Abstract

一种消污器，用于各种车辆的消声器及烟囱。包 括壳体、进气管、出气管及过滤网，壳体内一端装进气 管，壳体底部装水，水的上面装带圆孔的隔板，隔板上 放过滤网，壳体上还装有出气管。该消污器，减少了 环境污染，防污性强，保证防火，有消声作用，结构简 单、成本低、易于推广，是一种新型的市场广阔的消污 器。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种消污器，用于各种车辆的消声器及烟囱，属于机械装置。
当前各种车辆的消声器及烟囱上，无设置任何消污装置，因此所冒烟雾直接进入大自然环境，进而污染空气环境，对人民的身体健康带来很大伤害和威胁，且因消声器及烟囱本身结构所限，所以防火性能差，使财产及人身安全得不到保障。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足，而提供了一种装在车辆消声器尾部及烟囱顶、端部的靠水和过滤网消污的消污器。
本实用新型为了实现上述目的，具体的技术方案为：该消污器包括壳体、进气管、出气管及过滤网，壳体内一端装有与消声器管相接的侧壁带孔的折型进气管，壳体底部装水，水的上面装带园孔的隔板，隔板上放有过滤网，壳体上还装有出气管，壳体上部设有加水口，下部设放水口，出气管内可装风扇或风力扇，壳体两边装固定架。
本实用新型的特点为：减少环境污染、防污性强、将消声器中排出废气的恶性味转变为一般气味，保证防火，有消声作用，结构简单、成本低，易于推广。
本实用新型的具体结构由附图1给出。
图1为消污器的整体结构示意图。
图中主要结构为：壳体1、进气管2、出气管3、过滤网4、消声器管5、孔6、水7、园孔8、隔板9、电扇、风力扇10、固定架11、加水口12、放水口13。
下面结合附图对本实用新型加以详细说明。
这种消污器，包括壳体1、进气管2、出气管3及过滤网4、壳体内一端装有与消声器管5相接的侧壁带孔6的进气管，进气管为折管，壳体底部装水7，水面要低于消声器管底平面，以免水外溢，水的上面装带园孔8的隔板9，隔板与壳体壁固接，隔板上放过滤网，过滤网可为金属丝、海棉、塑料、纤维、石棉。壳体上还装有出气管，出气管内可装电扇或风力扇10，壳体两边装与车体底部或烟囱相接的固定架11，壳体上部设有加水口12，下部设有放水口13，使用时，将水从加水口中灌入壳体内，起动后车辆的消声器中（或烟囱）所排出的废气从进气管侧壁上的孔或底端进入水中，水中的废气再通过隔板上的园孔通过过滤网经电扇或风力扇进入空气中，此时的废气已被过滤为气体，被排除，壳体中的水过滤将废气中的重量杂质过掉，过滤网将过滤掉废气中的漂浮杂质，水使用到变浑浊时可经放水口放掉，再放入清水，周而复反。

1、一种消污器，其特征在于包括壳体、进气管、出气管及过滤网，壳体内一端装有与消声器管相接的侧壁带孔的进气管，进气管为折管，壳体底部装水，水的上面装带园孔的隔板，隔板上放有过滤网，壳体上还装有出气管。
2、如权利要求1所述的消污器，其特征在于壳体上部设有加水口，下部设有放水口。
3、如权利要求1所述的消污器，其特征在于出气管内可装电扇或风力扇。
4、如权利要求1所述的消污器，其特征在于壳体两边装固定架。
