Preferably, the base board is a three-layer, five-layer or seven-layer corrugated cardboard, the reinforcing board is a two-layer or four-layer corrugated cardboard, and the reinforcing board is bonded to the middle board through the corrugated paper layers thereof, or the reinforcing board is bonded to both the middle board and the lower board through the corrugated paper layers thereof.
Preferably, the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate bonded to the middle plate is equal to or greater than the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate bonded to the lower plate.
Preferably, the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate bonded to the middle plate is two layers, and the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate bonded to the lower plate is two layers, or: the corrugated paper board of the reinforcing plate bonded on the middle plate has four layers, and the corrugated paper board of the reinforcing plate bonded on the lower plate has two or four layers.

Preferably, the corrugated board is separately provided with support bars at intervals or completely in any cavity formed by the corrugated paper and the surface paper, the corrugated paper and the lining paper, or the corrugated paper and the middle paper, or: the two cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the surface paper, the corrugated paper and the lining paper are provided with support rods at intervals or completely, and then: supporting rods are arranged at intervals or in all three cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the surface paper, the corrugated paper and the lining paper and the corrugated paper and the middle paper.
Preferably, the corrugated cardboard is provided with support bars solely in its reinforcing plate provided above the middle plate, wherein:
the bracing piece is arranged at the interval or all that corrugated paper and interior paper formed alone, or, the bracing piece is arranged at the interval or all in the cavity that corrugated paper and well paper formed alone, or again: the support rods are arranged in two cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the lining paper and the corrugated paper and the middle paper at intervals or completely.
Based on a cardboard of above-mentioned innovative thinking and scheme, and then can make a carton, including enclosing to establish and become bottom, top cap, the body board of cavity, it is made by foretell cardboard, wherein:
the upper plate is formed into a top cover of the carton, the middle plate and the reinforcing plate bonded with the middle plate are formed into body plates of the carton, and the lower plate or the lower plate and the reinforcing plate bonded with the lower plate are formed into a bottom cover of the carton.
Preferably, the reinforcing plate is located inside a cavity surrounded by the bottom cover, the top cover and the body plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the paperboard has two or three regions of different thickness and can be manufactured by conventional techniques or by simple modification of existing production lines.
Two or three areas with different thicknesses of the paper board respectively form a top cover (also called an upper rocking cover), a body plate (also called a vertical plate, a vertical surface) and a bottom cover (also called a lower rocking cover) of the paper box (also called a packing box), the thickness of the top cover of the paper box manufactured by the paper board is smaller than that of the paper box body plate, or the thickness of the top cover is smaller than that of the paper box body plate and the bottom plate, so that the paper is saved and the cost is reduced while the compression strength and the bearing strength of the packing box are ensured.

Detailed Description
Also known as corrugated cardboard. Is formed by bonding at least one layer of corrugated paper and one layer of boxboard (also called boxboard), and has better elasticity and extensibility. The method is mainly used for manufacturing cartons, the sandwich of the cartons and other packaging materials of fragile commodities. The raw paper board similar to yellow paper board is made up by using straw pulp of earth method and waste paper through pulping, then mechanically processing and rolling into corrugated form, then using sodium silicate as adhesive on its surface and sticking it with cardboard paper.
The corrugated corrugations of the corrugated board are like arch doors which are connected one by one, are mutually parallel to form a row and mutually support to form an approximate triangular structure, so that the corrugated board has better mechanical strength, can bear certain pressure from the plane, is rich in elasticity and has good buffering effect; the cushion can be made into liners or containers with various shapes and sizes according to requirements, and is simpler, more convenient and faster than plastic buffer materials; the coating is slightly influenced by temperature, has good light-shielding property, is not deteriorated by illumination, is generally slightly influenced by humidity, but is not suitable for long-term use in an environment with high humidity, and influences the strength of the coating.
Corrugated cardboard can be divided into the following five types according to different combinations:
1. a paperboard composed of one layer of corrugated paper and kraft paper is called a double-layer corrugated paperboard, also called an exposed corrugated paperboard. The exposed corrugated cardboard is generally used only as a cushion, a spacer and a wrapping object with irregular shapes.
2. A paperboard composed of one layer of corrugated paper and two layers of kraft paper is called a three-layer corrugated paperboard, which is also called a single corrugated paperboard or a single-hole paperboard.
3. The corrugated board with five layers, which is also called as double corrugated board or double-pit paperboard, is formed by sandwiching two layers of corrugated paper in three layers of kraft paper. The double-pit paperboard can be formed by corrugated paper with different pit widths and different paper qualities.
