Claims (9)

1. The device for press-fitting the partition plate into the cylinder body is characterized by comprising a bottom plate;
the supporting legs are arranged in a plurality of numbers and are vertically arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the accommodating box is transversely arranged at the top end of the supporting leg;
the vertical plate is vertically arranged on the front side of the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the transverse plate is transversely arranged at the top of the vertical plate;
the hydraulic oil cylinder is vertically arranged on the upper surface of the transverse plate, and the bottom end of the hydraulic oil cylinder can extend to the transverse plate in a drawing manner;
the vacuum plate is arranged at the bottom end of the hydraulic oil cylinder;
the supporting plate is vertically arranged on the rear side of the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the driving motor is transversely arranged at the top of the supporting plate;
the upper transmission rod is rotatably and transversely arranged on the upper part of the front side surface of the supporting plate;
the lower transmission rod is rotatably and transversely arranged in the middle of the front side surface of the supporting plate;
the transmission fluted discs are respectively vertically arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor, the surface of the upper transmission rod and the surface of the lower transmission rod are in transmission connection through a chain;
the turbine is vertically arranged at the front end of the upper transmission rod;
the first threaded rod is rotatably arranged on the front side surface of the supporting plate from the front end to the rear end in the transverse direction and is positioned below the upper transmission rod;
the worm is vertically arranged at the front end of the first threaded rod and meshed with the worm wheel;
the first threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with the surface of the worm, and the rear side face of the first threaded sleeve is in sliding connection with the front side face of the supporting plate;
the fixing plate is transversely arranged on the front side surface of the first threaded sleeve;
the push plate is vertically arranged on the front side of the front surface of the fixed plate;
the second threaded rod is rotatably and vertically arranged on the rear side of the surface of the bottom plate and is positioned on the front side of the supporting plate;
the first conical gear is vertically arranged at the front end of the lower transmission rod;
the second bevel gear is horizontally arranged at the top end of the second threaded rod and is meshed with the first bevel gear;
a second threaded sleeve threadedly connected to a surface of the second threaded rod;
the lifting plate is transversely arranged on the front side surface of the second threaded sleeve and is positioned in front of the accommodating box;
the guide rod is vertically arranged on the front side of the upper surface of the bottom plate, and the front side surface of the lifting plate is slidably sleeved on the surface of the guide rod.

The apparatus for pressing the partition board into the barrel body according to claim 1, wherein the inner cavity of the containing box is rotatably provided with a bidirectional threaded rod, the two sides of the surface of the bidirectional threaded rod are opposite in thread, the two sides of the surface of the bidirectional threaded rod are both connected with a movable threaded sleeve in a threaded manner, the bottom of the movable threaded sleeve is slidably connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the containing box, the top of the movable threaded sleeve is vertically provided with a clamping plate, the top of the clamping plate movably extends to the outside of the containing box, and the inner side surface of the clamping plate is provided with a non-slip mat.

The apparatus for press-fitting a partition plate into a cylinder according to claim 2, wherein a rotary motor is transversely provided at a lower portion of a front side of the vertical plate, and a front end of the bidirectional threaded rod rotatably extends to an outside of the accommodating box to be fixedly connected to an output shaft of the rotary motor.

The apparatus for press-fitting a partition plate into a cylinder according to claim 2, wherein the top of the accommodating box is transversely opened at both sides thereof with movable openings, and the top of the holding plate movably extends to the outside of the accommodating box through the inside of the movable openings.

The device for pressing the partition board into the cylinder body according to claim 1, wherein a vacuum machine is arranged on the front side of the upper surface of the transverse plate, a cavity is formed in the vacuum plate, a connecting hose is communicated with an air suction port of the vacuum machine, the other end of the connecting hose is movably communicated with an inner cavity of the cavity, and a plurality of suckers communicated with the inner cavity of the cavity are arranged at the bottom of the vacuum plate.

The apparatus for press-fitting a partition plate into a barrel according to claim 5, wherein a lower surface of the vacuum plate is provided with a limiting ring, a bottom of the suction cup is slightly lower than a bottom of the limiting ring, and the limiting ring is located outside the suction cup.
7. The apparatus for press-fitting a partition plate into a cylinder according to claim 1, wherein a slide groove for sliding the first threaded sleeve is transversely provided on the front side of the support plate from the front end to the rear end.
8. An apparatus for press fitting a separator plate into a barrel according to claim 2, wherein the push plate is located at the back of the clamping plates, and the length of the clamping plates is less than the distance between the two clamping plates.
9. An apparatus for press fitting a partition inside a casing as set forth in claim 1, wherein the distance between said lifting plate and the front face of said housing box is smaller than the distance between the second threaded rod and the housing box.
