For example: the carton can be manufactured by adopting the existing mature technology and process, and folding lines (also called press marks) are pressed at the junctions of the formed body panels and the top cover and the body panels and the bottom cover.
Because the middle corrugated paper 32 bonded with the surface paper 1, the inner paper 2 and the middle corrugated paper is double-layer reinforced corrugated paper, the board of the carton formed by the middle corrugated paper can provide higher compressive strength than the top cover or the top cover and the bottom cover, and unnecessary paper material expenditure of the top cover and the bottom cover is saved while the higher compressive strength required by the specific area of the board is met.

the middle corrugated paper (32) and the lower corrugated paper (33) are formed by stacking and bonding two corrugated papers with the same or different corrugated shapes.
3. The corrugated reinforced paperboard of claim 1, wherein:
the middle corrugated paper (32) and the lower corrugated paper (33) have the same structure, the lower corrugated paper (33) is formed by extending the middle corrugated paper (32), and the middle corrugated paper and the lower corrugated paper are formed by overlapping and bonding two kinds of corrugated paper with the same or different corrugated shapes.
4. A corrugated reinforced board according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein:
the middle corrugated paper (32) or the middle corrugated paper (32) and the lower corrugated paper (33) are formed by overlapping and bonding two same A-shaped or C-shaped corrugated papers,
or the middle corrugated paper (32) and the lower corrugated paper (33) are formed by laminating and bonding A-shaped corrugated paper and B-shaped corrugated paper.
5. A corrugated reinforced board according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein:
a layer of second corrugated paper (5) and first middle paper (6) which have the same corrugated direction as the corrugated paper (3) are adhered between the surface paper (1) and the inner paper (2),
wherein the second corrugated paper (5) is provided with three sections along the corrugation direction, which are respectively a second upper corrugated paper (51), a second middle corrugated paper (52) and a second lower corrugated paper (53), the second upper corrugated paper (51), the second middle corrugated paper (52) and the second lower corrugated paper (53) are respectively corresponding to the upper corrugated paper (31), the middle corrugated paper (32) and the lower corrugated paper (33) which have the same length along the corrugation direction and are overlapped up and down,
the second upper corrugated paper (51), the second middle corrugated paper (52) and the second lower corrugated paper (53) are single-layer corrugated paper with the same structure which is integrally connected,

the second middle corrugated paper (52) and the second lower corrugated paper (53) have the same structure, the second lower corrugated paper (53) is formed by extending the second middle corrugated paper (52), and the second middle corrugated paper and the second lower corrugated paper are formed by overlapping and bonding two kinds of corrugated paper with the same or different corrugated shapes.

a layer of third corrugated paper (7) and second middle paper (8) which have the same corrugated direction as the corrugated paper (3) are adhered between the surface paper (1) and the inner paper (2),
wherein the third corrugated paper (7) is provided with three sections along the corrugation direction, namely a third upper corrugated paper (71), a third middle corrugated paper (72) and a third lower corrugated paper (73), the third upper corrugated paper (71), the third middle corrugated paper (72) and the third lower corrugated paper (73) respectively correspond to the upper corrugated paper (31), the middle corrugated paper (32) and the lower corrugated paper (33) and have the same length along the corrugation direction and are overlapped up and down,
the third upper corrugated paper (71), the third middle corrugated paper (72) and the third lower corrugated paper (73) are single-layer corrugated paper with the same structure and are integrally connected,
