the electromagnetic driving device (6) in the continuous power-on state can enable the driving iron core (23) to continuously strain the reset rotary stop block (5), the fastening clamping block (16) is continuously clamped with the reset key (4), the reset rotary stop block (5) is driven to move synchronously, and the reset key (4) can enable the elastic sheet (7) to be in the power-on state in contact with the power connection end (8) through the reset rotary stop block (5);
after the electromagnetic driving device (6) in the continuous power-on state loses power, the driving iron core (23) releases the reset rotary stop block (5), the fastening clamping block (16) and the reset key (4) are separated from the clamping state, and the elastic sheet (7) is separated from the power connection end (8) under the action of self elasticity to cut off the power.