4. The three layers of corrugated paper are respectively clamped in the four layers of kraft paper, which is called seven layers of corrugated paper boards, also called three corrugated paper boards or three-hole corrugated paper boards.
5. The extra strong double-body cardboard is developed from single-pit cardboard, and a layer of corrugated paper in the middle is formed by laminating and bonding two pieces of thick corrugated paper.
The corrugated board is made up by using face paper, liner paper, middle paper and corrugated paper which are made into corrugated form through the processes of adhesion. The corrugated board is a multi-layer adhesive body, at least consists of a layer of wavy core paper interlayer (commonly known as 'hole paper', 'corrugated core paper', 'corrugated paper core', 'corrugated raw paper') and a layer of paper board (also known as 'box board paper', 'box paper board'), has higher mechanical strength, can resist collision and falling in the process of carrying, and the actual performance of the corrugated board depends on three factors: the characteristics of the corrugated paper and board and the structure of the carton itself.
In order to prevent this from being objectified, the following is defined or stated or defined consistently for the corrugation direction:
1. after the corrugated paper is bonded with the surface paper or the corrugated paper is bonded with the lining paper, a cavity or a pit cavity can be formed, and the corrugation direction is the through hole direction of the cavity or the pit cavity.
2. The following are mentioned here: support rods 5 are arranged at intervals or in the two cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the lining paper and the corrugated paper and the middle paper. The corrugation direction is the axial direction of the support rod 5 arranged in the direction of the through hole of the cavity.
The application provides an improvement in the insufficient resistance to compression of cartons made from paperboard that cannot withstand jolting or other factors from multi-layer palletizing or long-distance shipping. As can be seen from the embodiments of fig. 1 to 10, the paperboard of the present application includes a base board 1 and a reinforcing board 2, the base board 1 and the reinforcing board 2 are multi-layer corrugated boards, the corrugation direction of the base board 1 is the same as that of the reinforcing board 2, and the length of the base board 1 is greater than that of the reinforcing board 2 along the corrugation direction, the base board 1 includes an upper board 11 and a lower board 13 integrally connected, and the reinforcing board 2 is disposed on an intermediate board 12, or: the reinforcing plate 2 is disposed on both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the reinforcing plate 2 can be divided into a reinforcing plate 21 disposed on the middle plate and a reinforcing plate 22 disposed on the lower plate.
It should be emphasized that the connection line between the reinforcing plate 2 and the middle plate 12 and the connection line between the reinforcing plate 2 and the lower plate 13 are perpendicular to the corrugation direction of the paperboard, i.e. the corrugation direction of the reinforcing plate 2 after forming the carton is perpendicular to the bottom cover and the top cover.
The corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate disposed on the middle plate 12 and the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate disposed on the lower plate 13 may be integrally formed and connected, that is, the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate disposed on the middle plate 12 and the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate disposed on the lower plate 13 have the same number of corrugated layers, the same corrugated shape, and the same thickness.
In order to increase the strength of the middle plate 12, which is used to form the carton body plate or the vertical plate, the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate arranged on the middle plate 12 is greater than that of the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate arranged on the lower plate 13.
The different corrugated cardboard layers in this specification inevitably bring about different thicknesses of the corrugated cardboard, and the different thicknesses of the corrugated cardboard mentioned herein mean different corrugated cardboard layers.
In order to increase the strength of the reinforcing plate 2 and the connection between the reinforcing plate 2 and the base plate, a cover paper 4 is arranged above the reinforcing plate 2, wherein the cover paper 4 is adhered to the surface of the reinforcing plate 2, which is not connected with the base plate 1, the end surface 23 of the reinforcing plate 2, which is connected with the upper plate 11, and the base plate 1, regardless of the strength requirement of the area of the lower plate 13, which is formed into the bottom cover of the carton later. Or the cover paper 4 and the surface of the reinforcing plate 2 which is not connected with the substrate 1, the end surface 23 at the boundary of the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11, the end surface 24 at the boundary of the reinforcing plate 2 and the lower plate 13 and the substrate 1 are adhered.
Or: in the case that the surface of the reinforcing plate 2, which is not connected with the substrate 1, is provided with the lining paper, the arrangement of the covering paper 4 can be omitted, and the lining paper arranged on the surface of the reinforcing plate 2, which is not connected with the substrate 1, extends and is adhered to the end surface 23 of the boundary of the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11 and the substrate 1; or the lining paper arranged on the surface of the reinforcing plate 2 which is not connected with the substrate 1 extends and is adhered with the end surface 23 at the boundary of the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11, the end surface 24 at the boundary of the reinforcing plate 2 and the lower plate 13 and the substrate 1.
