel 8033, a linkage shaft 8034 is fixed on the third box body 8031 through a bearing, one end of the linkage shaft 8034 penetrates through the third box body 8031, and the linkage shaft 8034 located in the third box body 8031 is communicated with the annular groove 808 through a linkage rod 807, so that when the second driving wheel 8023 rotates, the linkage shaft 8034 realizes reciprocating rotation.
In fig. 6, the pushing assembly 501 includes a pushing link 502 fixed on a linkage shaft 8034 outside the third box 8031, the pushing link 502 includes a first driving rod 504 having one end fixed on the linkage shaft 8034 and a second driving rod 505 having one end rotatably connected to an outer wall of the third box 8031, the other ends of the first driving rod 504 and the second driving rod 505 are rotatably connected to a same third driving rod 506, and a blanking plate 503 is disposed at a lower end of the third driving rod 506. When the linkage shaft 8034 drives the first driving rod 504 to rotate, the second driving rod 505 can be driven to rotate, and then the third driving rod 506 is controlled to move towards the direction of the conveyor belt group 201, so that the blanking plate 503 presses the cigarette group with the lining aluminum foil paper into the bottom box of the opening box belt, and the filling of cigarettes is completed.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a film drawing assembly 601 is used to open the cigarette pack with the inner liner of aluminum foil paper to observe the quantity and quality of the packaged cigarettes, wherein the film drawing assembly 601 includes a set of negative pressure suction plates 6011, a guide plate 6012 located at the rear side of the negative pressure suction plates 6011. This negative pressure suction plate 6011 sets up in conveyer belt group 201 opposite side to location slide 202, and this negative pressure suction plate 6011 sets up in conveyer belt group 201 top and is provided with the inlet scoop more than two, and the inlet scoop passes through the external air negative pressure machine of trachea for when the cigarette case that has inside lining aluminum foil paper enters into negative pressure suction plate 6011 below, the inlet scoop can directly adsorb inside lining aluminum foil paper.
Referring to fig. 9, as the opened aluminum foil-lined paper is continuously transferred by the conveyor belt group 201 and enters the guide plate 6012 on the rear side, a first guide arc surface 6013 extending toward the positioning slide plate 202 is provided on the guide plate 6012, and the first guide arc surface 6013 opens the aluminum foil-lined paper while the bottom case passes under the guide plate 6012. The CCD camera 602 is disposed at the end of the guide plate 6012, and the cigarettes in the bottom box are photographed and compared to determine whether the cigarette box meets the requirements. The CCD camera set 602 uses an industrial camera system of the prior art, and the detection method is not described in the prior art.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10, a cover closing assembly 603 is provided at the rear side of the CCD camera group 602, and is controlled by a fourth driving box 804. The fourth driving box 804 includes a fourth box 8041 fixed to the frame 1, and a fourth rotating shaft 8042 provided on the fourth box 8041, and the fourth rotating shaft 8042 and the third rotating shaft 8032 are linked by a driving shaft 805. A sixth driving wheel 8043 and a seventh driving wheel 8044 are arranged on a fourth rotating shaft 8042 in the fourth box 8041, and a fifth rotating rod 8045 and a sixth rotating rod 8046 which are fixed by bearings are also arranged, wherein the sixth driving wheel 8043 controls the fifth rotating rod 8045 to rotate in a reciprocating manner through a linkage rod 807, and the seventh driving wheel 8044 controls the sixth rotating rod 8046 to rotate in a reciprocating manner.
