The toy body 200 may have an operation portion for a user to operate, for example, fig. 4a and 4b show a machine gun toy formed by splicing wooden materials, taking the machine gun toy shown in fig. 4 a-4 b as an example, the toy body 200 of a machine gun type may include a base 201 and a gun body 202 disposed above the base 201, the gun body 202 may be rotatably connected to the base 201, the gun body 202 may rotate circumferentially relative to the base 201, and the gun body 202 may also tilt up and down relative to the base 201 to achieve different postures of the machine gun. When the gun body 202 rotates relative to the base 201 to take different postures, the positions of the window and the sight bead in the gun control game picture can be different. Furthermore, the gun body 202 may further be provided with a rocker 2021, and a user may rotate the rocker 2021 at different rotation speeds, rotation directions and rotation angles, wherein the gun body 202 and the rocker 2021 on the gun body 202 may be defined as an operation portion of the toy body 200. For other toy bodies 200, the operation portion may be specifically defined according to the playing method of the toy body 200, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Fig. 5 is an electrical control schematic diagram of a toy control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a toy control device 100 including: the device comprises a machine body 10, an identification module 20 and a control module 30.
Specifically, the body 10 may be adapted to be mounted to the toy body 200, for example, the body 10 may be detachably mounted to the toy body 200 to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the entire toy control device 100. The machine body 10 may be a housing-like structure, and the housing may enclose an accommodation space for mechanical components and electronic components of the toy control device 100, and of course, parts of the mechanical components and the electronic components may be disposed on an outer surface of the machine body 10 or exposed from the outer surface of the machine body 10, which is not limited in this embodiment. It should be noted that the machine body 10 in this embodiment may be an integral device, or may be a device with a plurality of components arranged in a centralized or distributed manner, and this embodiment is not limited.
The recognition module 20 may be disposed on the toy body 10, the recognition module 20 is used for recognizing operation information of a user, and specifically, the recognition module 20 may recognize operation information of the user operating the operation portion of the toy body 200. While the user plays with the toy main body 200, the user can operate the operation portion of the toy main body 200, and as shown in fig. 4a to 4b, the user can swing the gun body 202 up and down, left and right, or swing the swing lever 2021, and the recognition module 20 can determine the operation information by recognizing the posture of the gun body 202, and recognizing the rotation speed, rotation angle, rotation direction, and the like of the swing lever 2021.
The control module 30 is electrically connected to the identification module 20 and is configured to collect operation information, specifically, the control module 30 may be a control chip disposed in the toy body 10, and after the identification module 20 identifies the operation information of the operation portion of the toy body 200, the operation information may be sent to the control module 30, so that the control module 30 acquires the operation information.
The control module 30 is also used for communication connection with the terminal device 300, and the control module 30 can transmit the operation information to the terminal device 300 so that the terminal device 300 can make relevant response according to the operation information. The control module 30 may establish a communication connection with the terminal device 300 through a communication module in the machine body 10, for example, the control module 30 establishes a communication connection with the terminal device 300 through any one of a bluetooth module, a WiFi module, an NFC module, and the like, and after the control module 30 acquires the operation information, sends the operation information to the terminal device 300.
Specifically, the terminal device 300 may include a display module and/or a sound module; the display module is used for displaying corresponding picture content according to the operation information, and the sound module is used for sending out corresponding sound response according to the operation information. Specifically, the user can open the relevant game APP on the terminal device 300, and after the terminal device 300 receives the operation information sent by the control module 30, the picture content and the sound displayed in the game APP on the terminal device 300 can be changed, so that when the user operates the toy body 200, a corresponding response can appear on the terminal device 300. For example, when the user operates the machine-gun toy body 200, the user opens a machine-gun game on the terminal device 300, the user swings the gun body 202, so that the positions of a window and a sight in a game interface on the terminal device 300 can be changed, the user shakes the rocker 2021, so that a special weapon release can occur in the game interface on the terminal device 300, and meanwhile, the terminal device 300 can make sounds related to the weapon release, and the like, so that the user obtains an operation immersion experience. Of course, it should be understood that the above-mentioned response of the operation portion and the terminal device 300 is only an example, and in practical application, a person skilled in the art may design specifically, and the present embodiment is not limited.
According to the toy control device provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the operation information of the operation part on the toy body is identified and sent to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment makes a relevant response according to the operation information, and a user can have a response on the terminal equipment when operating the toy, thereby improving the interest of the toy and improving the user experience.
