In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the left stopper rib 17 and the right stopper rib 18 are provided to be integrally formed on the inner bottom surface of the base 1. Of course, the left limiting rib 17 and the right limiting rib 18 can also be arranged to be a split structure with the base 1 and assembled and fixed on the inner bottom surface of the base 1.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a support column 19 is provided on an inner bottom surface of the base 1 for supporting the display assembly 200. The number of the support columns 19 is at least one, the support columns 19 are arranged to be located on the rear side of the clamping groove 10, and the upper end faces of the support columns 19 are arranged to be higher than the upper end faces of the clamping groove 10 (namely, the support columns 19 are fixed to be higher than the height of the front clamping convex ribs 11 and higher than the height of the rear clamping convex ribs 12).
As shown in fig. 2, the rear of the display assembly 200 is disposed to abut against the support column 19. The rear portion of the display module 200 is supported against the supporting column 19 arranged on the inner bottom surface of the base 1, and the supporting column 19 can provide support and limit for the display module 200, so that the display module 200 is prevented from falling backwards, and the fixing effect of the display module 200 is enhanced.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the support posts 19 are provided to be integrally formed on the inner bottom surface of the base 1. Of course, the supporting column 19 can also be arranged as a separate structure from the base 1 and assembled and fixed on the inner bottom surface of the base 1.
A second reinforcing rib 191 may be disposed between the supporting column 19 and the base 1 to enhance the structural strength of the supporting column 19 and the connection strength between the supporting column 19 and the base 1, so that the supporting column 19 can stably support and limit the display device.
In some exemplary embodiments, the base 1 is configured as a plastic member, and the front locking rib 11, the rear locking rib 12, the first connecting rib 13, the second connecting rib 15, the left limiting rib 17, the right limiting rib 18 and the supporting column 19 are configured as a single body formed on the base 1, so that the number of parts can be reduced, and the assembly operation can be simplified.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of (e.g., four or another number of) supporting columns 19 are disposed on the base 1, and the plurality of supporting columns 19 are arranged in a left-right direction in sequence to better support the display assembly 200.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the number of the first avoiding empty portion 14, the second avoiding empty portion 16 and the support column 19 is set to be equal, and the three are set to be in one-to-one correspondence, and the corresponding first avoiding empty portion 14, the second avoiding empty portion 16 and the support column 19 are arranged in sequence from front to back, and are arranged opposite to each other.
The supporting column 19 is over against the first avoidance empty part 14 and the second avoidance empty part 16, and the avoidance effect of the first avoidance empty part 14 and the second avoidance empty part 16 facilitates demolding of the supporting column 19 and the base 1 during integral injection molding.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the casing 100 is configured to further include a front side plate 3, the display area 31 is provided on the front side plate 3, and an upper end of the display area 31 is configured to be inclined rearward. Wherein the display area 31 is provided at an upper portion of the front side panel 3.
The front side plate 3 of the casing 100 is provided with the display area 31, and the upper end of the display area 31 is set to be inclined backwards, so that the display area 31 faces the human body obliquely, the user can watch the display result of the display area 31 conveniently, and the user experience is improved.
In some exemplary embodiments, the display area 31 is provided as a transparent display area or a semi-transparent display area. For example, the display area 31 may be made of glass so that the display area 31 is transparent, or the glass may be coated with a translucent coating so that the display area 31 is translucent. Of course, the display area 31 may be made of other transparent or translucent materials, such as plastic.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the display assembly 200 is configured to include a display panel 4, the display panel 4 being used to provide display information and to display through the display area 31.
The display module 200 is configured to further include a bracket 5 for fixing the display panel 4, and a clamping portion 51 is disposed at a lower portion of the bracket 5, so as to fix the display panel 4 to the chassis 1 through the bracket 5. The clamping portion 51 is formed into a strip shape extending along the left-right direction, and the strip-shaped clamping portion 51 can be inserted into the clamping groove 10 between the plurality of groups of front clamping convex ribs 11 and rear clamping convex ribs 12.
The first reinforcing rib 52 is arranged on the clamping portion 51 to enhance the structural strength of the clamping portion 51 and ensure that the clamping portion 51 is firmly clamped with the clamping groove 10. The first reinforcing ribs 52 may be provided in a plurality, and are all disposed on the front side surface of the clamping portion 51, and/or disposed on the rear side surface of the clamping portion 51.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the display panel 4 is configured to be fixed to the rear side of the bracket 5, and the display area 31 is configured to be positioned at the front side of the display assembly 200, such that the bracket 5 is positioned between the display area 31 and the display panel 4, light affecting the display panel 4 is irradiated to the display area 31, and thus display information affecting the display panel 4 is transmitted to the display area 31, and therefore, the bracket 5 is provided with the light-transmitting holes 53, so that the light of the display panel 4 can be irradiated to the display area 31 after passing through the light-transmitting holes 53, so that the display area 31 can display.