The adhesion of the covering paper 4 or the lining paper to the substrate 1 mentioned herein means that the covering paper 4 or the lining paper is adhered to a part or the whole of the substrate 1.
The adhesion of the cover paper 4 or the liner paper to the base plate 1 as described above is particularly emphasized in that the cover paper 4 or the liner paper is adhered to the surface of the base plate 1 facing away from the face paper, and since the middle plate 12 is already covered with the reinforcing plate 2, the cover paper 4 or the liner paper is actually adhered to the upper plate 11 or the lower plate 13 and is the surface facing away from the face paper. It is also emphasized and pointed out that the bonding area of the cover paper 4 or liner paper to the substrate 1 may be a part or all of the upper plate 11 or lower plate 13. In the case where both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 are covered with the reinforcing plate 2, the adhesion of the covering paper 4 or the lining paper to the base plate 1 is to adhere the covering paper 4 or the lining paper to a part or the whole of the upper plate 11.
The present application also highlights the following: as described in the art, corrugated cardboard generally includes surface paper (also called cardboard, outer surface paper), inner paper (also called cardboard, inner surface paper), corrugated paper (also called corrugated paper) bonded to the surface paper and the inner paper, and middle paper sandwiched between the corrugated paper. The names of the individual components of the reinforcing board that are independent may change after the reinforcing board is bonded to the base board to form a new paperboard structure, and the differences in names or descriptions of the components do not affect the essential protection content of the present application, and do not limit the paperboard structure and the claims of the present application.
The adhesion of the corrugated paper to the face paper, the back paper and the middle paper can cause the end surface 23 at the junction of the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11 and the end surface 24 at the junction of the reinforcing plate 2 and the lower plate 13 to form a pit cavity or a cavity. It has several disadvantages: the appearance is not attractive enough, so that the paperboard is definitely reduced, and the defects can be overcome by using the covering paper 4 or the end surface 23 at the junction of the inner paper and the reinforcing plate 2 with the upper plate 11 and the end surface 24 at the junction of the reinforcing plate 2 with the lower plate 13 for adhesion.
The method comprises the following specific steps: the reinforcing plate 2 is bonded to both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 of the reinforcing plate 2 at the same time and the number of layers of the corrugated boards of the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 is consistent and inconsistent:
reinforcing plate 2 set up on middle plate 12 and hypoplastron 13 both and corrugated container board's number of piles is unanimous, reinforcing plate 2 top is provided with covering paper 4, covering paper 4 and reinforcing plate 2 one side not connected with base plate 1, reinforcing plate 2 and the terminal surface 23 and the base plate 1 bonding of upper plate 11 juncture. Or: the backing paper provided on the surface of the reinforcing plate 2 not connected to the substrate 1 extends and adheres to the end surface 23 of the reinforcing plate 2 at the boundary with the upper plate 11 and the substrate 1. This way, one can finish in one go in the process of making the cardboard, save step and cost.
The reinforcement panel 2 is disposed above the lower panel 13 to increase the strength for later forming into a carton bottom cover.
For the case where the reinforcing sheet 2 is simultaneously bonded to both the middle sheet 12 and the lower sheet 13 of the reinforcing sheet 2 and the number of layers of the corrugated cardboards of the middle sheet 12 and the lower sheet 13 is not uniform:
reinforcing plate 2 set up on middle plate 12 and hypoplastron 13 both, and set up the number of piles of the corrugated container board of the reinforcing plate on middle plate 12 and be greater than the number of piles of the corrugated container board of the reinforcing plate that sets up on hypoplastron 13, reinforcing plate 2 top is provided with overlay paper 4, overlay paper 4 and reinforcing plate 2 not the one side of being connected with base plate 1, reinforcing plate 2 and the terminal surface 23 and the base plate 1 bonding of upper plate 11 juncture. Or: the cover paper 4 is bonded to the surface of the reinforcing plate 2 disposed on the middle plate 12 not connected to the substrate 1, the end surface 23 of the boundary between the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11, the end surface 25 formed by the reinforcing plate disposed on the middle plate 12 higher than the reinforcing plate disposed on the lower plate 13, the surface of the reinforcing plate disposed on the lower plate 13 not connected to the substrate 1, and the substrate 1.
In the case where the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard above the middle plate 12 is greater than that of the corrugated cardboard above the lower plate 13, a possible method of bonding the base plate 1 and the reinforcing plate 2 is: the inner paper arranged on the surface of the reinforcing plate 2 which is not connected with the substrate 1 extends and is adhered with the end surface 23 of the boundary part of the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11 and the substrate 1; or the end surface 23 of the reinforcing plate 2 at the boundary of the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11, the end surface 25 of the reinforcing plate arranged at the middle plate 12 and higher than the reinforcing plate arranged at the lower plate 13, the surface of the reinforcing plate arranged at the lower plate 13 and not connected with the substrate 1 and the substrate 1 are bonded.