FIG. 2d is a schematic front view of the interior of the main body of the toy control device according to one embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2d, the identification module 20 of the present embodiment includes: a transmission member 21 and a sensing member 22. Wherein, the transmission member 21 is used for driving connection with the operation part of the toy body 200, so that the operation part on the toy body 200 can drive the transmission member 21 to act; the sensing member 22 is used to identify the motion of the transmission member 21 to determine the operation information. Specifically, the operation of the operation portion may be a rotation operation, and the corresponding transmission member 21 may at least transmit a rotation motion, and the sensing member 22 may be used to detect the rotation information of the transmission member 21, thereby determining the operation information.
Further, the transmission member 21 may include a gear train made up of a plurality of gears; the input gear 210a of the gear train is used to be in driving connection with the operating part, and the driving connection means that the input gear 210a can be driven to rotate by the operation of the operating part. The output gear 210b of the gear train is used for cooperating with the sensing member 22, so that the sensing member 22 can identify the rotation state of the output gear 210b, and the sensing member 22 is also used for determining the operation information according to the rotation state of the output gear, wherein the rotation state comprises at least one of the following: rotational speed, rotational angle and rotational direction.
In the present invention, the input gear 210a is drivingly connected to the operation portion, and may include the input gear 210a meshing with the operation portion gear, or the input gear 210a may be directly connected to the operation portion, and the operation portion rotates to directly drive the input gear 210a to rotate. When the input gear 210a is directly connected to the operation portion, it is possible to realize that a cross-shaped shaft hole O is formed on a side of the input gear 210a away from the machine body 10, one end of the cross-shaped shaft is inserted into the cross-shaped shaft hole O, and the other end of the cross-shaped shaft is at least circumferentially fixed to the operation portion, thereby realizing that the rotation operation of the operation portion is transmitted to the input gear 210 a. This arrangement is simple and facilitates the detachment of the toy control device 100 from the toy body 200. Of course, in other embodiments, other configurations may be adopted to realize the driving connection relationship between the input gear 210a and the operation portion, and the present invention is not limited to this.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2d, the transmission member 21 may include an input gear 210a disposed outside the body 10, and a first intermediate gear 211 coaxially connected to the input gear 210a, a second intermediate gear 212 engaged with the first intermediate gear 211, a third intermediate gear 213 coaxially connected to the second intermediate gear 212, a fourth intermediate gear 214 engaged with the third intermediate gear 213, a fifth intermediate gear 215 coaxially connected to the fourth intermediate gear 214, and an output gear 210b engaged with the fifth intermediate gear 215. When the input gear 210a is in mesh transmission with the operation portion of the toy body 200, preferably, the diameter of the output gear 210b may be smaller than that of the input gear 210a, so that when the input gear 210a inputs a slow rotation speed, the output gear 210b may output a fast rotation speed, and even if the rotation operation of the operation portion is slight, that is, even if the rotation speed of the input gear 210a is low and the rotation angle is small, the output gear 210b may have a significant rotation speed and rotation angle, so that the sensing member 22 may sense the change of the rotation speed more rapidly and sensitively, and thus determine the operation information of the operation portion more rapidly.
Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the diameters of the input gear 210a and the output gear 210b may be the same to achieve synchronous, constant speed transmission of the input gear 210a and the output gear 210 b. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the diameter of the input gear 210a may be smaller than the diameter of the output gear 210b, and the utility model is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, by the transmission of the multi-stage gears, the output gear 210b can be made to have a stable and fast output speed, so that the sensing member 22 can reliably and sensitively determine the operation information of the operation portion.
Further, the recognition module 20 may include a posture sensor, and the posture sensor may be configured to sense a posture of the toy body 200 and determine the operation information according to the posture of the toy body 200. Specifically, the posture of the toy body 200 may be determined by a change in the relative position of two or more movable members of the toy body 200, and in the case of the machine gun of fig. 4a and 4b, the gun body 202 rotates relative to the base 201, so that the posture of the machine gun changes. And the attitude sensor is a high-performance three-dimensional motion attitude measurement system based on MEMS technology. The system comprises motion sensors such as a three-axis gyroscope, a three-axis accelerometer and a three-axis electronic compass, and data such as a three-dimensional attitude, an azimuth and the like subjected to temperature compensation are obtained through an embedded low-power ARM processor. The attitude of the toy body 200 is known by the attitude sensor to determine the operation information, for example, when the attitude sensor recognizes that the current attitude of the gun is the muzzle top-view attitude, the operation information may be determined such that the user aims the muzzle of the gun body 202 downward, and thus the aiming position displayed on the terminal device 300 is a position that is lower than the preset reference point on the screen, and more specifically, the aiming position may be determined by the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the gun body 202.