Wherein, the light hole 53 can be provided with a plurality of, and set up the position that needs the printing opacity on support 5, in the position that does not need the printing opacity, support 5 can shelter from the electronic components on display panel 4, is favorable to improving the holistic aesthetic property of product.
In some exemplary embodiments, the display panel 4 is configured to be fixed to the bracket 5 by clipping, or may be fixed to the bracket 5 by screws. Of course, the fixing manner of the display panel 4 is not limited to the snap-fit or screw-fixing, and may be fixed by other manners.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the housing 100 is configured to further include an upper cover 2, and the upper cover 2 is configured to press on the display assembly 200 to limit the display assembly 200 upward and prevent the display assembly 200 from moving upward.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the upper cover 2 and the front plate 3 are provided as an integral structure, which can prevent the display assembly 200 from being restricted by the front plate 3 when assembled with the base 1; and after the display assembly 200 is assembled with the base 1, the upper cover 2 and the front side plate 3 can be fixed on the base 1 together from the upper part, and the assembly operation is simple and convenient.
It should be understood that the front plate 3 may be provided as a separate structure from the upper cover 2, but as an integral structure with the base 1; alternatively, the front plate 3 may be provided separately from the upper cover 2 and the base 1.
According to the induction cooker, the front clamping convex rib 11, the rear clamping convex rib 12, the left limiting rib 17, the right limiting rib 18, the supporting column 19 and the upper cover 2 are used for limiting the display assembly 200 in six directions, namely, up, down, front, rear, left and right directions, the display assembly 200 is fixed without screws, the display assembly 200 is directly installed on the base 1 from bottom to top, the fixing mode is simple, the assembling efficiency is high, and meanwhile, the fixing is firm and reliable.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. An induction cooker, comprising:
the display device comprises a shell, a display area and a display unit, wherein the shell comprises a base; and
the display assembly is fixed on the base;
the base with be equipped with joint portion on one of the display module, be equipped with on the other with joint portion joint complex draw-in groove, the display module passes through the display area shows.
2. The induction cooker according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of rib groups are provided on the inner bottom surface of the base at intervals in the left-right direction, the rib groups include a front clamping rib on the front side and a rear clamping rib on the rear side, the clamping groove is formed between the front clamping rib and the rear clamping rib, and the lower portion of the display assembly is provided with the clamping portion.

The induction cooker according to claim 2, wherein the upper portion of the rear side wall surface of the front retaining rib is provided with a first guide inclined surface; and/or a second guide inclined plane is arranged at the upper part of the front side wall surface of the rear clamping convex rib.

The induction cooker according to claim 2, wherein a first connecting rib and a second connecting rib are provided on the inner bottom surface of the base, the first connecting rib extends in the left-right direction and is connected to the front end of one or more of the front retaining ribs, and the second connecting rib extends in the left-right direction and is connected to the rear end of one or more of the rear retaining ribs.
5. The induction cooker according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of the first connecting ribs are provided, and a first avoiding empty part is formed between adjacent first connecting ribs;
the second connecting ribs are provided with a plurality of second avoiding empty parts which are adjacent to each other and formed between the second connecting ribs.
6. The induction cooker according to claim 4, wherein a left limiting rib and a right limiting rib are arranged on the inner bottom surface of the base, the left end of the display assembly abuts against the left limiting rib for limiting, and the right end of the display assembly abuts against the right limiting rib for limiting.
7. The induction cooker according to claim 6, wherein the front and rear ends of the left limiting rib are connected to the first connecting rib and the second connecting rib, respectively, and the front and rear ends of the right limiting rib are connected to the first connecting rib and the second connecting rib, respectively.
8. The induction cooker according to claim 5, wherein at least one supporting column is provided on an inner bottom surface of the base, the supporting column is located at a rear side of the clamping groove, and a rear portion of the display assembly abuts against the supporting column.
9. The induction cooker according to claim 8, wherein a plurality of support columns are provided, the number of the support columns, the first avoiding empty portions and the second avoiding empty portions are equal, the support columns, the first avoiding empty portions and the second avoiding empty portions correspond to one another, and the corresponding first avoiding empty portions, the corresponding second avoiding empty portions and the corresponding support columns are arranged in a front-back opposite manner.
10. The induction cooking range according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said housing further comprises a front side plate, said display section is provided on said front side plate, and an upper end of said display section is inclined rearward.
11. The induction cooker according to claim 10, wherein said display assembly comprises a display panel and a bracket, said display panel is fixed to a rear side of said bracket, said engaging portion is provided on a lower portion of said bracket, and said bracket is provided with a light-transmitting hole for passing light of said display panel therethrough.
12. The induction cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein said housing further comprises an upper cover, said upper cover being of unitary construction with said front panel, said upper cover bearing on said display assembly.