In the case where the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate disposed above the middle plate 12 is greater than the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate disposed above the lower plate 13, the layer of the reinforcing plate to which both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 are bonded to the base plate 1 is preferably a corrugated board in which both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 are integrally formed, that is, a corrugated board in which both the corrugated paper type and the corrugated direction and thickness of both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 are uniform is used. The description is equally applicable elsewhere herein.
The foregoing summary, as well as the following more general description, will be better understood when read in conjunction with the appended drawings.
Example 1:
example 1 outlines for a base plate 1 and a reinforcing plate 2: the base plate 1 is a double-layer or four-layer corrugated board, the reinforcing plate 2 is a three-layer or five-layer or seven-layer corrugated board, and the reinforcing plate 2 is bonded on the corrugated paper layer of the middle plate 12, or: the reinforcing plate 2 is bonded to the corrugated paper layers of both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13. As can be seen from the above, the corrugated cardboard of the double-layer or four-layer corrugated cardboard is exposed, the bonding surface with the reinforcing plate 2 is the corrugated paper surface, and the single-ply corrugated cardboard of the three-layer or five-layer or seven-layer corrugated cardboard has two flat paper surfaces (also called cardboard paper), and one of the two flat paper surfaces is bonded to the corrugated paper of the double-layer or four-layer corrugated cardboard.
The corrugated paper layers bonded to both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 have the following relationship: the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate above the middle plate 12 is equal to or greater than the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate above the lower plate 13. For example: the specific layer structure of the reinforcing plate and the substrate is described as follows: the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate on the middle plate 12 has three layers, and the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate on the lower plate 13 has three layers, or: the corrugated paper board of the reinforcing plate bonded on the middle plate 12 has five layers, the corrugated paper board of the reinforcing plate bonded on the lower plate 13 has three or five layers, and further, the corrugated paper board of the reinforcing plate bonded on the middle plate 12 has the following steps: the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate bonded to the middle plate 12 has seven layers, and the corrugated cardboard of the reinforcing plate bonded to the lower plate 13 has three or five or seven layers.
In the present embodiment, the cover paper 4 or the face paper of the reinforcing plate 2 on the side not bonded to the substrate is used, and the face paper is bonded to the end surface 23 of the reinforcing plate 2 at the boundary with the upper plate 11, the end surface 24 of the reinforcing plate 2 at the boundary with the lower plate 13, and the substrate in some cases as follows:

The case where the reinforcing sheet 2 is simultaneously bonded to both the middle sheet 12 and the lower sheet 13 of the reinforcing sheet 2 and the number of layers of the corrugated cardboards of the middle sheet 12 and the lower sheet 13 is uniform is as follows: the reinforcing plate 2 is arranged on the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13, the corrugated paper boards of the two are consistent in layer number, the covering paper 4 is arranged above the reinforcing plate 2, and the covering paper 4 and one surface, which is not connected with the substrate 1, of the reinforcing plate 2, the end surface 23 of the boundary of the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11 and the substrate 1 are bonded. The following may also be used: because the single corrugated board has two flat paper surfaces (also called board paper), the inner paper (also called facial paper, the name of which is different from the name of the inner paper) arranged on the side of the reinforcing board 2 not connected with the base board 1 extends and is bonded with the end surface 23 of the reinforcing board 2 at the junction with the upper board 11 and the base board 1.

The corrugated paper layers bonded to both the middle plate 12 and the lower plate 13 have the following relationship: the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate above the middle plate 12 is equal to or greater than the number of layers of the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate above the lower plate 13. For example: the specific layer structure of the reinforcing plate and the substrate is described as follows: the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate on the middle plate 12 is double-layered, and the corrugated cardboard bonded to the reinforcing plate on the lower plate 13 is double-layered. In this embodiment, the reinforcing plate 2 is bonded to the corrugated paper layer of the middle plate 12 through the surface paper thereof, and the surface of the reinforcing plate 2 not connected to the base plate 1 is an exposed corrugated paper layer, so that the reinforcing plate 2 is not bonded to the end surface 23 of the boundary between the reinforcing plate 2 and the upper plate 11, the end surface 24 of the boundary between the reinforcing plate 2 and the lower plate 13, and the base plate 1 by utilizing the extension of the back paper or the surface paper of the reinforcing plate 2.

