Detailed Description

a first portion that contacts and maintains fit with the area of the face including the mouth and nose and the area of the face in transition with the neck; the first portion comprises a plurality of naturally overconnected curved surfaces; a second part which is positioned on the top of the first part (the top refers to the top of the mask in a state that the first part faces downwards) and comprises at least one plane, and the at least one plane at least corresponds to the mouth range of a user in a use state; wherein at least one plane is made of transparent material; and the filter is connected with the first part or the second part and is used for exchanging gas inside and outside the mask and filtering microorganisms or microparticles. In this embodiment, the user can show the face including at least the oral area through a transparent plane, and make other people observe the blind spot that the person's oral area was formed, clear, no light reflection, especially the hearing impaired person can obtain the information through observing the lip action of the person who wears this gauze mask. Yet another aspect of the present application provides a method of manufacturing a mask, comprising the steps of:
manufacturing a mask mold comprising a curved base and a top comprising at least one plane;
manufacturing a mask main body made of transparent plastic materials corresponding to the shape of the mask mould in a hot plastic suction mode;
connecting the mask body and the filter;
the edge of the mask body is provided with a silica gel edge.
In one embodiment, the top of the mold comprises two planes, the first plane and the second plane are in an up-down relationship, and an included angle of 120 degrees or more and 180 degrees or less is formed between the first plane and the second plane.

Embodiments of the present application are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

And, the outer walls of the first and second portions 110, 120 may also be provided with an anti-fog coating, as desired. The edge of the first part is provided with the silica gel band, so that the part of the mask contacted with a user is soft and comfortable, and the skin is not hurt. The mask 200 shown in fig. 2A and 2B comprises a base 210 and a top 220, wherein the base 210 comprises a plurality of curved surfaces, such as a first curved surface 23, a second curved surface 24, a third curved surface 25 and a fourth curved surface 26 shown in the figure, the first curved surface 23, the second curved surface 24, the third curved surface 25 and the fourth curved surface 26 are naturally and excessively connected to form a whole, the first curved surface 23 is used for covering the nose part, the second curved surface 24 and the third curved surface 25 are symmetrical and used for covering two cheeks, and the fourth curved surface 26 is used for connecting the second curved surface 24 and the third curved surface 25 and covering two cheeks to the chin area. The top 220 is located on the top of the base 210 (the top refers to the top of the mask in a state that the mask is placed with the base facing downwards), so as to form an ergonomic cover covering the range of the mouth and the nose of the face and the range of the transition between the face and the neck, and the ergonomic cover is used for closing one end of the base 210, and a silica gel strip is arranged on the edge of the other end (the end in contact with the face) of the base 210, so that the mask is more comfortable when contacting the skin. a second portion located on top of the first portion and comprising at least one plane corresponding at least to a user's mouth area when in use;
wherein, the at least one plane is made of transparent material;
and the filter is connected with the first part or the second part and is used for exchanging gas inside and outside the mask and filtering microorganisms or microparticles.
2. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the filter is located on a bottom side of the first portion.
3. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the filter is located in the second portion at a position corresponding to the position of the user's chin in use.
4. The mask of claim 1 wherein: the second part comprises two planes, the first plane and the second plane are in a vertical relation, and an included angle which is larger than or equal to 120 degrees and smaller than or equal to 180 degrees is formed between the first plane and the second plane.
5. The mask of claim 4 wherein: the first plane located above is an inclined plane forming an inclination angle with the vertical direction, the inclination angle being greater than or equal to 10 degrees.
6. The mask according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the second part is transparent acrylic material.
7. The mask according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the first portion and the second portion are made of transparent acrylic materials, and the first portion comprises transparent silica gel edges.
