8. The container of claim 7, further comprising a reinforcement plate positioned above and connected to the upper header, the top wall having a thickness greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the upper header and the reinforcement plate.
9. A container as claimed in claim 7, in which the top wall includes a step on which the upper roof rail overlaps.
10. A container as claimed in claim 6, further comprising end corner fittings at four corners, respectively, the top corner fitting being located between two of said end corner fittings.