The case where the reinforcing sheet 2 is simultaneously bonded to both the middle sheet 12 and the lower sheet 13 of the reinforcing sheet 2 and the number of corrugated sheets of the middle sheet 12 and the lower sheet 13 is not uniform is as follows:

In addition to providing the reinforcing plate 2 at the middle plate 12 for improving the strength of the cardboard, the supporting rod 5 is provided in the cavity formed by the corrugated paper and the surface paper, or the corrugated paper and the lining paper, or the corrugated paper and the middle paper of the base plate and the reinforcing plate for increasing the strength of the cardboard again.
For the case where the support bar 5 is provided at both the base plate and the reinforcing plate: the corrugated board is separately provided with support rods 5 at intervals or in all cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the surface paper, the corrugated paper and the lining paper, or the corrugated paper and the middle paper. Or: the support rods 5 are arranged in two cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the surface paper and the corrugated paper and the lining paper at intervals or completely. Or the following steps: supporting rods 5 are arranged at intervals or in all three cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the surface paper, the corrugated paper and the lining paper and the corrugated paper and the middle paper.
For the case where the support rod 5 is provided only at the reinforcing plate above the middle plate 12:
the corrugated cardboard is provided with support rods 5 solely in its stiffening sheet 2 arranged above the middle sheet 12, wherein: the support rods 5 are arranged in the cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the lining paper at intervals or completely, or: support rods 5 are arranged at intervals or in the two cavities formed by the corrugated paper and the lining paper and the corrugated paper and the middle paper.

FIG. 11 illustrates a perspective view of an embodiment of a carton made from paperboard, and FIG. 12 illustrates a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a carton made from paperboard; fig. 13 illustrates a perspective view of an embodiment of a carton made from paperboard having body panels thicker than the top cover. It can be seen from fig. 13 that the thickness of the body panels of the carton at the location of the inside of the carton is greater than the thickness of the top cover of the carton.
Preferably, the reinforcing plate is positioned on the inner side of the cavity formed by surrounding the bottom cover, the top cover and the body plate, and has a strong aesthetic effect.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.

1. A paperboard, characterized in that:
comprises a base plate (1) and a reinforcing plate (2),
the base plate (1) and the reinforcing plate (2) are multi-layer corrugated paper boards, the corrugation directions of the base plate (1) and the reinforcing plate (2) are consistent, the length of the base plate (1) is greater than that of the reinforcing plate (2) along the corrugation direction,
the base plate (1) comprises an upper plate (11), a middle plate (12) and a lower plate (13) which are integrally connected,
the reinforcing plate (2) is arranged on the middle plate (12), or: the reinforcing plate (2) is arranged on the middle plate (12) and the lower plate (13).
2. A board according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the number of layers of the corrugated boards of the reinforcing plates arranged on the middle plate (12) is more than or equal to that of the corrugated boards of the reinforcing plates arranged on the lower plate (13).
3. A board according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the reinforcing plate (2) is arranged on the middle plate (12),
covering paper (4) is arranged above the reinforcing plate (2), and the covering paper (4) is adhered to one surface of the reinforcing plate (2) which is not connected with the substrate (1), the end surface (23) of the junction of the reinforcing plate (2) and the upper plate (11) and the substrate (1); or the surface of the covering paper (4) which is not connected with the substrate (1) and the reinforcing plate (2), the end surface (23) of the boundary of the reinforcing plate (2) and the upper plate (11), the end surface (24) of the boundary of the reinforcing plate (2) and the lower plate (13) and the substrate (1) are bonded;
or:
the inner paper arranged on the side, which is not connected with the substrate (1), of the reinforcing plate (2) extends and is adhered to the substrate (1) and the end surface (23) of the boundary part of the reinforcing plate (2) and the upper plate (11); or the inner paper arranged on the side, which is not connected with the substrate (1), of the reinforcing plate (2) extends and is bonded with the end face (23) at the boundary of the reinforcing plate (2) and the upper plate (11), the end face (24) at the boundary of the reinforcing plate (2) and the lower plate (13) and the substrate (1).
4. A board according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the reinforcing plate (2) is arranged on the middle plate (12) and the lower plate (13) and the layers of the corrugated paper board are consistent,
covering paper (4) is arranged above the reinforcing plate (2), and the covering paper (4) is adhered to one surface of the reinforcing plate (2) which is not connected with the substrate (1), the end surface (23) of the junction of the reinforcing plate (2) and the upper plate (11) and the substrate (1);
or:
the lining paper arranged on the surface of the reinforcing plate (2) which is not connected with the substrate (1) extends and is adhered with the substrate (1) and the end surface (23) at the boundary of the reinforcing plate (2) and the upper plate (11).
