In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "secured" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral part; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The present invention provides a wet wipe 100. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a wet wipe 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a wet towel 100 according to the present invention includes:
a moisture-absorbing layer 40;
the film coating device comprises a film coating layer 10, wherein liquid is filled in the film coating layer 10;
a spacer layer 20, the spacer layer 20 being provided between the coating layer 10 and the moisture absorption layer 40;
an adhesive layer 30, said adhesive layer 30 bonding said moisture absorption layer 40 to said spacer layer 20, said adhesive layer 30 being provided with through holes 31, said spacer layer 20 being broken, and liquid seeping from said spacer layer 20 into said moisture absorption layer 40 through said through holes 31.
According to the wet tissue 100, the film-coated layer 10 is used for storing liquid, the spacing layer 20 separates the liquid from the moisture absorption layer 40, the moisture absorption layer 40 can be kept dry, the material of the moisture absorption layer 40 is kept unchanged, and fingers are prevented from being polluted by the moisture absorption layer 40. When the disposable absorbent pad is used, the spacing layer 20 is broken, liquid permeates into the moisture absorption layer 40 from the spacing layer 20 through the through holes 31, and the moisture absorption layer 40 is used for wiping after being wetted, so that the disposable absorbent pad is convenient and quick.
In order to better store liquid and enable the liquid to flow from a storage place to the moisture absorption layer 40 when in use, the film coating layer 10 is connected with the spacing layer 20 and forms a containing cavity 11, and the liquid is filled in the containing cavity 11. The liquid is stored in the accommodating cavity 11 and is not easily polluted by the external environment.
In order to prevent a leak at the edge of the coating layer 10, which may cause liquid to drip out of the coating layer 10, the coating layer 10 includes a connection portion 12, and the connection portion 12 is connected to the spacing layer 20. The connecting portion 12 is connected to the spacer layer 20 by a heat sealing process.
In order to prevent liquid from being blocked by the adhesive layer 30, the adhesive layer 30 is provided with a through hole 31, and the through hole 31 is provided at the center of the spacer layer 20 to allow liquid to flow from the through hole 31 to the moisture absorption layer 40.
In one embodiment, the spacer layer 20 has an area greater than or equal to the area of the moisture absorption layer 40. After the moisture absorption layer 40 absorbs the liquid, a user can wipe the skin or the surface of an article by holding the spacing layer 20 with the hand, so that the contact area of the finger directly contacting the moisture absorption layer 40 is reduced, and the occurrence of the finger pollution caused by the moisture absorption layer 40 is further reduced.
In order to facilitate the user to hold the spacing layer 20 for breaking, wiping and the like, in one embodiment, the spacing layer 20 is configured as a square structure, and compared with the circular spacing layer 20, the spacing layer 20 with the square structure is more suitable for the user to take and is not easy to fall off.
In one embodiment, the spacer layer 20 is a plastic sheet. The plastic sheet is lower in production cost and high in production efficiency, and the spacing layer 20 has certain hardness so as to prevent the spacing layer 20 from being damaged by knocking.
In an embodiment, the coating layer 10 is a composite film, and the coating layer 10 is a composite film, which has lower production cost and high production efficiency.
In order to attach the moisture absorption layer 40 under the spacer layer 20, the adhesive layer 30 is a double-sided tape. Compared with glue, the double-sided adhesive tape does not wet the moisture absorption layer 40, and the moisture absorption layer 40 is guaranteed to be dry.
In one embodiment, the moisture absorption layer 40 is a non-woven fabric. The moisture absorption layer 40 is made of non-woven fabrics, and is not easy to be torn off in the using process or the wiping process.
When the wet tissue 100 is used, the middle of the spacing layer 20 cannot be torn directly, but the spacing layer 20 is broken or broken, the broken or broken spacing layer 20 has a relatively sharp rack at the broken position, and the rack can be used for puncturing the film coating layer 10, so that liquid can be extruded from the broken position and flows out to the moisture absorption layer 40 through the through hole 31. After the moisture absorption layer 40 is soaked, the moisture absorption layer can be used for wiping skin or the surface of an article, the operation difficulty coefficient is low, and the performance of the moisture absorption layer 40 is unchanged because the moisture absorption layer 40 is in a dry state for a long time, so that the moisture absorption layer 40 is not easy to tear off in the using process or the wiping process.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