Referring to fig. 9, the cover closing assembly 603 includes a guide sliding plate 6031 disposed on the frame 1 at the end of the positioning sliding plate 202, a shaping pressing plate 6033 disposed on the frame 1 at the other side of the conveyor belt group 201 opposite to the guide sliding plate 6031, a first pressing rod group 6035 located above the end of the guide sliding plate 6031, and a second pressing rod group 6036 located on the front side of the shaping pressing plate 6033 and above the conveyor belt group 201. Wherein the direction backplate is provided with second direction cambered surface 6032 towards on the side end face of conveyer belt group 201, and this second direction cambered surface 6032 upwards extends the setting for when the lid that is the open mode is leading cambered surface 6032 through this second, the lid can be compelled to the end box direction and rotate, accomplishes the trend of a preliminary lid.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the first pressure lever group 6035 includes a first driving arm 60352 having one end fixed to the fifth rotating lever 8045, a connecting rotating shaft 60353 horizontally disposed on an outer wall of the fourth box 8041 and horizontally and rotatably disposed, a second driving arm 60354 disposed at one end of the connecting rotating shaft 60353, a linkage link 60355 having two ends rotatably connected to the first driving arm 60352 and the second driving arm 60354, and a pressing lever 60351 disposed at the other end of the connecting rotating shaft 60353. The pressing rod 60351 includes an arc rod 60356 with one end fixed to the connecting rotation shaft 60353, and a pressing rod 60357 disposed at the other end of the arc rod 60356 and above the guide sliding plate 6031. When the fifth rotating rod 8045 rotates, the pressing rod 60357 can be finally driven to reciprocate above the guide sliding plate 6031, so that the box cover above the guide sliding plate 6031 is controlled to be folded towards the bottom box direction, and the purpose of exiting the box cover is achieved.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the fixing press plate 6033 is fixed on the frame 1, a part of the plate body is located right above the conveyor belt group 201, the front end of the fixing press plate 6033 is provided with a guide press plate 6034 which is bent upwards, and the position of the guide press plate 6034 is preferably arranged right in front of the tail end of the guide sliding plate 6031, so that the cigarette packet pressed by the pressing rod 60351 to press the box cover directly enters the lower part of the guide press plate 6034.
Referring to fig. 10, the structure of the second pressure lever group 6036 is substantially the same as that of the first pressure lever group 6035 and the driving manner is the same, the difference is that the second pressure lever group 6036 is disposed at the rear side of the first pressure lever group 6035, the structure of the compacting lever 60361 disposed on the second pressure lever group 6036 is different from that of the compacting lever 60351, and rollers are disposed at two ends of the lever body above the conveying belt group 201 of the compacting lever 60361, and the rollers abut against the upper end surface of the box cover, so that the box cover is completely disposed on the bottom box to package the cigarette box.
Returning to fig. 8, the ejector assembly 604 includes an ejector cylinder 605 disposed on the rear side of the fourth driving box 804 on the side of the conveyor group 201, and an ejector plate 606 disposed on the piston rod of the ejector cylinder 605, and the cigarette ejector frame 1 on the placement plate 204 disposed above the conveyor group 201 is inserted into a defective product collection box 607 by the operation of the ejector plate 606.
Referring to fig. 8, the blanking assembly 701 includes a blanking cylinder 703 disposed at one side of the conveyor belt group 201, and a blanking block 704 disposed on a piston rod of the blanking cylinder 703; the collecting box 702 is arranged on the outer wall of the frame 1 on the other side of the conveyor belt group 201, and the cigarettes on the placing plate 204 arranged above the conveyor belt group 201 are ejected out of the frame 1 into one collecting box 702 by the operation of the blanking block 704.
The implementation principle of the side-open type cigarette box packaging unit in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the cigarette boxes are fed from the placing rack 301 into the placing plate 204 on the conveyor group 201 through the pushing assembly 302; then the box cover is opened through the sucking disc 403, the push plate 4010, the positioning plate 406 and the guide rod 408 on the cover opening assembly 401, and is limited in the sliding groove 203 arranged on the positioning sliding plate 202; the cigarette group is placed in the bottom box after passing through the cigarette feeding station 5; detecting the cigarette quality through a film lifting assembly 601 and a CCD camera set 602 in the screening station 6; finally, the cigarette box is packaged and collected through the cover closing component 603, the ejection component 604 and the blanking component 701.

a blanking station (7) for ejecting cigarette cases meeting the requirements out of a blanking assembly (701) of the conveyor belt group (201) and a collecting box (702) for collecting the cigarette cases;
and the driving station (8) drives each station to operate.
