at least one first module having a first head frame, the first head frame comprising:
two first top side beams parallel to and spaced apart from each other, the first top side beams being disposed along a length direction of the first module;
a plurality of trusses disposed between the two first roof side rails in a width direction of the first module such that a pipeline can pass between the trusses in the length direction;
at least one second module stacked to the first top frame, the second module having a second bottom frame connected to the first top frame.
According to the modular building, the truss is arranged at the top of the module at one layer, so that pipelines such as an exhaust pipe, an electric wire and the like can pass through the truss, the free space at the top of the module is utilized, the equipment layer is not arranged, and the cost is reduced.
Further, the modular building also includes an equipment bay disposed at least partially within the first roof frame and the second floor frame. Moreover, in order to balance the relationship between cost and structural strength, the cross sections of the first beam 113 and the second beam 114 are preferably configured to be C-shaped, that is, both adopt C-shaped channel steel; the hanging beam 115 is preferably configured as a square pipe, and the hanging beam 115 is welded to the first and second cross members 113 and 114.
In addition, the second module 20 further has a second top frame 22, the second top frame 22 has two second top side beams spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the second module 20 and parallel to each other, and the second top side beams are provided with connecting seats 221, and the connecting seats 221 are used for connecting an upper module or a roof assembly.

at least one second module stacked to the first top frame, the second module having a second bottom frame connected to the first top frame.
2. The modular building of claim 1, further comprising an equipment bay disposed at least partially within the first head frame and the second base frame.
3. The modular building of claim 2, wherein the second chassis has a raised floor, the raised floor being openably and closably disposed in the equipment bay.
4. The modular building of claim 1, wherein the truss comprises:
the first cross beam is arranged along the length direction and is connected with the two top side beams;
the second cross beam is arranged above the first cross beam and is parallel to the first cross beam; and
a plurality of suspension beams disposed between the first cross beam and the second cross beam.
5. The modular building of claim 1, wherein the truss has a height dimension corresponding to a height dimension of the first topside beam.
6. The modular building of claim 4, wherein a distance between the first beam and the second beam is greater than or equal to 150 mm.
7. The modular building of claim 4, wherein the distance between two adjacent suspension beams is greater than or equal to 580 mm.
8. The modular building of claim 1, wherein the second module has a second head frame having two second top side beams spaced apart along a length of the second module and parallel to each other, the second top side beams having connection sockets disposed thereon for connecting to an upper module or roof assembly.
9. The modular building of claim 4, wherein the first and second beams are configured in a C-shape in cross-section.
10. The modular building of claim 4, wherein the suspension beam is configured as a square tube, the suspension beam being welded to the first and second beams.