The operation information of the user on the toy body 200 is determined by detecting the gesture of the toy body 200, and the terminal device 300 is made to respond accordingly, so that the user experience and immersion can be further improved.
Of course, in some other embodiments, the identification module 20 may further include an infrared sensor, an image sensor, etc. to determine the operation information of the toy body 200, and the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the operation of the toy body 200 by the user can be identified.
As shown in fig. 2d, the machine body 10 is further provided with a driving member 23, the driving member 23 can be in driving connection with the transmission member 21 for driving the transmission member 21 to move, and the transmission member 21 can drive the operation portion on the toy body 200 to move. In particular, the driving member 23 may be a device that outputs rotational motion, such as a rotary motor, and in some embodiments the driving member 23 may be a device that outputs linear motion, such as a linear motor. The driving member 23 can output a driving force to drive the transmission member 21 to move, so that the transmission member 21 drives the operation portion of the toy body 200 to move in a reverse direction. Thus, the toy body 200 can be reversely driven by the driving member 23.
In some embodiments, when the user operates the operation part (e.g., operates the operation part of the toy body 200, or directly operates the input gear 210a to move the transmission member 21, the driving member 23 generates driving force and reversely provides resistance to the movement of the transmission member 21, e.g., resistance to the rotation of gears in a gear train, thereby providing somatosensory feedback similar to resistance, so that the experience of some special application scenes can be realized, for example, in some fishing-like games, when the user rotates the operation part or directly rotates the input gear 210a, a rotating fish wire disc can be simulated, and during the rotation, the resistance provided by the driving member 23 can simulate the resistance exerted by the fish on the water bottom, thereby improving the experience of the game process, of course, other game scenes can be specifically designed by those skilled in the art, the driving member 23 and the transmission member 21 are used to realize specific experiences in these game scenes, and the utility model is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the driving member 23 is a rotating electrical machine, an output shaft of the rotating electrical machine can be fixedly connected with the output gear 210b of the gear train, and the sensing member 22 can be a photoelectric encoder disposed on the rotating electrical machine, and the photoelectric encoder can convert the mechanical geometric displacement on the output shaft into a pulse or a digital quantity through photoelectric conversion. The photoelectric encoder consists of a light source, a light code disc and a photosensitive element. The grating disk is formed by equally dividing a circular plate with a certain diameter into a plurality of rectangular holes. Because the photoelectric code disc is coaxial with the motor, when the motor rotates, the grating disc rotates at the same speed as the motor, a plurality of pulse signals are detected and output by a detection device composed of electronic elements such as light emitting diodes, and the number of output pulses of the photoelectric encoder per second is calculated so as to reflect the current rotating speed of the output shaft.
In some embodiments, the sensing element 22 may also be other rotation speed sensors, such as rotation speed sensors in the form of resistors, capacitors, inductors, voltages, hall, photo, optical gratings, thermocouples, and the like, which are not examples.
Even in other embodiments, the sensing element 22 may be a displacement sensor, and the output device of the transmission element 21 may be a linear output, for example, a final gear of the transmission element 21 is engaged with a rack, and the sensing element 22 may specifically measure a displacement of the rack, so as to obtain a rotation state of the output gear and the input gear through an engagement relationship between the rack and the gear, and further obtain operation information of the operation portion of the toy body 200.
In addition, it should be noted that the transmission members 21 of the present embodiment may include two sets, and correspondingly, the sensing members 22 may also include two sets, and the structures of the two sets of transmission members 21 are different, so that each set of transmission members 21 may respectively correspond to different operation portions on the toy body 200, and the sensing members 22 respectively recognize operation information of the different operation portions of the toy body 200. The control module 30 can obtain different operation forms by calculating the sensing information of the two sensing members 22, and transmit the sensing information to the terminal device through the communication module (e.g. bluetooth module), so as to realize different sound and image feedback in the game interface of the terminal device.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the transmission member 21 of the present embodiment may only include one set, or the transmission member 21 may include two sets, and the two sets of transmission members 21 may have the same structure, so that when the operation part of the toy body 200 is operated, the two sets of transmission members 21 may be driven simultaneously.
When the driving element 23 is used for driving the operation part of the toy body 200 to move, in some application scenes, the toy body 200 can automatically act to realize the demonstration function; in other application scenarios, the driving member 23 may drive the operation portion of the toy body 200 to move according to a control command input by a user. The control command input by the user may be directly input to the toy control device 100 or may be input through the terminal device 300.
